Location (calm area, bus in front of the building, U5 and S7 10-12 minutes away), facilities (everything new), very modern and clean apartment.

There is work in progress within the parking lot, but following the host's advices we parked for free in the vicinity.

You can park your car for free in the neighboring street near the hotel. Externally, the hotel does not differ from other buildings of the 18-19th century, but inside the owner has done a tremendous renovation and is very beautiful with taste I was impressed. The room is spacious and very functional, it has everything and more. There is a small kitchen for those who do not like restaurants. The bed consists of two single mattresses. The toilet is located in the bathroom, not separately. The room decor is stylish. The TV is not connected to any service (I mean Netflix and so on) I recommend it. Price and quality are in balance.

I got a room with a window on the roadway, which is very active, so unfortunately I could not open the window and enjoy the fresh air of the Bavarian region. The noise insulation between the rooms was not sufficient. You could hear the neighbors.

Good transport connection, Bus stop just a few minutes away. Buses 55 and 139, with a transfer to the u Bahn or S Bahn, will take you to Munich and East Munich main stations. The host and their team responded promptly to our needs and queries . They were always there to assist when needed. Our thanks to Egoh and the young lady who helped us with the bags. We really appreciated their plumbing team who helped to fix the water heater late in the night. Thank you, Mr Bulgaria, you made our stay really comfortable. They supermarket chain Rewe is just 5 minutes away. The rental rate is pretty good, with such a large apartment. We are deeply impressed with the level of service provided by Kalm Stay, not to mention the complementary coffee capsules provided. We will not hesitate to re book this apartment if we do visit Munich again.

Would be nice if elevator service is available to the higher floor apartments.

Its a very modern design in historical building, Chapeau to the architect! :) There is no staff on site, but the support replied within minutes.

Finding this "apartment hotel" in Munich was a great piece of luck! The check-in instructions worked perfectly, although the entry might be a bit difficult to find. The room (and the bathroom) was very spacious, nicely divided between sleeping and work/cooking areas, and the beds were super comfy. We traveled with a small dog and paid no extra charge for that. Very happy with our experience, will certainly come back.

Maybe a map of the entrance door, sent with the mail/check-in information, would be helpful.

Location was perfect, beautiful view, modern apartment, it was quiet and not alot of traffic (perfect for us). Bus stop was across the road and supermarket was a few stops away. Munich wasn't too far by bus, we did it everyday.

Was suppose to have a washing machine, but instead had washing facilities (this was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment). If catching the train, my suggestion is to catch a bus when you get off as we had luggage and it took well over half an hour lugging out suitcases over an uneven rocky pathway/sidewalk (without suitcases it would have been ok).

Communication with the management was quick and easy. Questions were answered very quickly. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious. What really impressed us was that the heating and TV were turned on for us before arrival, and bowls were put out for our dog. The apartment is in a nice, quiet location with a restaurant downstairs. Unfortunately, because we had a roof rack on the car we could not use the underground parking, but this was solved very quickly when the management kindly contacted the restaurant owner for us, who allowed us to park in the courtyard behind the restaurant.

Maybe just highlight that parking is underground and not all cars will fit. It's also paid parking, although not expensive. €10 for the night.

I truly recommend this stay. Is super good quality for the price, everything super clean and modern with excelente heating system and an amazing confortable bed. I was super surprised by the quality when we got there. Can't recommed this enough. Has super market and restaurants at your door

It's not super far but it's the thing that is less confortable. It takes around 30 minutes to get to the city center because you always need To catch a bus and then a train or subway. It's not hard though it just takes a bit of time.

Although the staff were not on site, they were very quick to respond to our queries and were very helpful. The rooms are well presented and appear to be quite new. The location is very close to public transport, which we used regularly. Train was about 10 minute easy walk and the bus was almost at the front door.

That we had to leave. Seriously, the only thing that was not perfect was the pillows have no support at all. This was the only thing I would say could be better.
