The hotel is more like an apartment with kitchen facilities and a large living area. The breakfast spread is not very diverse but reasonable with good options for a quick breakfast. The public transport around the hotel is good and it connects you to the city easily. The hotel has a covered underground parking garage with a reasonable 10€ fee per day. There is a washer and dryer in the -1 level and you can wash and dry your clothes for around 5€. The kitchen has a microwave, induction stove, vessels, cutlery, coffee machine, water boiler jug and refrigerator. Overall, a great stay.

There is no air conditioning but a ventilation system. We were there in peak summer and the heat was unbreakable. There is a table fan provided on request. They do not clean the room every day unless requested . They clean half heartedly when requested. All the requests are done at reception. There is no telephone in the room to call anyone for help.

The hotel's location is quite good, 7-8 minutes walking distance to Giesing Metro station and it takes 20-25 minutes in total to get to the city center (central train station) by metro (U2), there are markets and other facilities nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful, they made their best to make you glad during the stay. The bed is comfortable, room make-up is done daily. There is no restaurant inside the hotel, only daily breakfast is served which includes various delicious alternatives. The kitchen (in deluxe studio room) is small but useful. I can recommend the hote by considering price performance.

There was a problem with the central air conditioning system in the room on the day we checked in and unfortunately it could not be fixed during the stay. Thanks to staff that they provided a heater to make the room comfortable.

The property is close to U&S Bahn and tram connections making it quick to get into central Munich. It was a peaceful area and the atmosphere in the communal bar area downstairs was relaxed, good music and always clean. I loved the design of the hotel which felt modern but warm - not clinical. What made the stay for me was the always friendly and helpful team - a massive credit to the Hotel. As a solo traveller the warmth of a friendly welcome and chats made a real difference to my day.

The only thing I could say is that it would have been fab to have something in the room to make tea or coffee but this isn’t really an issue as you can always purchase one from the bar or head out.

I felt safe as a solo traveler, reception staff were friendly & efficient. Good size room, comfortable bed, bonus having a small kitchenette.

The room was quite dark it was very modern I only realized the last day that one of the lights wasn't working, could have done with a central light. It would have been nice to have had a microwave to heat up meals but I used the induction cooktops and that was fine. It was a fair hike to the railway about 900 meters.

The location from the property is excellent, is close to a tram station and a couple of minutes walk from the metro station too. There is a parking on the street outside but there is also an available parking in the hotel garage. The whole interior of the hotel is so cool, the room is dark but full of light due to the excellent design choices. The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were great! They are also pet friendly!

Nothing to be completely honest, the hotel was simply a top-notch!

I really liked this hotel for couple of reasons, namely, it is located in a part of the city that is about 20 minutes' drive from the city center. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and there is no traffic congestion, especially on the street where the hotel is located. An additional advantage is that the hotel has a fairly large garage, so there were no problems with parking, and the price of parking itself is very reasonable (10 EUR/day). Considering that we were accommodated in a studio apartment with a mini kitchen with all the necessary appliances and dishes, we did not use the breakfast. Very close to the hotel (at a distance of no more than 100 m) there is a grocery shop that is open every day of the week except Sunday (since in Germany shops are not open on Sundays) and it is easy to get groceries for breakfast or if you decide, even for lunch/dinner . The room is very comfortable, the beds are comfortable, and in the bathroom you will find everything you need. Considering that the hotel is oriented towards environmental protection, there is a notice that your towels will be changed if you request it, but even though we didn't ask for it, they changed it after two days. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I can only say the best about both the accommodation and the staff.

TV is not so big which was not a problem for us since we were whole day outside but at the late evening if we wanted to look something on TV, it was a problem to find some program in English.

Our experience was fantastic. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette and a cozy baby crib. The location was perfect, close to the stations and with a nearby market. What really impressed us was the exceptional service from the staff. On Sunday, when our baby fell ill, they quickly provided the essentials we required, like oil and onions, showing their genuine care and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast/bar area was very good and staffed 24 hours. The location is a minute's walk from a good local cafe. It's also a few minutes walk to supermarkets and the tram, and less than 10 minutes walk to an excellent Italian restaurant and to Geising station for underground and overground train connections.

Having a fridge and kettle in the room would have been useful, however the bar downstairs is open 24 hours for all your needs.

Great price value, Walking distance for Trains, Rooms practically, and overall I could see us book it again. In addition, parking works. We didn't order breakfast, but for sure looked good.

The area is not super cool, kind of industrial. The rooms are also not new (worn a bit down). However, taking price range into consideration it is worth it for sure.

It was at a very reachable place, the staff was really nice, the studio has a nice view from the balcony. Parking outside is free on the weekends, otherwise there is a garage for 10 EUR a day.

It was a bit too cold in the room. We found the breakfast a bit pricey per person considering it had standard buffet offered at any other hotel for cheaper. It would have been nice if the rooms had coffee or tea in the rooms available. They don't accept cash, only card.
