The room was way bigger than we expected by judging from the photos, the staff was friendly and immediately provided help when requested. There was plenty of storage space and the bathroom was well equipped in regards to beauty products. Our room in particular was very silent, despite the hotel being located on the main road. A pizza restaurant and a bakery are located in the same building.

Location was a bit off (25-30 minutes from the center by public transport), sometimes there was the impression the bedsheets were not fully clean. Other than that, good job.

Very very very kind employees from different countries, they speak different languages. Comfortable bed. Big bathroom/toilette. Not so urban part of the city. City center and interesting places are not far away. There is a pharmacy across the street, bakery next to the entrance, pizzeria next to the entrance, supermarket cca 50 m.

Everything looks nice, modern, new... except rooms with bathrooms/toilettes, they are equiped with old fashioned furniture and interior is also like that. There was only one small table and one chair, also one small night bedside table. There should be more tables or chest of drawers or commodes, so guests can put their things on it. There is no free hotel parking or discount for hotel's guests. You have to pay 13 € per vehicle per day (not so favourably). Take care, parking places are not suitable for every car, because they have the inclination/slope - for example, our car is low and we damaged some parts, because it wasn't able to fit in any position.

large room, comfortable beds, complimentary water and kettle for hot beverages (selection of teas and infusions and instant coffee); nice bathroom well equipped with soaps and foams by dispensers (and I prefer this option because it saves lot of unnecessary package for single use options); very nice breakfast with large selection of salty and sweet options

I had a junior suit and the "sitting room" was particularly cold, I've had to close the door to avoid heating problems in the room; also the TV was not so performing (only German channels available, for all the others it seemed that there was no signal)

For us the location is excellent being only a few hundred metres away from where our son lives. However, the location is in general convenient with a bus stop almost immediately outside, and at short distance of the Bahnhof Ost. The rooms are functional with sufficient space to get your suitcases out of the way. We also enjoyed the sauna in the basement. For shopping there is a pharmacy across the road and Aldi at short distance.

Easily connected to downtown. This leads to a price-friendly hotel which is minutes away from downtown. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. The bed was comfortable, soap is available without disposable container. Enough towels. There is a fan in the room

The cleaning staff broke my mobile charger behind the bed when cleaning. However I could easily come to an agreement with the staff when I came back in the evening and noticed it, which is a strong plus from their side The 'please don't clean' signs were not respected. We had new towels every day even if ours were clean. From an environmental point of view, we would have appreciated that the signs were respected. The room decoration was not my personal style The power sockets are not very well placed and there is a small number of them.

The room was nice, good shower, had lifts, staff were nice, good location with easy access to public transport, shop within the hotel as well as a supermarket opposite. Overall good value for money

The parking was a bit strange - you have to park on a very steep ramp. I personally struggled to get up. Beware if you have a manual or old car you will struggle if you’re car is low you probably won’t get up

The room was clean and big and we got the view of a big cute garden. Location was ok, near a supermarket, Bus stops, an Italian restaurant and a bakery! So even if you go out at night it's easily reachable with the public transportation. They let us check in two hours earlier than planned, which was great. Thanks!!

The toilet from the lobby wasn't clean at all.

The room was very cosy and very clean. The bed is huge in double and single rooms as well. All needed toiletries were provided by the hotel. Taking into consideration that we travelled in December, the temperature in the room was really, really warm and comfortable. All recommendations for the hotel and thanks for the beautiful stay, we will come back for sure.

Amazing hotel, especially for the price. Super affordable for a safe, well-located hotel. Highly recommend for a stay in Munich. Also, the staff was helpful.

What you save on the per-night hotel rate, you are at risk of spending in the hotel mini-market and with the hotel laundry service, which are extremely expensive. Just be aware of this!

Family rooms excellent. there is plenty space for the upstairs of the family rooms to have 3 beds, or add in a sofa bed, rather than the 2 beds they currently have. Beds comfy and clean. the children loved having their own room upstairs. They accommodated our dog for €25, he was welcomed and enjoyed his stay. Lovely grassy garden area at the back. Frequent buses from outside. Great pizzas from the restaurant next door.

Rooms facing the sun got unbearably hot in the summer - too hot to sleep in even with the fans provided. We booked a family room and a double room for 5 people and our dog, and ended up all sleeping in the family room as it was so hot in the double. No plug for the bath (though we did not go down to reception to request one) A fridge in rooms would be very welcome. Parking difficult as we were too high for the car park, but reception advised us where to park and where not to park. It was a little complicated to get to the English Gardens from here, but the receptionist was very helpful and we made it there in the end!
