The location is in a very nice residential area easily accessible by car from the highway. The room was perfect for a family of 3 with a basic kitchenette and refrigerator. The metro (U Bahn) is just 4-5 min walk and takes you to the Central station in 20 min. Supermarket just at a stones throw and open until 2000. Quite some restaurants nearby. The receptionist was friendly and immediately booked a parking spot. A tip is to park in front of the building (there are 3 empty spots which says reserved for certain license plates. Park there and go to the reception and mention that you need a parking space for your duration of stay and it costs 15 per day. The breakfast was really good with a lot of options. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

It was quite warm in the afternoons. Perhaps the hotel should consider investing on pedestal/table fans. Wifi was a bit erratic

This apartment offers everything you need, including a small kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a microwave, cooktop, fridge, and a small freezer compartment. The bed is bigger and comfortable. Breakfast has everything you could wish for, and everyone was super nice. It was possible to postpone the checkout by one hour, which was really convenient as my train was later. There is also a gym you can use, although I didn’t use it. The location is close to a subway station and there is a supermarket nearby. :)

I give 9/10 stars because I had the room directly above the breakfast room, which is why I woke up early every day due to a lot of noise from the church clock striking and people starting to work in the breakfast room. Also, the small kitchen window didn’t have curtains, so the room was very bright in the morning. It wasn’t a problem for me, as I had to get up early anyway. I don’t know if the problem occurs in other rooms as well or if I was just unlucky to get the room directly above the breakfast room. All in all it was still a very nice place.

We had the quadruple room to have more space for us and our toddler. Though we only had 1 bedroom (and they provided a cot which was great), having a separate kitchen and dining/living room was great. Also there was one full bathroom (shower and toilet) and then a toilet - also handy. Lots of space, well equipped kitchen, comfy firm beds and nice sofa to lounge on. The location was great, nice quiet neighbourhood but literally across the street are already brewhouse restaurants and bakeries. There is a huge green area for walks, and a few playgrounds - helpful if you have kids like us. The church bells worried me in terms of my son's sleep but they didn't bug him too much and never woke him up. The staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Initially the kitchen smelled of smoke, though it is a non-smoking room. I put that down more to previous guests trying to be sneaky. With the windows opened the smell pretty much cleared, so not a long-standing issue. The door of the washing machine in the apartment was sadly broken and the maintenance man came to try and fix but it was not a quick job, so we got tokens to use the common washroom machines, so again not a huge problem. Really I cannot fault the place too much, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The location is in a quiet neighborhood on a residential street. There is a grocery store a 3 minute walk and several restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The U station is about a 7 minute walk away. The loudest thing are the bells of the St Michael's church next door. The desk personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms are a good size with large windows and many have balconies. The kitchen is a good size and adequate for food preparation. The bathroom is small but adequate. The bed is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is large and the coffee machine is great. The price is an excellent value for Munich. It is away from the loud and busy city center but only 20 minutes away by U bahn.

There is usually some construction going on so areas are blocked. I had to go to the basement parking to go to the breakfast area in the next building. The bells of the church start ringing at 0600 in the morning.

This was a good choice for us during the busy Octoberfest with easy access to public transportation but in a quiet neighborhood. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dated but clean. The kitchen is tiny but adequate for our short stay. We took advantage of the laundry facilities which was a great convenience.

The room needs updating. The bed was not comfortable. The shower curtain was a foot shorter than it needs to be so water sprays all over the tile floor. We continually had to mop it up. You have to step up to the shower which also is partially tiled and very slippery when wet. Be careful!! We didn't spend much time in the room and came home exhausted every night so it was ok but I would not select for longer term stays. Photos below, sorry I forgot to take pics before we unpacked...

A nice clean apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Far from fairgrounds, bars and red light districts. Maid service every 2nd day. Large room. Convenient kitchenette. Balcony outside.

When i needed to move the reservation, management refused. Booking.com was contacted and they advised all I needed to do was reschedule the reservation to when it was available in the next few months. Mysteriously there were no days available to reschedule in the six months after my stay was initially set for. Front desk refused to assist even though Booking.com said they were amenable to assisting with my change in schedule. I have stayed over a dozen times at this venue. Will probably not stay again if all I am is money to be taken.

The apartment is of a good size for a family of 4. The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine. Getting to town was easy on Tram 21. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away and a couple of cafes and restaurants for meals.

Street parking is always full and you need to use the garage, which is extremely challenging to manoeuvre.

Perfect! From the location to the amenities, it has everything you'll need and maybe more. The hotel is less than 3 minutes walking from U-Bahn station Josephsburg, which easily goes to München Hauptbahnhof. There is a small Rewe store on the corner with good prices and products, on the opposite corner there is a restaurant, 'Baumkirchner' with delicious food (I recommend the Grillteller). We did several day trips from Munich to Saltzburg, Zugspitze and Füssen and the distance from the Hotel to Hauptbahnhof was perfect, we didn't have to wake up too early. It's super easy to find and they arranged a self check-in for us because we arrived late on the first night.

Breakfast were good, there were many options to choose from and nice ladies serving the breakfast. Also balcony was perfect for the hot weather. Most important for me was location and check-in at 2pm (some hotels have 3pm check-in). Hotel has a garden so you have nice view at the breakfast or a place where you can sit in the evening, you feel like in forest. Also hotel is in the nice neighbourhood, it feels safe and like home, with U-Bahn and Tram near by. I reccomend It!

Prize was higher because of the Adele concert. I think the prizes are usually lower in this hotel. There was church ringing in the morning, but that's not that big deal..

The room had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. What I liked most were the three folding tables that folded against the wall. This resulted in good table space when I needed it. The location was very convenient as there were tram and subway stations close by. There was a large REWE supermarket about 200 metres away.

The wi-fi was terrible in our room No. 153. The signal strength showed 'poor' on my phone. Not sure what the problem was. I spoke to the receptionist and was given another SSID, which also did not work. Perhaps the hotel needs to add another wi-fi access point for both 2.4 and 5 Ghz ranges in the room's vicinity. The existing wi-fi was only 2.4Ghz.
