Amazing! 🤩 Clean room; big comfy bed; for breakfast there was a large diversity from where to choose(very good Expresso ) and the staff was quick to attend; very close to public transportation (S,U, bus); quiet area(room with garden view); nice small bistro/restaurants around the hotel.

The guy that did our check in looked like he wanted to be anywhere else in the world but there 🤷

Nearby restaurants are much better quality, price and choice than the hotel.

The room was really comfortable, spacious and had everything that we needed. The bed was nice, maybe just some more pillows would've been great. But overall a really nice stay. Really close to train station.

The window didn't close completely so it was a little bit noisy. The train passes just outside the hotel. The room smelled a little bit of cigar smoke. Breakfast was $35 per person.

The location of the HOTEL is excellent, the accommodation is comfortable, the place is clean and the parking is available but it costs money, and the reception staff are very friendly helpfully with the people.

There was nothing to comment on.

Well located, just 5 mins walk from the East station on Munich's U-Bahn. Plenty of restaurants and cafes locally, which were more reasonably priced than the ones in the old town. An easy 30 minute walk from the historic old town.

The sheets and towels could've been better quality but it was clean and well m maintained.

Great location near the Ostbanhopf. Excellent Italian restaurant just around the corner. Overall a good stay except for Staff at reception, who were reluctant to provide extra water for rooms despite weather in the mid 30’s

Rooms too hot

I was checked in quickly by a friendly reception agent and the room was ready on arrival. The room was warm and thankfully the window tilts open to allow fresh air. Clean as you would expect, with hairdryer, fridge, ironing board and iron. Breakfast was included which included a selection of cereals, yogurts and fruits, cold meats and cheeses, a small hot selection and bakery. Unlimited bean to cup coffee and juice machine. Location is great for short walk to Ost Bahnhof which connects with the airport in 30 mins, city centre in 2-3 stops, the U Bahn and surrounding areas. Walking into the city centre is a pleasant 20-25 min walk and the local shops, bars and restaurants are fine if you want to stay within 5 mins of the hotel.

The toiletries soap, shampoos etc were in limited supply but not so much an issue for a 3 day stay. You can always ask for extras.

We needed two rooms due to the number of people we were travelling with. Managed to move to get two connecting rooms, which made it really easy as we were travelling with three children. Thank you!

We did't find the coffee capsules until the last morning! But there were coffee facilities downstairs that we could access!

Great hotel, great value for the money! Faris who welcomed us is a truly star! We got all the info about our stay. Faris also helped us solve the problem with motorcycle parking! Faris should be organizing courses about "How to welcome guests" Thank you Faris!

Unfortunately, an initial room I was allocated, had very strange smell. I wasn't looking toward usual conversation that nothing else is available because we are fully booked due to the trade show in Munich, etc. To my surprise receptionist was very apologetic and instantly offered another room which was very good. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise with quite big varieties of options.
