The location from Ostbahnhof station and takeaway eateries and facilities within the hotel.

Noisy on some nights due to clubbing but windows can be closed to reduce noise. Aircon was not adjustable for cooler temperatures from our side in the room. Was not alerted that we can request for change in temperatures with the reception. Only found our on the last day after 2 weeks. So we experienced some sleepless nights due to feeling warm.

The location of hotel was in fantastic place only 3 stops by metro to the heart of the city center. I was a little concerned about the reviews that it's very loud and there are a lot of clubs in the area but I stayed there for 4 days and it was really really quiet and the area looked very safe. The breakfast was very tasty, there was a large selection of food. We got 24th floor and the view of the city was breathtaking. You could see all the top attractions of Munich from the window like Frauenkirche, Marien Platz, Bmw tower, Alienz Arena and many more. The was a charming Sauna on the 15th floor and a decent size swimming pool. The reception was very pleasant.

I didn't quite liked that for example at 9-10pm there were a small children jumping in to the pool, screaming. I think there should be hours that only adults should be allowed to relax. Also for few days there wasn't enough of towels near the pool and for cleaning lady it took so long to bring them.

The location of the hotel is good. There are many restaurants near by the hotel. Our room was in 9 floor, we room was very quiet There is parking garage in the hotel. The breakfast is very very good and there are many options. There is a great pool in the hotel and also a SAUNA and very nice gym and it's open until 23 pm. The staff is very nice and helpful. There is everything in the room such as coffee machine,safe box, electric gas, iron, fan,washing machine in the room.the room also has an air conditioning ( very good). I believe that with little effort this hotel can become perfect 🥰 💞 .( the maintenance of the room). Zach Avidar

The main bed in the room is very closed to the toilet and there is no privacy and also the slide door near by the bed. Unfortunately the house keeping is not good enough since there is no house cleaning every day unless you ask for it. In my opinion the towels were not cleaned enough since we found several dirty towels. In the days the they came to clean the room it seems that they did nothing (very sad). I think 32 euro for 24 hours per day for parking the car it is very expensive. Also the breakfast, 30 euro for adults is little expensive ( but the food in excellent). I believe that with little effort this hotel can become perfect.

Location was superb, close to Munich East station and a supermarket plaza with stunning views across Munich. In apartment facilities were excellent with everything you need (and more) available for a short stay. The Fitzroy was a great bar to start and end the evening. Pool facilities good too. Reception staff friendly and helpful

Couple of downsides for the kids (teenagers) .The sofa bed uncomfortable and Sauna operates a no swimwear policy

The room was very roomy, modern and comfortable with an enormous balcony with views over the city. Very handy for Ostbahnhof station and the Haidhausen district with its laid back restaurants and friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

If only it had no-smoking floors! We both hate the smell and had smokers/capers both sides of us! Apart from that, no complaints at all!

We loved the area - it was 350m from the Ostbahnhof and the hotel's height boasted unblocked views of the sprawling city. On a clear day, it is breathtaking! The rooms are well designed and we have stayed in 2 other Adinas in Germany - admittedly, Adina Apartments in Munich were a CLEAR FAVOURITE. It exuded the best work-play vibe, reflective of the industrial area's history and future-to-be. The 1-bedroom apartment has a dining table, a spacious banquette to fit 3, a bedroom for a king-sized bed + 2 pieces of luggage to open. Basically, there's enough space for a family of 4 not to get in each others' way. Facilities-wise: The indoor pool was a welcome reprieve in the cold winter - but we wish the waters were cleaned better. The gym however, was perfect for us trying to work off the Christmas calories. My children loved the roof terrace and it does provide an amazing view of Munich and beyond. Best part? For the adults, it has a bar to serve warm mulled wine to go with the views! Our favourite was the Fitzroy which is a sleek and Mod-Australian kitchen and bar. The *almost* 180-deg views of the city are quite charming and the food is a mix of contemporary Asian and European cuisines. The Werksviertel Mitte district, where the Adina is, belies a trendy, work/play harmony area in the east of Munich. The apartment hotel overlooks the Werk3 building where sheep and chickens roam the rooftop (!!!). Next to Werk3 is the Umadum Munchen which is the largest mobile Ferris wheel in the world, serving even better views at the very top of the 27 gondolas. Our room faced the construction of the new Munich concert hall(?). We were treated to a daily sunrise piano performance by Swiss pianist Alain Roche, suspended 10m off the ground. He plays till April 2024. All in all, quite a wonderful 3 days spent in this charming German city post-Christmas!

The mini kitchenette in our 1 bedroom apartment was very tiny - and did not provide enough space for things like a dish rack. Neither did it have sufficient glasses/ cups. Heater rack in the bathroom did not work!

We had block booked a total of 66 rooms at the Adina over a one-week period the Bauma trade show in April 2025, both for staff and customers. The building itself, the views, and the rooms are fantastic! Facilites are excellent, the bar area is superb. Absolutely second to none in Munich. They are the positives. During my stay of 6 nights, the room was not cleaned even on one occasion, which is incredibly disappointing. Despite the persistence of our staff to help the hotel organise customers coming and going on various nights there were several issues with rooms not allocated correctly etc. No real detriment as in the end the front desk staff worked very hard to resolve the issues in short time. One compliant I do have, which I did not appreciate, was being told by one gentleman on reception that we should have been made to pay extra to have the rooms cleaned during the stay! For a hotel of this caliber, and considering the rate per night, I would have wholly expected the rooms to be cleaned everyday!

The room and the facilities. Very good. Nice beds in bedrooms and nice kitchen facilities including washing machine. dishwasher and refregiator. Friendly staff and very nice pool. Also loved the area with lots of Streetfood and close to city center.

The cleaning was a little below expectations. And the description of the hotel didn’t mention that there could be loud techno and heavy bas Music late at night. Quite Stressing when you want to relax in the evening/night. Also the sofa bed in the Living room was quite uncomfortable to sleep on. We asked for an extra madras to minimize the feeling lying on metal - but unfortunately the hotel could not Meet over request.

Everything was excellent! The sofa bed was very comfortable, and the utilities were convenient and easy to use. There was even a simple manual explaining how to operate the washing machine, which was really helpful. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, making it easy to find something that suits your taste. I stayed on the 15th floor, which I initially thought wasn’t very high compared to floors 16 to 24. However, the swimming pool and gym are both located on the 15th floor—although it was a bit unusual having to pass through the pool area to reach the gym. Still, it was convenient not having to go up and down between floors. My room was at the end of the corridor and featured an L-shaped window, which I absolutely loved! The natural sunlight streaming into the room during the day made it feel bright and welcoming. I had a truly pleasant stay, and this experience introduced me to the Adina brand. I’ll definitely consider staying at another Adina property when visiting other cities.

There was just one small hiccup during my stay—one set of towels and a box of tissues weren’t replenished. But when I mentioned it at the reception, the staff member immediately provided them with no fuss. It wasn’t a big deal at all, as this kind of thing occasionally happens at other hotels too.

Fabulous location, just a short walk from the train station and a couple of stops from the center of Munich. I am glad we upgraded to a one bedroom apartment as it meant we could watch TV and relax whilst our son slept. The room facilities were very good with high end appliances. A washer dryer, fridge freezer AND even a small dishwasher. All were a godsend with a small child. The high floor gave us stunning views over the city.

Parking costs were very high so we found free on street parking super close by for the duration of our stay and saved a fortune.
