The apartment is cozy..Not very far from center..The online check-in system was smooth and easy.

a) The room was hot even when we turned on the fan.. b)They charge extra for housekeeping services which was okay for us, we didn’t actually require the service but they had provided very few toilet paper and shower gel for three people who booked for a week. When requested they said they would refill them but they were not refilled at all and since we had no toilet paper we had to go to Hauptbahnhof to use the washroom, which was really annoying.

Location is perfect- 3 mins walk to tram, 5 mins to metro & 10mins to s bahn. Quite neighbourhood. Fridge, dishwasher, microwave, enough plates, bowls and cutlery for cooking. All amenities like groceries, laundromat etc within few mins walk. Very clean and calm. We booked 2 apartments, 202 had a big window, no balcony, 205 had a small balcony, no window. Look at the photos and adjust your expectation for a tiny apartment, you'll be happy. If you are imagining a spacious room then you'll be disappointed.

A coin operated washing machine within the campus would have been better. Mat for the shower cubicle. Slightly bigger plates. study light at the sofa bed was not working. sofa bed was a little saggy, top bunk was good.

Excellent price, excellent location (very accessable, literally only 15 minutes with public transportation to the center), metro and tram station very close, quiet neighbourhood, apartment has everything that is needed. Very clean, and a modern fully equipped kitchen.

The whole apartment is basically one room, with 1 double and optional one single bed, and in the corner a little spot for a tiny kitchen. The bathroom is of course separate. It is like a hotel room, so do not expect too much space, but for one adult and two children travelling through Munich and being mostly outside in the city it was perfect.

The kitchen had just everything you would need for a short to long stay The welcome gifts are very generous The mid-stay cleaning service (free for long stays) was very extensive and everything was replenished and left as check-in The flats are a 15 min tram ride to the centre or the metro is also convenient There's a very nice greek restaurant right next door

Soundproofing for the door that lead to the stairwell was terrible so we could hear everyone coming and going No blinds only thin curtains so the sun could wake you up if you were sensitive to that The mattress top kept sliding off

Location, 5min away from a supermarket (Edeka Express) and 2min away from tram Station where in front there is a Taxi Stop. Very centric The facilities look modern and there is enough space for two people.

The option for late check-out was denied after having paid in advance, the fee was reimbursed but still I had to put my credit card information for an extra they offered but couldn’t give. After flushing there was a sewer smell. The rooms are not sound proof, when there are people outside you can hear clearly; whether at night from other guests arriving or in the morning from staff talking. No reception and not very attentive answers in the chat

Nice big rooms, kitchen well equipped, good shower.

No so near the old center. The mattress of the sofa bed was a bit thin.

Very nice little apartment, close to public transportation. Easy check-in and check-out. The apartment has all the necessary amenities. Beds are comfortable. Linens and whole apartment are very clean. They left complimentary beer and water, which is a nice detail, even though we didn’t have opportunity to take it. True to the pictures showed on internet.

The apartment is very little for 4 adults. There is hardly space to open the luggage. Only 2 chairs fit the apartment, so 2 people can eat at the table and 2 on the beds or take turns. The apartment is located on ground floor without a/c so we had to sleep with open windows during august, and the windows look to an interior patio where people keep their bikes so you can hear all the noise going on and if you have the curtains opened they can see inside, a bit uncomfortable.

Location was great and beautiful. Clean room, great bed, okay bathroom, the kitchen is surprisingly good, there was free coffee as well. The room was big and had a great view out to the street and the park.

There was no air conditioner which I should have checked before booking. It was really hot in the room. There was no mosquito net on the window but we didn't see any so it wasn't a problem. The room didn't have any major problems, it was great.

These apartments are fantastic. Couldn’t fault this place at all. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The clean they did on our room was perfect and detail focused. The quality of the room was excellent and very comfortable. We were on the street side and sure there was a little noise but nothing more than expected being on a decently used road. Access to public transport is so easy and even the area is lovely to be in. I would definitely stay again.

Small minute detail the, the room was on the small side but absolutely manageable. We did book the smallest/cheapest room they had so there are options to bigger if you need. I don’t think the small room overshadowed the stay at all.

Clean and well-thought out rooms. I really liked the convenience of soaps already being available for use, as well as the coffee machine and coffee capsules that are free so you can start your morning strong. Also the compliment drinks and bottled water in the apartment were a very nice surprise, I really appreciated.

Sound insulation is rather poor unfortunately, so if people are even a bit noisy, especially outside in the halls between apartments, you can't fall asleep/get waken up. The door leading up to the hallway of my apartment, on the outside, it seems to slam close very strongly, which also makes a lot of noise and could disturb people during the night. This all comes from a perspective of a light sleeper, but still important to note.
