The hotel was in a quiet location near the city center which could be reached by public transportation in a 10-15 minutes. It was clean and comfortable for our family and provided everything we needed for our city trip.

Breakfast can be improved. Also, the breakfast hours should be extended after 10am, especially if this rule is strictly followed as it was in our case. It is not so comfortable if you have to wake up to catch breakfast when you are on holidays and need to relax a bit..

The location is fantastic. The hotel is on a quiet street very close to the train station, four stops to the city centre. The room was cleaned every day of our stay. The variety available at breakfast was fantastic - great value for money. The reception staff helped us a great deal with the trains.

Parking was a little difficult, a bit of a walk from the hotel. It would have been helpful if we knew about what we needed to do for parking before we arrived.

Great breakfast. There's U-bahn, Tram, cafe, grocery store just outside. Good staff. Good Wifi. Hot water always available. Plenty of electrical sockets in the room for charging multiple gadgets

The hotel itself is not wheel-chair friendly. You can't shower without wetting the whole bathroom floor. Room is quite small with double bed barely fitting 2 people. There's only one small window facing the courtyard which had ongoing constructions.

A lovely atmosphere as soon as we entered the hotel, staff were friendly and couldn't have been more helpful throughout our stay. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Comfortable bed, superb air conditioning, great shower and ample storage. We also liked the outside blind to keep the room cool during the day. A fantastic breakfast with a very good selection of hot and cold, freshly baked bread and rolls and an excellent coffee machine. Out of town a bit but very easy access via tram or underground and amenities such as cafes and restaurants nearby. We loved the seating area and the courtyard area for enjoying a coffee or glass of wine.

We had a very enjoyable stay and couldn't fault anything!

The staffs were very friendly. We arrived at 8 in the morning and they accommodated our luggages for safekeeping. We were able to start our tour without the hassle of carrying our luggages with us. They allowed us to borrow water heater for coffee and tea. Transportation, groceries and backeries are nearby. We dont need room cleaning and they gave water or beer in exchange.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with comfortable beds. Location is good, very short walk to U1 station, bakery and supermarket. If you choose to not have the room serviced, you will get free beer/water tokens for the bar downstairs.

Design of the shower meant that the water was not contained very well, so we had to use all the smaller towels to mop it all up. No options for limited diets for the breakfast, although apparently the breakfast is good if no dietary issues.

I didn't try the breakfast but the room was big and the temperature of the room was at perfect temperature. The matrass was confortable and the bathroom was adapted which I requested.

There are lots of stairs to enter, fortunately they have a ramp in the back for which I could enter and leave. The underground parking lot was two blocks away and there was no elevator just stair to exit

Friendly staff and a real reception desk. Good location, close to Wetterstein Platz U-Bahn five stops from Central Station. Room was characterless but comfortable. Breakfast was a decent spread of the usual German items. Efficient air con (although the controls were tricky). A very nice Indian restaurant next door.

There were building works outside the window, and a noisy main road, so opening the window was to be avoided. Good thing the air con worked.

The hotel is great. The room is not too big, but enough for a short trip. Everything is as in the description. The bathroom is new and big. Hotel is close to the U-bahn and tram, great location. Next to the hotel are a bakery and a market. In front of the hotel we always found city parking at any time of the day.

There was no mini bar in the room. Although according to the description of the room it shouldn't be there, but I think every room should have it.

staff were so friendly, allowed us to use their microwave, gave us a kettle for the room. bed was super comfy, tv was amazing with netflix and youtube. lovely clean bathroom with hot shower. nice full length mirror and big wardrobe. a desk with a chair is very useful. close to an underground, tram stop and a supermarket.
