The room was cozy and quiet, whichnis important for a light sleeper like me. The hotel has that rarest of things - doors that shut quietly, so you don't hear the din of everyone departing their rooms in the morning. The wee kitchenette was small, but good for preparing some light meals. The bed was comfortable and staff was able to accommodate my request for feather-free bedding. There were a couple of odd things with the room that the staff were helpful in resolving.

The safe never worked. I mentioned it to the staff twice, and they said an engineer had looked at it. But it still never worked so I stopped mentioning it and had to carry my passport with me every day.

The room was clean. Breakfast-excellent. I loved the kettle and the bathtub. If stayed more-probably could cook something))) I liked the location. Also had a pleasant run along the river. Stuff is excellent and helpful.

My room was somehow too hot for me. But I think it could be fixed by addressing the stuff or studying for a few seconds more the air-conditioning panel.

Staff were amazing, they were so helpful and friendly. The rooms and hotel were very clean and well presented, and my room was more spacious than I expected

Some of the things in room didn’t work/were hard to use: e.g. the balcony door was very difficult to open, and my fridge door didn’t properly close, and even when fixed there was still a lot of water in it which meant some of my food was damaged.

We liked everything about this room. The partition of the room is so smart and elegant. I could live there for a long period of time. There are complementary water and beer in the fridge- that’s such a nice gesture. The staff are friendly. The location is perfect. There’s a Rewe store literally next to the hotel - that’s a plus. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Munich.

Some equipment requires a maintenance but it’s not a big deal.

This hotel is about a half hour walk from the centre of town. I thought initially that this could make things a little hard work, however, on your walk down side streets on your way to town you come across some excellent restaurants and bars which I found a real bonus. These are safe streets to walk through, residential but socially busy. If you don’t want to walk cabs are numerous 15 euro to the main attractions. I was impressed by the size of the room.

The bar wasn’t always open, there is a bar called ‘follow the dog’ which is 50 yards away and very welcoming

It is a split level apartment and was comfortable and well equipped even if the decor was a little dated. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. There is an excellent supermarket next door. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Marienplatz but there are good bus links with the city centre and train station and stops within 5 minutes of the hotel. There's a sauna but we forgot to bring swimming costumes. The kitchen area was quite compact but we got free water and beer. SC

The room was very nice although a little outdated. But the value for money was very very good. The hotel has a state of the art laundry room I wish I had at home. The staff was very nice and helpful. We booked this hotel when we decided to stay in Munich more days and it did not dissapoint!

It is a but far from the center, but well connected. If you want to be on walking distance from the center, this is not the place.

Room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was very convenient for me to walk up to the Marienplatz area to meet with colleagues. I didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that.

Pillows were extremely flimsy. Also, while the sauna is a great facility, it was disappointing to find on two separate days that there were clean water glasses provided in the rest space but no source of drinking water anywhere in the Wellness area to put into the glasses.

Great hotel. Spacious room, super comfy bed, the blanket is a cozy cloud, very comfortable. Mini kitchen, free mini bar, nice view to the garden, calm and relaxing place. Very clean.

We liked everything. Just a couple of things to improve: the knives in the kitchen were not sharpened, there was neither dishwasher tablets for a machine nor detergent for cleaning the dish manually. But I think the hotel would provide this in case we ask, we just did not :)

Fantastic location if you plan to use the bus system to see the sites - The buses are very good in Munich. Supermarket directly below the rooms - A+ for that too. Breakfast buffet with a nice relaxed atmosphere and scrambled eggs and bacon - very nice! The hotel is near the Isar river too for swimming. Bidets, kitchenettes, plumbing, and room decor all seemed new and very well thought out. I didn't use the sauna or gym but they looked nice. The staff were super nice too.

The air conditioning is variable between the rooms - we had two and in one the AC worked well and in the other it wasn't as strong. It was NOT hot outside so I do wonder how well it would hold up in a heat wave. It seemed to be a very modern AC system so maybe they are still working the kinks out of it - I think the air handlers must have varying airflow, because it appears multiple rooms share the same compressors? Also, the water pressure out of the shower/tub was pretty weak and also varied between the rooms.. Again this may be a function of variations in the valving? The plumbing/bathroom fixtures and quality are very nice.
