Location, location, location! Nearly all points of interest in the city are within a 5-10 minute walking distance, so it is a very big plus. Another strong point is the value-for-money ratio. The hotel is really basic, much like its price, but after a full day of exploring Munich's treasures, you'll appreciate a refreshing shower and a clean, comfortable bed. The standout feature of this hotel is its staff - a gracious lady who greets guests like old friends and provides plenty of essential information, and a young, charming gentleman who is calm, kind, and practically available 24/7. We encountered a minor inconvenience with the power outlets, but they promptly resolved it. Such excellent service! It's affordable, very cheap compared to other Munich hotels, and staffed by wonderful individuals. We would stay here again.

Our minor concern refers to the double room's size, which was quite small and lacked a table and chair (we had hoped for these based on the pictures). This issue could easily be addressed by the hotel management by adding some wall-mounted foldable tables and chairs. Additionally, the walls are thin, so there is occasional noise.

The hotel undoubtedly has the best possible location, close to Munich's shopping center and next to the metro station. The Hotel manager is a super kind guy and always ready to help with whatever is needed!

In general, I think 3-star hotels in Germany are extremely simple, they don't have a minibar, a shelf to put your suitcase, a thermal kettle to make coffee, in short, my room faced the back, I stayed there for 6 days, I couldn't bear to stay for a while. Seventh, I found it claustrophobic, but overall I just wasn't lucky, as the hotel has much better rooms!!!

The staff was responsive to requests and helpful in giving advice about local shops. Very simple accommodations.

The Staff were friendly, helpful, very polite and made us feel very welcome, all spoke very good English. The location is perfect, close to city but still quiet around the hotel, all at a reasonable price! We will booking again next year for Oktoberfest for sure and I would highly recommend to everyone!

The only negative is that the WiFi in the rooms was a little patchy at times.

The location is terrific- right at the edge of the Altstadt and 2 minute walk to the U-bahn. Elevator to room was convenient. Our first room had a shower with no door and a super long shower curtain that made safe showering impossible. the front desk immediately moved us to another room which, to our delight, was much larger with a bigger bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The price was so affordable, especially considering the great location.

This is a wonderful hotel in the heart of the city, just a couple of minutes from Asamkirche and pretty close to the central railway station. There's a vietnamese restaurant in the same building around the corner that works until 10pm. And lots of other coffee shops too. Overall, I highly recommend it 👍 P.S. I like those lamps by the bed with warm light that you can dim

The location was amazing! Right next to the trains, shopping, and square. The hotel manager was so friendly and helpful.

The shower and bathroom were small, and no AC. But the manager gave us a fan so that helped a lot.
