Great location. Close to Sendlinger Tor. Right on the pedestrian walk area. Nice to walk from there to Marienplatz without concerns for traffic. The staff was super friendly, very helpful with recommendations, providing extra tea cups. Allowed us to store bags for an extra hour after checkout. Family room was more spacious than we had anticipated.

Really minor: Small elevator so took a bit to get our bags up to our floor. You just need to allow for some extra time. Room was warm. We should have sought assistance to get the heat turned down.

We recently stayed at Hotel Atlanta in Munich for 2 nights as a group of 5 people, and overall, we had a very positive experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city and its attractions. The family room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a short stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our group was well taken care of. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and we appreciated the efficient service. While the hotel is a bit basic in terms of amenities, it’s perfect for travelers who need a convenient and comfortable place to stay while exploring Munich. We would definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

One downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made the stay quite challenging as it was very hot during our visit. This is something to keep in mind if you're visiting during the warmer months.

Location was great, I could not say too much, but the thing was my flight was delayed and I was going with my friend to Switzerland. so it was so late we decided to make last time booking and booked Hotel Atlanta, just in the city center to have eat something. I have not met staff but in the chat they were lovely, everything was explained pretty good, price was really really cheap so it was worse it

The only thing was it was not super clean but it was still clean, even when I am paying cheap I am always trying to find places where at least there is cleanliness so it was moderate clean

Location is excellent, within walking distance to everything in the shopping area. Staff was exceptionally attentive. I requested for an additional fan in our room and when I returned to the room, it was already nicely set up for us. Also worth mentioning is the style of the room and the hotel, simple but really cosy and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Munich!

There was some renovation going on in the building across our room, so it was a little noisy during those days of our stay.

I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel and the location was unbeatable!

I did not like the tiny elevator and how you share a foyer with another room… It’s great if you book 2 rooms however it made me slightly uncomfortable because there was additional facilities in this foyer that can be used by your neighbors. Think of booking a 2 room suite but you only had access to one room and everything is private. I also did not like the manual key and not modern key cards for room access. This makes you more responsible for the keys if they are lost and couldn’t just check out and leave without locking door and returning keys to front desk, though the workers do not need to be there to accept a key return.

It was an excellent hotel to visit Munich. Knowledgeable and friendly staff with whom it was a pleasure to communicate. We had a spacious, quite and very clean room. The shower was strong and easy to adjust. We paid for the delicious breakfast and were glad we did. The location was great, on a charming pedestrian street. Would love to come again to Munich and to stay in Atlanta.

Central location and large family room- they provided us with a crib and even though the room didn’t have its own mini fridge, they allowed us to store our items in theirs.

Small elevator and the shower door is small so leaks to the bathroom floor if you’re not careful

The location is unbeatable. The staff is super friendly and is always there to assist with whatever you need. It is an old hotel but very cozy. The bed are really comfortable.

Please change the bathroom curtains for glass or plastic screens. The internet was not working well

The location is amazing, the room we got faced the street so it was a bit noisy, the temperature was great for May, spacious, they helped us keeping our luggage after checkout, there was only a tiny step to the bathroom we kept hitting so I'd recommend attention to this so people won't get hurt. Everything else was on point.
