Absolutely fantastic location opposite Viktualienmarkt. Super friendly staff and receptionists. Delicious breakfast and cool interior design. Would definitely recommend

There was no aircon in our room under the roof. It can become very hot in summer. The rooms have wooden floor, hence you hear a lot of the neighbours stomping, trampling and kids jumping or throwing luggage pieces. You could also hear neighbours showering or flushing the toilet. We used their valet parking and got the car back with huge scratches on the side door. Unfortunately we saw it only when we had left as we were in a rush…. Bad luck - probably also not the hotel’s fault

The front desk staff was absolutely excellent and were very, very helpful. The location was fantastic and is right across the from the market. Walking distance to just about everything in central downtown has to offer. The mini bar also had drinks that were free with the hotel stay. This hotel is great for a one day stopover, but I'm not sure our room would be a good room for long term. The elevators are small, and getting luggage to the room is rather complicated and difficult. However, the hotel did have a Bellman to help with the luggage and also valet and park the car. Most everything downtown shuts down on Sundays, so beware of that day.

There are mirror halls and maybe a little bit dangerous for some people.

Very comfortable, modern, clean, great location, bed was very comfortable, free mini bar, excellent shower. We were able to control the temperature of the room very easily. Our room was extremely quiet so we slept well. There was a little welcome tray with mulled wine and stollen which was lovely.

The breakfast wasn’t great. They ran out of plates and when I asked for one was told they didn’t have any more. This limited our choice of food from the buffet as we could only eat from a small bowl or a paper napkin. Also the tea and coffee arrived long after we had finished eating. The tables stayed with dirty things on for a long time before things were cleared away. There weren’t many seats around the bar and in the evening we were told we were not allowed to sit at one of the restaurant tables which were in the bar area, even though there were many empty tables so we had to stand until some seats became available at the bar itself

Great Location. Clean. Lots of Space. The location is amazing, easy 8-10 minute walk from train station. Right off the river and square with restaurants, shops and cafes. Could walk everywhere. Safe and felt comfortable walking at night. The flat was very clean. Had washer, large bathroom with walk in shower, full kitchen, open floor plan - everything we needed. Lots of space and storage for your bags. Felt very secure. It was quiet , unless you had windows open but even then was not loud. Highly recommend.

We liked everything no complaints. Just an FYI: there is no elevator, if you are on the top floor there are 70+ steps to climb. If you have a lot of luggage or issues with steps - this may not be for you unless you are on a lower floor. We did not have a problem but you should be aware.

Outstanding location directly adjacent to the Viktualienmarkt in central Munich. Walking distance to all of the sites, beer halls, etc. Hotel staff, from the front desk to the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. Really liked this hotel and will return in the future.

I never had hot water in the room. Only warm, at best. I reported the problem to the hotel on the first morning, but they were unable to fix. On the second morning, they offered me a different room, but it was too late for me as I departed the following morning.

The hotel left a very positive impression on me. The location is absolutely fantastic – with a large food hall right next door, which is a huge advantage for food lovers seeking variety. The hotel itself is clean and pleasant, with a relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The breakfast is delicious, offering a well-curated selection of dishes to satisfy both fans of classic flavors and those looking for something different. This is a place I would gladly return to. Highly recommended!

Front desk staff was exceptional, especially a young woman (Dariia, I think) who was so kind, helpful, and efficient. She was very patient, helping us to find the best room (we had booked at the lowest price point, and, while the room was fine, the interior view on a low floor, combined with the smallest room category, would not have worked for our 4-night stay). Dariia patiently showed us a variety of rooms in our category and others, and she geniunely wanted us to enjoy our stay. She and all the front desk staff were superb. The location is fantastic- You are likely to gain weight staying here, because the best wurst stand is right across the street, Teltschik Wurststandl.

Very minor, and only probably noticeable during the hottest weeks, but the air conditioning is not robust. During our stay, the housekeeping team seemed to be figuring out some organizational things. But everyone was eager to assist, and nothing disrupted our stay or our enjoyment of the hotel and the city.

Location for sure. The hotel is located just next to the Viktualienmarkt, so we got easy access to various kinds of local food and drinks, as well as of many tourist attractions. The rooms are very tidy, clean, and one even had a mini kitchen built inside the cabinet. All the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were very essential for the prices, but I understand Munich has the highest living costs in Germany.

The room is nice, the location outstanding. The valet parking is a real help, this alone would be sufficient to take this hotel again. The staff is extremely helpful.

Our room was overlooking the Viktualienmarkt. This is of course nice, but very loud at night. What we did not like is that the breakfast is extremely expensive, 30 Euro per person is definitely too much. There should be some alternatives to the buffet, like just a cup of coffee and a roll which one could offer through the menue, like many hotels in the US do.
