- good location - clean, tidy, nice room - late check in instructions provided

- I received a message via Booking.com from what looked like the accommodation provider saying there was an issue with the booking. When I went through the link in the message, it asked me to pay again. This raised alarm bells for me and so I asked the staff about it. Turns out this was a spam/scam message. It would have been very easy to lose lots of money through this and the accommodation provided no information about how I could have received this scam information from them/through Booking.com. Very suspicious and troubling because it was from Booking.com by both email and in the in-app chat. - no check out instructions were provided.

Where do I start!!! The staff was the best I have ever stayed at. They were kind, understanding, and did so many nice things for me that I only dreamed others would do. For example, they let me leave more of my luggage in the room on the last day because my flight was not until later that day. They also let us in earlier the first day, explained everything, and were there every day with a smile on their face. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every two days. A clean bathroom is very important to me when I travel, so I gave this a 10 out of 10. Great location—right next to the subway, next to the grocery store, and in front of the hotel is the bakery Zöttl. There are also many food kiosks, restaurants, burger joints, and McDonald's across the street. ATMs on every corner, bus station is also across the street. No words can describe how great this place is. If I ever go to Munich again, I will definitely stay here—Hotel Mons is the best one ever.

One room was almost perfect with 2 luggage holders and a small fridge. The other had no fridge and only one luggage rack. Location was convenient Octoberfest and nice restaurants.

The elevator didn't work one afternoon and we had to climb to the 4th Floor with a 3 year old child. City noises st night—emergency sirens, blaring car horns, street sweeper machines—interrupted sleep. Not the hotel's fault, but might be worth mentioning to prospective guests.

Excellent location, nearby Goetheplatz metro station, a short (15m) walk to Theresienplatz where Oktoberfest is held. Room was spacious and clean, minimal but stylish. the bed and bedding excellent and shower hot, fast, strong. Staff was helpful and responsive. I was there in Sept 2023 and the staff had Oktoberfest maps and traditional gingerbread cookies in the room.

Desk is limited hrs (closes at 14:00) so if you're a traveler who needs more help, it's phone or email after 2pm. A small fridge would have been nice.

It's located in a nice neighborhood and very well connected with the rest of the city via metro and busses. The room was clean. The shower was nice. The staff there let me drop off my bags early in the morning and they were already delivered to my room when I returned for check-in. Lots of places to eat and have coffee or a drink right in front of the hotel.

The accommodation is basic. There is no AC, so the room can get quite hot.

The location is perfect, it is very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here, the only problem I had was with the TV which was remote and you other people from other rooms can control it too. It was a bit annoying, but I loved every other detail.

My stay in Munich was truly wonderful. The hotel manager readily supplied a cup, kettle, and iron when I asked for them, and they didn't even request their return after use, allowing me to have these amenities throughout my time at Mons. Additionally, the hotel staff was incredibly friendly, allowing me to have a late checkout which was an extremely kind and cost-free gesture that really understood and helped my situation.

The communication from the hotel was limited and the final instructions on how to access the hotel came to late as I was on the plane with no access to information

Centrally located just next to a subway and very clean and comfortable. Unique experience to not have a reception or person to interact with, nonetheless, the communication and the information was seamlessly communicated regarding check in, wifi etc. Will recommend it to visitors to Munich.

Very modern, clean rooms. Location is perfect for the city or Oktoberfest and it’s great value for money. I would definitely recommend it and would stay there again without hesitation.

I would have loved a “Do not disturb” sign as a staff member came in one day without knocking
