Communication with the hosts was quick and easy. The location was awesome and all the facilities within the apartment were good. Good wi-fi connection and it is a good convenience to have a supermarket located in the same building. Near the city center and around all public transportation options.

The bathroom was not cleaned well and the sofa which turns into a bed should be replaced with another one with less noisy mechanism as you can't really sleep on it - every move you make causes different sounds all the time and is not very comfortable for an adult.

Sofa bed is really small and should not be advertised that is for an adult. It could be for a short-size adult, but for a normal grown-up adult, the sofa bed is too small! Also, very loud and drunk probably guests in apartment Rosa one of the nights and were knocking on all doors after midnight and screaming.

Very good location. Many supermarkets within 5 mins walk. Subway entrance is also 5 mins walk and only a few stops to many of the attractions (marienplatz, English Garden). The staff is also very friendly and helpful. Kitchen is well equipped.

Minor things: the apartment doesn't have space for luggage storage. If you arrive before check-in time, you will need to make separate arrangement. There is a lotto store opposite the apartment that stores luggage for a fee (5 euro per piece for whole day) but you need to check the opening hours. No washer or dryer in apartment and nearest laundromat is a distance away.

Excellent location, only a few steps away from Poccistrasse metro station. Very clean, silent and nice apartment. All perfect for a short-stay journey in Munchen. Also some cakes for a basic breakfast were provided along with coffee capsules. Minimarket at the corner of the building to buy food and many more things.

Not very well furnished with cutlery, pans and sets of glasses. Toilet paper, clothes for wiping and paper napkins missing. I'd suggest complementing the guests with this basic stuff to start the stay with less hassle.

The apartment was well maintained. Gave off a very homey vibe. The main bed was of a generous size and very comfortable. There was also an instruction provided on how to setup the sofa bed. Self checkin instruction was seamless. Liked how coffee pods were provided. Love the TVs in both the main room and the living room.

The shower has no enclosure. The water will inevitably travel outside the shower area as there was no divider or crevice to prevent so. I requested the sofa bed to be already arranged but we still had to it ourselves (not a biggie but I wish that it had been already setup). The location was a bit far from Munich central. 22 min walk or a 16 min bus ride. But overall, we still enjoyed our stay

Easy access to city highlights. Loved the elevator for heavy luggage. Loved the coffee pods that were enough for 2 days. I loved the diffuser that was included with a full size hairdryer. A couple of grocery stores were just around the corner. Parking for a cost was available also and greatly appreciated.

I was under the impression that the Sophia bedroom was separate and there was a twin bed. Turns out it was a foldaway twin bed placed right in the middle of the room. After moving the bed for a little more privacy for our 24 year old daughter, it was OK. She said the bed was quite comfortable! Poor lighting in bathroom for any facial care.

Cleanliness, location, crockery in the kitchen, Penny and Rewe (supermarkets) downstairs.

No door in bathroom (big issue when traveling with family) a curtain can help if installed, no luggage storage option before checking in and after check out, no fan or AC in room, only small table fan. These things make our stay a bit uncomfortable. We were travelling with 3 suitcases as it was our 4 th destination in Europe so we found it bit tight in space as after turning a single sofa into bed, u r left with no space to open up ur luggage.

We were a group of 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids and we had booked 3 apartments. They are clean and comfortable with a lot of amenities. There is coffee and tea for a beautiful awakening. The location is very close to metro station, and close to the city center, just 3 stops from Marienplatz. There are a lot of restaurants and beer houses around and a supermarket at the ground floor. The staff is smiling and always willing and the communication immediate response. We are looking forward to book here again.

The location, especially for Oktoberfest, is excellent. Very close to the metro so getting to the city centre is quite easy and it is also walkable. Local area has very good food and shopping options and seemed to be very safe. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the shower had good water pressure and hot water. It was very quiet as well.

Not a lot of alternate seating in the room other than the dining room table. No fresh towels even though we stayed for 5 nights. The room key is very small and easy to misplace. The kitchenette was very crowded with a large pillar to work around so cooking would have been difficult.

The property is on the outskirts of the centre of Munich but is well located to a nearby underground station. The studio interior is modern and bright. There were nice additional touches in the room such as a speaker, fridge, hairdryer and overall the room was spacious. The check in/out process was very easy.

The bathroom was small and needed some updates. The rainfall shower was broken and this meant that water was spilling out of the top, therefore affecting the water pressure. On arrival we were told the name of the room but not the floor so we had to try a couple different floors in the lift before we found it.
