Location was great. It was a little hard to find at first because the entrance is back in a parking lot behind an auto dealership. Room was clean and modern. The staff was super nice even when there was a confusion on my part about breakfast, they were great.

Bed was a little soft for me but how can you make that good for everyone. I wish the flat screen were on a swivel so I could have watched it from the desk. But again, that is just me. It was a small suitable room for my needs. Just fine. Somehow the cleaning staff didn't know I was in there and I was awakened by someone entering my room. That gave me a bit of a shock. Perhaps it is good to make sure the list of occupied rooms and when people are leaving is clearly listed for the staff.

The room is large and comfortable, with abundant room for clothing and luggage. The bathroom had clearly been recently renewed. There is a lot of light, and the bed was absolutely ok. Importantly, the staff was super friendly and let us stay on the terrace after check out, while we waited for the time to go back to the airport on the last day.

The area is not very lively, especially on Sundays, when it is pretty hard to find a place to have breakfast very close to the hotel (there is one open bakery along the street towards the Center). The room has no air conditioning, so it might get pretty hot during summer days. Also, the room has an old-style carpet that is not very pleasant (but was admittedly very clean).

-Price was very reasonable given that it was the Day of the Champions League final match in the city (most hotels in the same category were charging up to 500 € ! -Location was excellent: just couple steps away from the Metro Station (although the hotel entrance's a bit hidden) -Room was small but very confortable and had (almost) everything I needed. -Breakfast was a very pleasant surprise: I was asked what I wanted for breakfast and it was freshly made and stylishly served. -At check-out, my breakfast was not charged, because the price was already high due to the Soccer Match!

I really enjoyed the feeling of peace and welcome at the hotel. Everything was clean, quiet, and cozy. The staff were kind and attentive, making sure even the little things were taken care of – a touch of excellence that's sometimes missed in bigger hotels.

It's hard to say anything bad, honestly. I stayed for just one night and it was a great experience. I don't have anything negative to point out. However, it's worth noting that this hotel isn't like a big hotel chain – it's smaller, more private, and quieter. If you're looking for a bustling lobby, a bar, or a tall building with elevators, this might not be your place. But for a fantastic and tranquil experience, it's perfect.

Great location, welcoming staff, cozy and clean room. Great WiFi signal for working and online meeting. Everything functions very well. The location is second to none - almost right next to the metro exit and only two stops to the old city centre (MarienPlatz) and 15 minutes walk to the central train station. The neighbourhood is quiet but convenient. There is a grocery store right across the street and some affordable dining options nearby.

I didn't find an elevator. It didn't bother me but older people or travelers with large luggage might find it not easy.

The location of the hotel was very good as it was close to the metro station, and very near to the city center. The double room shown to us during check-in was small, but the responsible lady was very kind to change that room with a larger room. The room and the bathroom was very clean, the comfort of the room was very sufficient, and all the personnel were very helpful and kind.

It would be even better if the hotel had an elevator, and a place where you could sit and have some drink.

Very friendly staff and great service. We were checked in in about 5 minutes and shown to our room. Room was nice and very clean. Location wise, the hotel was only a few minutes walk from the subway and we were able to get to the city centre very quickly! We met Liza, the owner, when we checked out. She offered us a coffee and a croissant before we left. An excellent place that we will definitely come back to! Thank you Liza and staff for making our stay great!

The place exceeded our expectations. Top location near the station and city center, and very quiet to sleep, which is super rare to find. Rooms are clean, well equipped with everything, beds are comfortable. But, most importantly, the service was amazing! The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and willing to help. You can feel being welcomed and cared. The breakfast was tasty, everything is fresh and good quality. extra point for a nice coffee) we will definitely come back here when in Munich again

I liked everything

Positives: the staff are really fantastic, ultra helpful and friendly. Great neighbourhood, the hotel is very close to subway, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean, met all my needs even though it was small.

Negatives: There is no elevator, lots of stairs up to the third floor (but the staff helped me carry my luggage up when I checked in, so that's a positive too). It can be a little tricky to locate, make sure you read the map the hotel will email to you before you arrive. The hotel is built above a car mechanic workshop, I was never woken by noise or anything but it's not a glamourous location if that's what you're after.

Excellent stay in a very clean environment. The ladies running the location are very polite and helpful. Breakfast very good with a good variety of food.

There was no cooling facility in the room. Even though during the day the weather was rainy with some sunny break-ups, room was too hot. A bit overpriced due to the Munich Messe event and of course due to booking.com commissions..
