I really enjoyed the feeling of peace and welcome at the hotel. Everything was clean, quiet, and cozy. The staff were kind and attentive, making sure even the little things were taken care of – a touch of excellence that's sometimes missed in bigger hotels.

It's hard to say anything bad, honestly. I stayed for just one night and it was a great experience. I don't have anything negative to point out. However, it's worth noting that this hotel isn't like a big hotel chain – it's smaller, more private, and quieter. If you're looking for a bustling lobby, a bar, or a tall building with elevators, this might not be your place. But for a fantastic and tranquil experience, it's perfect.

Great location, welcoming staff, cozy and clean room. Great WiFi signal for working and online meeting. Everything functions very well. The location is second to none - almost right next to the metro exit and only two stops to the old city centre (MarienPlatz) and 15 minutes walk to the central train station. The neighbourhood is quiet but convenient. There is a grocery store right across the street and some affordable dining options nearby.

I didn't find an elevator. It didn't bother me but older people or travelers with large luggage might find it not easy.

The location of the hotel was very good as it was close to the metro station, and very near to the city center. The double room shown to us during check-in was small, but the responsible lady was very kind to change that room with a larger room. The room and the bathroom was very clean, the comfort of the room was very sufficient, and all the personnel were very helpful and kind.

It would be even better if the hotel had an elevator, and a place where you could sit and have some drink.

The place exceeded our expectations. Top location near the station and city center, and very quiet to sleep, which is super rare to find. Rooms are clean, well equipped with everything, beds are comfortable. But, most importantly, the service was amazing! The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and willing to help. You can feel being welcomed and cared. The breakfast was tasty, everything is fresh and good quality. extra point for a nice coffee) we will definitely come back here when in Munich again

I liked everything

Positives: the staff are really fantastic, ultra helpful and friendly. Great neighbourhood, the hotel is very close to subway, supermarket, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The room was very clean, met all my needs even though it was small.

Negatives: There is no elevator, lots of stairs up to the third floor (but the staff helped me carry my luggage up when I checked in, so that's a positive too). It can be a little tricky to locate, make sure you read the map the hotel will email to you before you arrive. The hotel is built above a car mechanic workshop, I was never woken by noise or anything but it's not a glamourous location if that's what you're after.

They were very hospitable and accommodating. The room was very clean and modern. It was very easy to reach with the subway. It's a 20 min walk to the city center and to the central station.

The bed felt a bit small, I am not so tall so I could fit very well. But maybe it's an issue for someone taller. As others commented, there's no elevator, but they assist you with your luggage if you need help. There's a receptionist only until 7 pm, but that was not a problem for me. Everything else was great!

A lovely family-run hotel with a really nice and welcoming staff. The location was a great solution to visit Munich as the building is away from the city center chaos but not too far away to reach it by foot. The hotel is brand new, well-furnished and clean. Our room was small, but not tiny as many other reviews claimed and we found it pretty comfortable. I think the latter aspect depends on how many days you are going to spend in Munich, as well as how many and how big your luggages are, so keep that it mind when you book your accomodation.

There was no AC in the room. We were unlucky because we ended up in Munich during some really hot days which I think are not usual, but still it was really challenging managing to sleep during the night. We were kindly provided with a fan by the staff though, but probably only AC could have helped us. As breakfast is not included in the room fee, I think it should be definitely put a kettle in the room.

The hotel is situated in the center of Munich and has ample parking space. The rooms are nice considering the location and the host even gave us a floor fan since it was hot in Munich in August. While we had not opted for breakfast, the host still offered Coffee and Croissants which was a really nice surprise. They allowed us to store our luggage after checkout and even offered water for the way. A really nice stay at Lizz

Perfect location in München! From the accomoddation you can walk (+-20 min) to the centre. The room was clean and the staff was very polied. Also nice that they had a parking place for our car. The parking place looks very safe. Good price/quality ratio!

It was a bit warm in the room, but with the fan on and the window open, it was manageable. Considering the price of the hotel, the overall value for money is very good

I have never stayed in an accommodation so clean. Also the staff were so helpful with every single thing we asked of them. Nice restaurant right across the street and the metro too! We didn't have breakfast but the staff offered us some nice filter coffee and we enjoyed it on their lovely terrace each morning!

Rooms were warm in the heat of the summer, fans provided but they were noisy.
