Breakfast was always great. Staff and other guests were always friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. For me location was perfect for my Oktoberfest visit. Less than a 5 minute walk to bus stop for the 58 bus that dropped off right in front of Oktoberfest grounds. Fun 15 minute ride with locals and tourists. Incredibly easy and fun. Then you take the 68 bus back home. Still amazed by Germanys transit system

Everything was perfect. Simple room worked perfectly because most of my time was spent exploring parts of Germany as well as Oktoberfest. In America we’re used to bigger everything. Room and single bed seemed small at first, but it worked fine. Well rested every night.

Very convenient location and easy to find by car. Trams and trains within 5 minutes walk from hotel that get you quickly into the city centre. Plenty of on street parking and was able to get a permit from reception for parking. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Very cosy with the heating for cold winter nights. Breakfast was delicious! Very accommodating of my two small dogs. All staff were very friendly and helpful.

The bed was too hard for me but that is honestly just personal preference. If you like a hard mattress then you’re in luck!

Excellent little hotel .. Location : 10 mins to bus stop into town or about 40/45 to walk into town .Also 10/ 15 min walk to get to U- bhan ( underground) The hotel is in a nice residential area. stayed here with two adult daughters before seeing Adele Twin beds and a full size chair/ camp bed that I had that was very very comfortable! Fairly large room with a dressing area where the wardrobe was and storage for cases . Very useful room design . Shower over bath was a decent size All areas beautifully clean Cooked breakfast too included in price 24 hour reception is nice especially as English is spoken

The weather was hot for our stay This room did not have air conditioning . We had a fan and opened the windows when the lights were off ( not on the ground floor ) This worked for us but 2 of us took the continental quilt out of its cover and slept under that cover only A kettle would have been nice tea/ coffee in rooms etc …I would still use this hotel !

Friendly staff. Arrived a couple hours early and still got a room straight away - even a bigger one than I booked! The room decor is stuck a couple decades back, which I really enjoyed. Take into account whether you appreciate a retro vibe or not. Location is great for having a drink. A microbrewery tap room and Paulaner´s huge beer hall are right around the corner. Nice breakfast buffee.

The mattress was rather soft for a big person but it´s more of a personal preference.

Friendly and courteous staff. Comfortable room and we had no issue with getting a good nights sleep. Close to a nice Biergarten on the top of the hill.

A little far out from the old sites in Munich but that was my fault for not looking closer when I booked. We were only in Munich for one night and left early the next day to go to Salzburg. The main importance was to get sleep after arriving to Europe from the US and it served that purpose. Do not take a taxi from the airport - it was expensive ($106 Euros)

The staff were all friendly, polite, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was excellent each day, very good quality and quantity with all tastes catered for. The twin room was clean, tidy and very comfortable with ample supply of hot water for showers / bath. The location is excellent for transport links to both the Underground system and easy walking into the centre of Munich. We either used public transport or walked for our entire stay in Bavaria - it was both easy and economical. The hotel is also well placed for local places to eat, both local cafe's and beer houses / pubs / restaurants.

It was all good, no complaints. I cannot think of anything to complain about at all.

The staffs are very nice. They lend us universal adapter as well us give us a room even if we went there at 9 only to drop bags off. They even agreed to store our bags all day during the day of the checkout. I’m very grateful. The breakfast also has a lot of varieties and taste good.

The 3 people room is a bit crammed. It’s really hard to walk to the window. There’s also no air con which is no problem to me but my friends says that it’s nearly unbearable. I feel like it’s fine for September, but if you visit during summer it might be too hot.

The hotel is located on a quiet and very beautiful street with traditional houses. Interesting rooms, furniture a bit old but well maintained and somehow is exactly what you expect to find in a hotel in Bavaria. Good buffet breakfast, same options every day but enough to choose and tasty. Close to the U-Bahn and bus stations, close to the city center (about 20-30 min walking). A lot of options to eat and drink around, we liked Paulaner garden and BrewsLi - Der Biermacher for a lot of home made varieties of beer.

Location is perfect, 10 minutes with bus to the Marienplatz or 1 stop with Ubahn. Perfect quiet neighborhood(birds singing all the time) , the breakfast is very good, reception staff is welcoming. REWE shop nearby and also a nice small beer brewery (BrewsLi).

Fridge not working (saving electricity) and the staff lady storming in the room to see if we consumed the paid water they left on the table.
