The room was a good size for two people; the beds were comfortable; the location is very convenient to supermarkets / Marienplatz / metro (all within walking distance); the reception staff were very helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like, but a few more shelves and hooks (especially in the bathroom) would have been good. There are two short flights of steps from the pavement into the foyer which made moving heavy suitcases a bit more difficult than if there had been a ramp.

Good value for money in Munich. The room size was decent. The bathroom was good and there was enough storage space across the room. The location is not exactly central, but it's within walking distance from the old town. There was 1 free water bottle per day.

It was a heatwave when we visited and the fan was quite weak. Ideally, we would have expected AC in the room, but they didn't have it. Also, the pillows were a bit thin, but that is more on the personal taste.

Not a huge room but well laid out . Liked all the tables to put stuff. appreciated having a kitchenette where we could have a light breakfast or leftover . Bathroom much bigger than pricier places we stayed at . Shower big enough for two while in our Salzburg hotel it was small and didn’t have a door! 15-20 minute walk into old town . Supermarkets close by ( one was 3 minutes away) as well as a good Italian restaurants. complimentary beer and water in minibar! very reasonably priced same day laundry service which one of our party needed

Nothing

I know this hotel since I lived in this place in one of the apartments/rooms for several months. Every room has a kitchen and a balcony. Good space for one. Acceptable for two. Location is great. I always stay in the area when I am in Munich since S-bahn station Rosenheimerplatz is few minutes walk from hotel. East and Main train stations are close by S-bahn and number S1 and S8 (faster option - ca. 30 min) are connected to the airport. City center is 15-20 min by foot or 2 stations by subway. Breakfast is buffet and really good. Stuff is very friendly. Prices are somewhere in the middle in comparison to few other hotels around (Motel One, Holiday Inn, Novotel ...).

SPA and gym did not work due to construction which seems to take already quite some time. There are no options for food until late afternoon (although there are some fast food and restaurants around). Mini bar is only with water and beer in the room. Lobby and corridors in each floor are very old fashion.

The room was exactly as shown in the photos on the website. It was large, with a good writing or study desk. The kitchenette was very good, with 2 hotplates and a sink, with a separate electric kettle. The fridge was a good size and was built in underneath the stove. The hotel is only a 20 minute walk to Central Munich and Marien-Platz, and a 20 minute walk to the Ostbahnhof. The hotel is being renovated but it isn't a problem as work does not seem to start before 0830 and finishes by 1600 during the week, and nothing on the weekends.

The WiFi was a bit unreliable at times and I had quite a few drop outs and slow speeds.

The room was tight but functional. Beds were great. Location was perfect for getting to the S bahn and very close to center of Munich. Super bar and restaurant within walking distance. The pizza restaurant next door was awful (new owners) The option to not have your room cleaned every day was brilliant. We did not opt for the breakfast but got coffee each morning from the coffee machine downstairs. The balcony was a little worn but greatly appreciated. Bathroom clean, good shower. Overall this accommodation perfectly suited our needs.

Nothing. everything was good

The location of the hotel was sufficient for us. The rooms were clean.

The hotel stated that there was a parking lot if you paid for it. However, since the parking lot was always full, we were never able to park. Although we requested 1 double bed during the reservation, we were not provided with this in 2 rooms. However, the hotel had approved our request when we made the reservation. The hotel told us that they had not received such information and that we could sleep by putting the beds together :)

very good location especially for my main goal of being in close proximity at Goethe Institut. there are plenty of good restaurants as well nearby. the loft is realy spacious.

i was asked during the checkin when i would like to make up the room and they confirmed it to be Monday. but then came Monday, no one clean the room. they should probably need to improve how they track these kind of agreement.

The hotel was very close to the metro making it easy to get to Oktoberfest. The staff left us an Oktoberfest cookie and beers- very nice welcome! The first room we got was too close to the street and we didn't get good sleep. We had to change rooms and pay more for it but the new room was very nice. The bed was comfortable enough and they gave us extra pillows as we asked. We did not have breakfast there so I don't know what it was like.

Our first room was too close to the street so we could hear people talking. We did not sleep well so we had to switch rooms. This is always annoying but we are glad we did because the second room was a lot better.

The location is ideal, in a quiet neighbourhood of Haidhausen close to Rosenheimer Platz Underground Station only two stops from Marienplatz central Underground station and square. The River Isar & Deutsches Museum and both within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful

The room was hot and I would imagine the lack of air-conditioning maybe an issue in the height of summer. An electric fan was provided so this didn’t spoil my stay. Breakfast was expensive poor value for money and I choose to eat elsewhere after trying once during my stay. I visited during the first weekend of Oktoberfest and the room price was easily the highest I have ever paid in Munich or even the rest of Germany. It didn’t seem to compare favourably with other hotel prices, the only justification was that prices where high in all hotels due to the extra demand. The cost may have been easier to swallow if Breakfast had been included in the price but as one member of staff pointed out ‘it sadly isn’t included’.
