The room was large (for European standards) and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, offering a large selection of hot and cold foods.

For someone touring Munich, it is quite a bit out of the way, and it takes quite long to walk to the train station, and catch a train to get there. The check-in was not friendly at all. The young lady at the desk was quite stark and too buisness-like and not at all friendly and welcoming. The young man who helped her seemed to be very new and not very well informed about how to get around the area and get tickets for the train and bus. This should be something that is either known by the front desk or at least printed out for guests to refer to. The dinner selection at the restaurant was very limited, requiring us to walk quite a ways to find a decent restaurant.

The hotel is good and very spacious. We went there for Adele's concert which was a great choice since it's walking distance to the venue. The room was comfortable enough with good space. Breakfast was good and the restaurant/bar was great

We arrived about 7 pm and the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming (he has a bit of a longer hair, don't know his name). He did not even offer us the free drink which was supposed to be served to people attending the concert. I understand it's been very busy weeks for them, but still it killed our mood. We booked a twin room, and still ended up getting the question of the type of bed. When we arrived to the room, the beds were tightened together. Breakfast is good, but the coffee machines could be better/faster. There could be more options for hot food. There could be places to fill out bottles of water in the hall.

The room was big, nice and clean. Staff were friendly. Room included all the necessary toiletries which were higher quality than what I expected from a hotel.

We checked in online and chose a specific room with twin beds, however when we got there we did not get the room requested at their online check in website and had to settle for a double bed. You also had to pay for faster Wi-Fi and the normal free Wi-Fi would sometimes randomly disconnect. Also a bit far away from Munich centre, but we had a car so it was okay.

Just one bus stop away from the International Congress Centre, there is a bus stop just outside of the hotel. About 10mins walk from the nearest train station. Staff were helpful too. We stayed for 5 nights, had the option of choosing not to have our rooms cleaned for a day and in exchange get a free drink voucher. I think it is a good effort to be environmentally friendly (go green)

Hotel room quality and comfort is always 5 star. Although the hotel is some what further away from the city center, I actually like this when staying in Munich. It's easily accessible by S Bahn and a short walk, but there is enough parking and good access to main roads. Staff are always friendly, the food is excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. In the eternal words of Arnold Schwarzenegger, "I'll be back".

There were was train work at Riem, meaning I was unable to easily travel back from the city every evening for the week I was there. Whilst this is not directly the fault of the Hotel, it made my days much longer than expected.

Stayed one night for Adele concert. Location to the show was very good. Twin room had tea and coffee facilities. Check in staff were friendly and efficient. Received complimentary drink and goodie bag on arrival. Breakfast on the Saturday morning was extended till 12pm. Nice outdoor seating area to have breakfast as the weather was beautiful. Bar was still open after the show and serving food. If ever visiting the messe munchen again I would definitely stay here.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 days, it is our second time staying in this hotel. The breakfast is good as usual, the hotel front desk is friendly and they work efficiently. Our special request for kettles and extra bed is satisified. We have three persons stays in one room and the room is big enough for 3 persons. 15mins walking to the Messe Munchen, no need to call taxi.

It would be nice if they can serve more different types of food in breakfast. We stayed for 4 days but one day one we received a bottle of water.

I stayed here because it was a half an hour walk from the Adele I was going to. The hotel is a basic conference hotel, but it really celebrated Adele. It gave everyone gift bags for the concert - with ponchos and snacks - and set up an info point for directions to get there with printed out maps. They also gave everyone going to the concert a free drink. It was thoroughly charming and really made the experience lovely. Thank you to the lovely hotel staff!

Location, buses 263 and 264 go every 5-10 minutes to the nearest U-bahn station...Room was spacious, and staff at the reception was very polite.Also, there was plenty of parking lots available in front of the hotel, and nearby...

Room needed detail vacuuming, and rooom was missing few more AC/DC plugs and lights... Other than that, all else was ok...

This rotate in a very good location for me it’s out of Munich centre but there is lots of shopping Centre there surrounding and malt and also there are lots of restaurant you can spend your night in a fantastic way. My kids are my wife loved to stay at this hotel which have most of the facilities, except the swimming pool The surround is fantastic. You can do your sport you can do your walk and you can do whatever you want we like it and very good value of a money. It is a four star hotel and deserve that. Thank you very much and the staff were very helpful. Thank you again
