We stayed as a family of four in a family room. The bunk beds had plenty of space, and the kids enjoyed themselves. We had expected a smaller room, but we didn't feel any inconvenience even though we were staying with four people. The bathroom was also cleaned nicely, and we had a comfortable night. The breakfast was just as pictured on the website, with multiple types of bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs, and cereal, and was delicious. I visited by car, but there was a parking lot, so it was convenient. Lastly, the counter staff was very friendly. Thanks to him, my nervousness disappeared.

We had a suitcase with us as we were traveling as a family, and it would have been more comfortable if there had been space to open and store it, but this is a very minor issue. ※FYI, It will take a while to get to Central Munich (30 minutes by car, about an hour by train).

It's clean, close to public transportation (S2 takes you strait to Marienplatz & Central Station in 15 min), and it was worm in the room (it was - 4 outside) Towels were changed daily, room was cleaned everyday. Room was big enough for the two of us Mini bar would be a good idea (extra profit also) , when you come back late in the evening, there is no store close by. Breakfast is ok, could be a little bit more choice but ok In this price range, wery good hotel

Friendly staff, they let me check-in in advance and park behind the hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained, aircon working perfectly and silently. Location is 5 min walk from S-bahn station, ideal for day trips to Munich city center

At least a 40 minute commute to almost anything in the city, and the room was quite small, which meant we didn’t have anywhere to put our bags other than on the bed. Staff also came and refreshed the room even though the do no disturb sign was up. The room also did not offer a safe.

The location is only 30 minutes aways from the Messu Messe, 8-10 minutes walking to the nearest train station. The bed is very comfortable! The staffs were very friendly and helpful.

There were not any water boiler & small fridge in the bedroom.

Clean rooms, good breakfast spread, some of the reception staff were very nice. Convenient short bus ride to Messe and the International Congress Center.

Hotel location is a little bit far from the city centre, but by train you can reach it in 20-25 minutes. The relatively low price compensates for this inconvenience. This is a typical BB hotel - clean, fresh towels every day, comfortable beds, climate-control, TV. We were quite satisfied with this place.

We took a room for 4 and it was quite a small room, actually only to sleep and to take a shower.

Perfect location for a 1 night pitstop during our long roadtrip because you stay close to the highway. Room was very clean and the kids loved the bunk bed. Being environmentally conscious I appreciated that in the bathroom only certified bio soap/shower gel was provided - great also for kids. Checkout at 12pm is very generous if you arrive late and want no rush in the morning. For breakfast we didn't pay extra, just went to the nearest Lidl which is 500m from the hotel and got hot coffee there as well.

We had minifridge with us and asked if we could store some food during the night in their fridge because room doesn't have a minifridge but apparently according to the German law it is not allowed so we could only use their freezer for the cold elements to put in the fridge.

The room was quite big for 2 and the bathroom was fine. There were no external noises which made the sleep pretty enjoyable and the beds were very comfortable.

The price of the breakfast was a bit expensive, therefore we never had breakfast here even though it seemed to be good. Unfortunately, the location was a bit too far away from the old town, but thankfully the S2 (train) is pretty close to the property and could take you to the old town as well as the Oktoberfest location.

Clean, close to public transport and conference center and pretty good selection for breakfast.
