location was excellent, super close to the convention center and restaurants and shops.

I found a roach inside the fridge, which was very uncomfortable. Additionally, I saw mice at another hotel in Munich, so this might be a city-wide issue. The water boiler had some white residue inside that appeared to be a cleaning agent. Despite my efforts, I couldn't remove it. Unfortunately, I only noticed the residue after making tea, which was quite unpleasant. It would be helpful to provide a broom, dustpan, or vacuum and garbage bags in the room for guests staying for several days. I stayed for five days and wanted to clean up a bit. That’s all.

Easy to get there from motorway by car. Parking for free on the street. Shopping center and metro station (still M zone) is very close too. It will take 30 minutes to get you to the city center. The code from the doors had been received electronically and all had been explained well in the message. Also telephone number had been provided, in case of any issue. Apartment itself was tiny (with a big bathroom), but clean and with everything what we needed for our stay. Beds were comfortable.

All 3 beds were comfortable, although 3rd bed we fold for the day and unfold for the night so we can get more space. Kitchen working space was so tiny (as shown on the picture) but ok for basic cooking.

The apartment is very close to the fair grounds and underground station and was pretty easy to find and check in. It got all the basic necessities needed for your stay.

It was mentioned that there is no airfan or air conditioning system but given the weather forecast we thought it would be bearable but it wasn't always the case. Maybe not very common in the city but would have made the situation better. There is good airflow but you cant always keep windows open due to flying insects.

We liked that the host was super accommodating for our check in and check out timings,.the apartment was just the right size, with all needed amenities. Location is 5 mins from the metro.

I deduct one point only because the lift was not working, so we had to carry our luggage up and down a couple times.

Close to public transport, free parking, communication with the owner very clear and easy to understand.

The space too small for three persons; if you open the sofa, the place become very tighten. This is a studio rather apartment, all 3 beds in the same area.

The purpose of my stay was to attend the BIM World Expo so the location of the accommodation was perfect. Not even a 10-minute walk from the Exhibition Centre. There is a large shopping Centre just 3 minutes walk where I could find everything I needed, food, drinks, shopping, a pharmacy, and bakeries. The studio was lovely! Very spacious, with a large bathroom and equipped with everything you need. Super nice that it has heated floors in both the room and bathroom. There is a Nespresso machine with complimentary coffee (Thank you!) The place is very quiet and has both a terrace and a balcony. The host was super friendly and helpful and very quick in responding. The check-in was very smooth and the instructions were clear and easy. I totally recommend this accommodation!

Clean and spacious apartment. Kitchenette was awesome, it had everything I needed. Huge shopping center with lots of cafes and bakeries just 5 minutes walk. Smooth communication with the host. Highly recommend!

The service who replys on booking messages are fast and helpful. The room was cozy, around 300m (10mins) walk from nearest metro station and very near to the Riem Arcaden (a very good mall for shopping and food court) and around 25 mins away from MarienPlatz by Metro. It has Microwave, small electric countertop cooker, coffee machine, hair drayer.

Size of the room is a bit small. We couldn't use the Air condition. It was a bit extra warm and couldn't turn down the heat. The shower head could also be better.

It’s cheap, clean, contactless check-in/out. Heated floors in the room and bathroom. The host was very prompt on responding to our queries even it was in the middle of the night when the whole bldg went out of WLAN.

Location is far from city but near to the convention centre.
