Nice hotel, in a fairly quiet part of the city. Right next to the hotel there is a subway to the city center. Next to the hotel there is a shopping center (from clothes to food). The room has everything you need for a short stay and is very spacious. It has AC. The staff is friendly, wi-fi is good.

parking - I can't say that this is a negative side, but despite everything, I was bothered by the price of all-day parking for hotel guests. The parking garage is very nice, clean and safe and right under the hotel. Another thing that bothered me was the laundry room. The website advertises the possibility of washing clothes, but this option is not available during the weekend, so it would be right if they didn't advertise it like that.

There are also several things I liked about the hotel: • Its close proximity to the shopping center. • It was near a car rental office. • The hotel is located close to public gardens. • The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. • I really liked the design of the room.

There are several things that I did not like during my stay at the hotel: • The carpet in the room was dirty. • The housekeeper did not replace the water bottles after the first day. • The housekeeper also did not vacuum or clean the floor properly, leaving dirt and debris behind. • There was a dog in the neighboring room that barked most of the time. I reported this issue to the front desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken.

It's a wonderful property with subway just few steps from the property . It also has a mall with lots of shopping and eating options nearby . The rooms are spacious and have a great view , I would highly recommend it to any one visiting Munich though it's a bit out of the main marienplatz area but with the subway it's easy to commute anywhere and the subway is just walking distance from the property

They could have put one or two water bottles in the room complimentary each day considering that we were a family of 4 instead of giving just one bottle at the start of the trip . This is a feedback from me

Staff were fantastic and kind. We had a conversation with the receptionist regarding our room and they have upgraded us in the bigger room with no charge. They were very kind to leave us stay in the room even after check out as our flight was late night with no charge. Staff showed clearly making customers happy is more important than anything. I can’t explain enough how wonderful the staff were. We are so grateful and we will come again.

Easy to find

When we entered the car park we saw a Novohotel parking sign and a disabled space, also signs to the entrance of the hotel, as we are in our late seventies we followed the sign which led us to around five flights of steps, which wasn't helpful as we had two overnight bags. Luckily a nice couple, helped us carry the bags. On arrival at the reception we asked if there was a elevator and the receptionist pointed us in the opposite direction from the door where we entered. We investigated and found our car parked nowhere near the elevator, we suggest they have better signage to the elevator.

We checked in early, and our room was ready. In most Europe countries, it is at 3 pm, but this hotel allowed us to check in at 11 am. Also Our check out was supposed to be at 10 am, but due to our train leaving Munchen late, the hotel allowed us to check out at 6 pm free of charge 😀 . It was incredible. There is a rain station just a doorstep and it's easy to go to the city centre. Also, down starts, there is a mall, with so many restaurants and fast food restaurants affordable. It's just an excellent location.

Hotel location is super convenient for both Messe participants and people wanting to visit the city centre (quick & easy metro access with direct line). There is a big shopping center just a few steps away, several restaurants, large green area for walking, & parking with the direct elevator access to the hotel. Rooms are nice size, beds are rather comfortable, staff is welcoming.

Hotel has some serious trouble with the housekeeping/maintenance. Generally, hallways weren't properly vacuumed, joined toilets were wet with shoe stains, community seating was stained and full of crumbs. Within the room -> kettle wasn’t cleaned forever, bathroom had hair from previous guests in it, carpet was stained and not vacuumed on hidden places, coffee/tea was not refiled, used cups were left in the room. Interestingly, every day during our stay (3 nights), housekeeping staff would start knocking on the door from early in the morning asking if they can come in.

The shower in my room was broken. The pipe had come off and I couldnt re attach it myself. I reported it to the staff on the desk and a maintenance engineer came within 15 minutes and repaired the fault. Everything else was great. Loved the fact that the windows could be fully opened to let in a bit of air in the heat of the day.

The teas and coffees in the room. There were only two sachets of coffee and four creamer. I did get refills from the main desk but feel that there should have been more in the room. I didnt have any conditioner in the shower room, whereas my friend who was in another room did have conditioner. I feel everyone should have the same.

The location of the hotel was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and always happy to give information if needed. We were a family of 4, and our room was really spacious, plenty of room to move around. The room and the bathroom were very clean, spotless. We had daily cleaning. Mini bar was free, and it was nice to have some fresh drinks after a long drive. The hotel is very close to the station, 2 minutes or less of a walk. The breakfast was very well presented, and there was plenty of food for every expectation, vegan, halal, vegetarian, meet eater......We really enjoyed our breakfast 😀. We slept really well like babies! ☆☆☆☆☆

Nothing! Everything was over the top!

The location was good for us, there is a metro by the hotel with direct access to Munich Central. The breakfast was superb, room size was good too. It is located near a shopping small with activities for kids and restaurants -ideal for families.

The bathroom was small and the door to the shower is not the best. The floor was usually filled with water after a bath. I’ve noticed this is common with hotels so not peculiar to this one.
