Staff were fantastic and kind. We had a conversation with the receptionist regarding our room and they have upgraded us in the bigger room with no charge. They were very kind to leave us stay in the room even after check out as our flight was late night with no charge. Staff showed clearly making customers happy is more important than anything. I can’t explain enough how wonderful the staff were. We are so grateful and we will come again.

Breakfast could have more options but it was alright I can’t complain

Hotel location is super convenient for both Messe participants and people wanting to visit the city centre (quick & easy metro access with direct line). There is a big shopping center just a few steps away, several restaurants, large green area for walking, & parking with the direct elevator access to the hotel. Rooms are nice size, beds are rather comfortable, staff is welcoming.

Hotel has some serious trouble with the housekeeping/maintenance. Generally, hallways weren't properly vacuumed, joined toilets were wet with shoe stains, community seating was stained and full of crumbs. Within the room -> kettle wasn’t cleaned forever, bathroom had hair from previous guests in it, carpet was stained and not vacuumed on hidden places, coffee/tea was not refiled, used cups were left in the room. Interestingly, every day during our stay (3 nights), housekeeping staff would start knocking on the door from early in the morning asking if they can come in.

The shower in my room was broken. The pipe had come off and I couldnt re attach it myself. I reported it to the staff on the desk and a maintenance engineer came within 15 minutes and repaired the fault. Everything else was great. Loved the fact that the windows could be fully opened to let in a bit of air in the heat of the day.

The teas and coffees in the room. There were only two sachets of coffee and four creamer. I did get refills from the main desk but feel that there should have been more in the room. I didnt have any conditioner in the shower room, whereas my friend who was in another room did have conditioner. I feel everyone should have the same.

The location of the hotel was very easy to find. The staff were very friendly and always happy to give information if needed. We were a family of 4, and our room was really spacious, plenty of room to move around. The room and the bathroom were very clean, spotless. We had daily cleaning. Mini bar was free, and it was nice to have some fresh drinks after a long drive. The hotel is very close to the station, 2 minutes or less of a walk. The breakfast was very well presented, and there was plenty of food for every expectation, vegan, halal, vegetarian, meet eater......We really enjoyed our breakfast 😀. We slept really well like babies! ☆☆☆☆☆

Nothing! Everything was over the top!

The room was clean but there were stains on the carpet from previously spilled coffee or something like that. Breakfast was kinda meh. The warm part pretty much standard what you see in any hotel of this level but the cheeses and salamis etc. were quite poor. There was nothing that stood out. Basically, eat something but not really enjoy it. Overall though there is nothing to complain about at the hotel. Not great, not terrible. But it was the same last year when I visited and did it again and would do it again.

The location met our purpose very well centered with many coffee shops, restaurants, and direct access by elevator to the hotel from Parking 🅿️.. The staff never said no to our request, especially we requested very late check out due to flight issues and it was supported without extra payment.. the room and bathroom were vey spacious and modern.

It is not a complain but improvement I suggest hotel to review type of Blankets and bedsheets, maybe need enhancement to make them more comfortable.

The location for the purpose of my visit was great. It also help that is located just beside a shopping mall. So that is very convinient and public trasnportation is also at reach super close to this hotel

The breakfast (specially coffee) not the best that I have experienced in this chain. In terms of price not the cheapest option around. I like the chain, but the price for this days was a little but too high when compared to others of the chain. (of course is linked to the demand, but still)

The breakfast was mostly alright, there were quite a number of variety. The options were also well presented, and the strawberry yoghurt was excellent! The room was spacious, USB port was surplus and excellent, the hotel view was great. The location was great, with access to public transport and an adjoining mall.

Sometimes the restaurant was too busy or even not clean. At times, some desired food options were not available or exhausted, though soon replaced. On some days the scrambled egg was soggy, also sometimes the bacon. The desert types would be nice if labelled.

I had a room to the inner courtyard and this was quiet. I know of colleagues who were out front and complaint about the traffic. The fitness room is okay. It could do with an extra yoga mat.

The hotel offers a "do not clean my room" option to minimise environmental impact from daily change of towels and so on. I was however a bit disappointed that when choosing this you won't get your coffee and water replaced.

Property was clean, spacious, modern furniture, easy in-out parkings and most importantly the location was exceptional (directly beside the mall). Calm area, family friendly and beside the metro station.

Parking cost around £25 a day, also you will have to pay if you go in and out which will coat extra. But this is not a deal breaker, location beside the mall and away from down town is very exceptional for the family.
