Typical Ibis Budget room, not too big but absolutely sufficient for a weekend stay. Room was clean and staff very nice and helpful - additional towels eg not a problem at all. Beds are quite comfortable although the double in the triple room is a tiny bit narrow, but it works out OK. Breakfast very good, everything you need, nothing left empty, staff is taking care and overall a good offer. Good location close to bus station and S-Bahn is only around 4-500m away. Parking is free and the garage is spacious.

We were there for an event so the location was good for us as the event was 25 min from the hotel. The room was clean, it was quiet so you could sleep in. There is an Indian restaurant right next to it which was very nice. The receptionist was sweet and helpful.

It is a 45 min from the center so you need to change 2 types of transport. It is not a particularly lively area so at night it is best to use some kind of transport and not walk around. No restaurant at the hotel, there is however a vending machine in the lobby.

I loved almost everything! The room is basic but comfortable and very clean and met my needs. The staff and front desk hosts are very helpful and friendly. The hotel price is exceptional and you get a lot for very little and I highly recommend it. They also provide meals for purchase during night hours - that you heat in a convection/microwave oven that were better than store microwave meals. The free parking is also a huge plus. The beds are perfect- they are one mattress - like in USA- not two singles shoved together.

There was a strange odor when I first entered my room. I couldn't place it- sort of musty. However I sprayed perfume and opened the window and it helped.

The hotel was really clean, in a quiet place for one to relax and the internet was great. The breakfast was very good- I really enjoyed it. I arrived late and found my room ready for me when I arrived.

My bathroom didnt have shower jell on my arrival (I guess because I arrived late) but this was resolved the next morning

Staff was friendly and the room door was opened with a code, so I liked the fact I didn't need to deal with keys and cards. The room was spacious enough with a big window, the bathroom was comfortable. The location was also great - under 10 mins walk to the S-bahn station and there was a bus station just in front of the hotel to connect to the near towns and the airport. I would definitely use the hotel again.

There was no wardrobe and very limited number of shelves in the room, so one's luggage needs to stay in the suitcase. Also the shower was a bit broken, but not so bad to create discomfort.

The hotel is excellent. Fast check-in done by kind people. Rooms are on four floors. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything you need for a short break. Breakfast is very good. You can even use the garage or outdoor park for free. There's a restaurant nearby. Actually, when I booked, I was a little afraid, as the average score is below 8.0. However, during my entire stay, from check-in to check-out (which, by the way, you do not need to do physically), I had a great time in this hotel. It should be rated much higher in the average.

Very calm, clean and tidy. Pleasant staff.

No drain plug in sink couldn’t get a bowl of water to wash and wet shave. Should provide a removable bowl that can be placed in the sink. Didn’t like the over the bed bunk. Kept head banging. We ended up sleeping with heads at the bottom of the bed. That was okay. Overall spoilt due to these deficiencies.

It is what it is! A cheap hotel near the expo center. Room was small, but big enough for two persons. Overall the hotel was exactly what you needed when visiting an expo - would you take your partner there for a romantic weekend.. ..no... But for a business trip of three days it is ideal. Bus from outside to the Expo too...

I think water had some chlorine in it and was seeing a reaction on my skin (personal issues), the pipe in the bathroom is very short and you have very little space for washing hands, ect. very basic breakfast
