Good value for money. A 10-minute walk from the metro (still within Zone M, so the fare is relatively cheap). Free parking and late check-in are available. The room was clean.

The room was so worn out that I didn't feel like using the shower. The walls were covered with plastic wallpaper. At breakfast, guests took the food faster than it could be replenished. The breakfast was very basic. There's no elevator (or at least we couldn't find it since we arrived late and the reception was already closed).

We really enjoyed this hotel, which is located in an old villa. It is surprising large inside, filled with antique furniture and has a lot of character. Our room, though not overly big, was cosy and sufficient in all ways. It had a pleasant temperature, we thought the mattress was comfortable and the shower gave a good hot stream of water. Our windows opened on to a view of the horizon over towards the city, and onto the leafy trees in the garden. The breakfast was first rate in the buffet style (bread, rolls, fruit, vegetable, cold cuts and cheese, something sweet, jam, tea, coffee etc etc, all the usual), but very fresh and constantly being replenished. The closest Metro station is Obersendling. The price is good in relation to hotels in Munich in general, which tend to be expensive.

Loved the breakfast and the staff was very nice and informative about the train and the local area. The room was beautiful and was cleaned every day. They had some parking for guest.

The shower drained slowly and the shower door was replaced with a curtain which got in the way a little and got the floor a little wet.

Great location, great price (especially for Munich standards), good breakfast (included in price), very authentic atmosphere. In contrast to the many franchise hotels in Munich, this feels like a honest, down-to-earth hotel with great value and fair prices.

Bathrooms were tiny.

The breakfast was very good.. plenty to choose from, and owners were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, about 5min walk to the tube station and about 10 minutes on that to the city centre.I would stay here again .. no problem.

No Bacon with the eggs for breakfast.

It is the second time I stay here. The place is quiet and the treatment is excellent. All the services worked well. The breakfast was quite good.

Subway station a bit far away

The location was great, we could park in front of the hotel for free and go and spend the whole day at the zoo. Breakfast was also great, the best we had on this road trip and all other hotels were more expensive by far. Price was great. The couple running the hotel is very nice and friendly. English speaking which is a plus.

There were dirty socks from previous guests in the closet. :-(

The room was very beautifully decorated and clean. The breakfast was amazing and served in a very nice hall. Friendly staff. Parking was available and free of charge. Nearby (5-10 min walking distance) we found a very nice authentic Turkish restaurant "Mekan".

The location is far from the center but it worked for us as we were with a car. The wifi didn't work well, it was impossible to have a zoom meeting.

The whole place is very cozy to stay, the personal is helpful, I arrived too late but had my key and room prepared. Whole hotel resembles a chateau and I felt very comfortable there.

Breakfast was fully sufficient but I would enjoy more variety of food to choose from.

Was nice hotel for an overnight, close to the underground(6 min walk) which will get you to the city in 10/15mins. Walking distance to lovely river and munich zoo.
