The location was very good, close proximity to the metro station. We liked that it had a parking and the bathroom was very clean.

I didn't like that the kitchenette was dusty. The coffee maker and toaster were also dirty. The sofa where you ate was also spotty and dirty. You need to do something about that too. One of the towels had blood stains on it and a pillow case had make-up on it since the arrival. I know it wasn't mine because I didn't use any.The linens were never changed during our 7days stay only the towels. You need to do better next time.

Excellent location - 5 minutes from the metro. Underground parking where we were able to leave our car all 3 days the quiet schedule is respected, and the chirping of birds (parrots, I think) in the hallways makes your morning beautiful excellent and free access to coffee all day long the guys and girls at the reception are fabulous, communicative and very nice, no matter what part of the world they came from even if at first glance you would think it is a hotel for young people, we were not the only 50 year old guests. an experience that I will repeat with great pleasure..in munich or another city where I find RIOCA

It was fairly new, had modern and tranquil vibes, and was close to 2 train stations. The kitchenette was good, and had dishes, silverware and pans, and we used it daily. Generally, it was also very quiet there too. That is important to me. The rooms are all decorated with scenes from Rio on the walls, or tropical wallpaper, and the hanging chair was a fun addition.

The only things I didn’t like were that the mattress was a little hard for me, and the clock on the microwave was very bright. Even though they put a clear sticker over it to dim it some, it was still very bright from the side of the room the bed was on. A little more sticker on that side would help. My only other wish was that the refrigerator also had a small freezer in it. I would have liked to pack some snacks with ice in a cooler I brought, for some of our excursions, but could not do that because I could not freeze anything. These are little things, though.

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Munich, to the south of the centre. It is less than 5 minutes walk to the Siemenswerke S-bahn stop, and only a few more minutes to the U-bahn, making getting about Munich a breeze (about 15 minutes to Marienplatz). The room was spacious and very comfortable, and had a well-equipped kitchenette, with induction hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. I was able to cook dinner most evenings: there are Edeka and Aldi supermarkets less than 5 minutes down the road. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Even if you aren't having breakfast, you can still use the coffee machines for free.

Very comfortable and well appointed accommodation. It has a good comfortable bed; excellent storage place to store all you gear away; a functional kitchen (good groceries shops nearby); clean well appointed bathroom facilities; wonderful decor throughout; coffee machine in lobby offers free and good beverage throughout the day, great lounge to relax; etc etc. All staff was very friendly, helpful, and in particular Augusto did the extra mile to assist us. The hotel is close to the U-bahn and S-bahn to travel to the centre of Munich and airport.

There is nothing not to like, no complaints whatsoever

The hotel is pretty new , well organized , rooftop was good rest in hot days, good location , near was bust stop, S-Ban is very near. U-Ban - (Metro station) is also not far , hotel very comfortable . At reception we met Bonita, she very fast organized room at hi stage as we asked, so thank you to her , hotel team was very friendly. Most perfect was Brazilian coffee, it was free for hotel gests any time. we traveled in Salzburg and castles Neuschwanstein, so we had great 9 days in Munich !, Thanks to Rioca team !

Our stay in Rioca Munich Posto 3 was as we expected. Very good! The room on the 4th floor was spacious, modern, comfortable, soundproof with great beds and a fully equipped kitchen which we used! The bathroom equally good, spacious, with great shower. Room temperature great, no issues. Located in a calm, quiet neighborhood with the S and U-Bahn stations a few minutes on foot along with three supermarkets! The rest hotel areas also great, modern, well designed and the hotel staff great too. We did not try the breakfast.

Well, you need to check the hotel cleaning policy before you go. Our room was not cleaned often but maybe we should have asked before. Anyway it was not crucial. Plus, the urban neighborhood has few choices for dining or other activities apart from the supermarkets.

Perfectly equipped room, big, clean, and aesthetically well composed. A lot of "smart" technology like a option to play music in the mirror in the bathroom. We travelled in winter and loved the option to control the air-conditioning system. Metro station (U3 line) is 5-7 minutes walking, very easy to reach the centre. There's few nice restaurants nearby. Edeka, Rossman and Aldi (Supermarkets) are a few minutes away walking. Planty of free parking on a side of the road near the hotel. Very quiet area. It was completely silent at night (and we slept with open window) The stuff in reception was lovely, very friendly and helpful. Everything was designed in Brazilian style, even the music in the lobby. There's a cute terrace in the 7th floor (too cold in winter but surely nice when it's warmer outside) Definitely recommend this hotel!

I sent a couple of emails to the hotel before we arrived with some questions, and I got only the automatic reply.. they never answered. But everything went OK when we arrived. The bed is not so comfortable.

Excellent connection to city centre (Marienplatz station) with 2 Train lines, in 25-30mins, train station is in 3-5mins walking distance from hotel. Very eloquent, quick and helpful staff in hotel. Room was very clean, all you need for 3-4 day stay. Parking garage is a bit narrow for wider and longer cars, but with slower driving into garage there were no problems (there are 2 parking floors, total of around 30 for both floors from which couple of spaces are charges for electrical vehicles and some of spaces for disabled, no reservations in advance, per day it’s 19 euro). Near hotel, walking distance 3-5mins is Edeka marketplace. Quiet neighbourhood.

Clean and location close to the subway

I wish they included salt and pepper and/or olive oil in the kitchen. I also could not get the AC to work and the window was closed and locked. Also wish for the price they offered a free welcome drink-was misleading in the email and thought this was included. They also only provided one espresso capsule for 2 people for a 2 night stay, without cream/sugar
