This hotel is in an excellent location next to a bus stop, the bus will get you to the centre of Munich. We were upgraded for free into a large suite room, which had a kitchen, an oven, a fridge, cutlery, etc. The staff is welcoming and helpful, they speak good English. At the check-in, we were given a Free, welcoming German fruity drink at the bar. Near the hotel, there are plenty of grocery stores and food outlets.

The booking was without breakfast, however, we decided to buy breakfast for 2 adults for one day. The breakfast rate is 15 euros per person. I felt the breakfast could be improved; things like orange juice and coffee were tasteless, the buffet was not well organised, and things ran out quickly without being replaced.

Staff was very friendly and receptive; good location (but no excellent) with a supermarket less than a minute walking (literally by the side of the hotel) however to go to the center it was around 30 minutes walking (which is not that much for me, but maybe for other people it might be); the room was clean and comfortable, however, it didn’t have AC, which during the summer it can be a little difficult; and finally, it was a very good value for the money.

Due to the low demand of room cleaners in Nuremberg, they weren’t offering any kind of room service, but if you really needed it someday during your stay, they would take care of it. And also, there was no AC, which during the summer it might be a little difficult.

The beds were nice, heating was good. Window view was okay. Room and Toilet was clean. Good for staying with family. Staffs were friendly, we kept our luggage there before check in. We stayed some time in the lobby before our bus time. Transportation takes time from central station. I suggest to come to the Harras Station first then take the 53 bus. It was the fastest.

Some items need to be fixed: - shower head holder, it couldn’t hold the shower head. - basin water exit drainage is slow. Water leaving slowly. - wish it could be little bit cheaper

Room size, clean room, great breakfast with lots of options. Very friendly and helpfull staff. 10 min. walk from large beergarden great for sitting and drinking beer and also playgrounds for kids. We did not try to reach city center as we stayed only one night during our trip south.

Parking options are not great. You can either use paid garage (10€ per night) or you can park on the street, which was free during weekend, but places are very limited. The huge parking lot right next to the hotel is limited to 1hr and does not belong to the hotel. And is electronically monitored.

The breakfast was good and worth the value. The room service was great in cleaning the room and changing the bedsheets and towels everyday. Their staff responses were great too. we needed a fridge and they got us one.

There was no microwave to heat up one's food and using the one in the hotel kitchen wasn't allowed. we had to pay to get a mini-fridge brought to the room which wasn't reasonable. The location was far from the train station and tourist attractions

The breakfast exceeded my expecations. It had a large variety of german delicacies like sausages and cheeses. It had pasta, scrambled eggs, nutella, yogurt, sweets, cereal and many other things. The hotel stuff was very friendly and polite. They gave us every info we needed for our town explorations and even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining. At first I thought the hotel was a bit far from centre, but it was very easy to go with a bus line (53) and the train (s7). The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our room was very clean and was the biggest hotel room I've been stayed to (for 3 people). Maybe had one of the best sleeps there.

Nothing bad to mention

Everything was super! We arrived to Munich after midnight so the reception shift was already over but they left us the keys in box so access was really easy. Super comfy big beds, I would recommed maybe different pillows, but overall I had a wonderful sleep. Also bathroom was really nice and clean, temperature water excellent. The only weaker feature was wifi .. I had to sign up everytime I wanted to use it.

The breakfast had quite a good spread and the location was really good with many nice restaurants in the area and a good bus connection.

The black mold in the shower and that despite being 2 people they had the sleep sofa open so we couldn't use the couch. The beds were very soft.

The location is a bit far from the city center, but public transport is very well put together throughout the city. The booking showed we were going to have a full size bed but instead we had 2 single beds next to each other. I don't know why hotels do this, these are 2 very different sleeping setups.

Great stay in Munich. Very easy to find in a quiet zone. Parking places free on charge in two streets around the hotel (very secure and safe). Public transportation within 100 m from the hotel. Hotel is very big, clean, spacey and peaceful. Rooms are very cool, modern, clean and have everything you need. The reception is very helpful all the time, and for everything you need. There are a lot of hotels in the area, so everything is really safe, even for a long night out or if you are coming late.

Everything was good, would recommend for a stay in Munich.
