We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, we had an early check in so that was very helpful. The room was clean, so was the toilet. They came every day to clean it, change the plastic bag etc... Station was not so close to the hotel, but we really didn't mind it, it was a 7 minute walk. Area is safe which to us was very important.

It was a bit noisy because of the thin walls, we could hear the people staying in the other room. Maybe the carpet can we cleaned a bit more.

Literally steps away from the Harras junction, which means a direct metro connection to downtown, and direct connection to the Hauptbahnhof by S-Bahn, that takes like 10 minutes. Amazing. Also the beds are indeed fluffy :) Despite its shortcomings I find this place to be a great value, I usually stay here when I'm visiting town.

The rooms are a little dorm-like and if you are unlucky and your neighbours are noisy, then you're gonna hear them. The sink is super small and the bathroom is not the most comfortable, but honestly, it does the job. For some reason I didn't get new towels every day, that was the norm here previously.

The CREO staff were great! I had the chance to meet some good people and talk to them. The breakfast was very simple, but it was tasty and diverse. The room was occupied with the things I needed (A TV, a tiny table to work on) so it was very nice. The windows were great, they are blocking the cold.

Due to the Munich transportation being very good, I would not say the location was bad but it wasn't the best either. The room wasn't cleaned very well once I left the note and asked for it to be cleaned. The hotel room has thin walls, so if someone is snoring or having a discussion in the other rooms you might hear it.

It was good value for money. Breakfast was good. The room was big and the bathroom was recently renovated and nice. Was a good place to stay as a couple with a toddler. Was a good location through to see what every day life is like in Munich.

The location wasn't great. It's not very close to the center of the city and not as easy to get there with a toddler as we had hoped. Ubers would not take us as they do not do child seats and taxis were a little harder to get. It costs about $25 euros each way to go from munich HBF to the hotel. We did try the train system which was a short walk away and it was easy to use and only about 3 stops to the center of Munich. There weren't too many places to eat nearby but the hotel/pub that was nearby was amazing. Breakfast was a simple European breakfast. No eggs and bacon but that is common in Europe.

For the Octoberfest season, it's real value for money . I SHALL USE WHENEVER I AM IN Munich for well suited for it's normal season price

Closing kitchen amenities @ 10 pm and opening even for basics at 8 am only is concern. Since location is secluded and no convenience stores are near by it should be open more hours & more so early ?

Very clean room and well organized and the space was super great. Stuff are so nice, professional and friendly. I liked the idea of the kitchen so much

It was not easy to open and close the bathroom tap. Installing 1 insect window to only one window would be great to open it at night when it is summer

A very nice hotel in a quiet area. The room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff was very fiendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. Public transportation is near by and restaurants and markets near as well.

It would be nice to have a tea pot kettle and a refrigerator in the room

Our second stay at the hotel and we will be back later in the year. The staff are welcoming and accommodating and the rooms are basic but clean.

Would like an actual double bed rather than two singles pushed together as they do tend to slip apart.

The room had everything we needed, it looked exactly like the pictures. Easy self check-in by the machine after 10 p.m.. You just have to call the reception so that they will give you the code. The machine accepts only cards and then it prints your card for the room.

The elevator wasn't working so we had to use the stairs. Everything else was as expected!

The price was good, it’s close to train/metro stations. You have the possibility to have breakfast and coffee there. I think it’s a very good choice for a city break.

The walls are thin, there is noise from other rooms and hallway.
