Spotless room, quiet location, helpful staff. Not right in the centre but good public transport links. The nearest station, Harras, is a short stroll and has overground and underground trains into the city centre, as well as trains out to the villages and towns towards the mountains.

The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. It had a large balcony, and our windows faced a quiet courtyard rather than the street. There were plenty of built-in wardrobes for storing belongings and hanging clothes. Whether it was due to considerate guests or excellent soundproofing, it was remarkably quiet, even though the hotel was fully booked. Breakfast was very good—hearty, with a wide selection, though the coffee was average. While the hotel could use some updates, I must commend the staff for creating a very cozy and warm atmosphere. It was lovely to spend the evening in the hotel bar or at the seating area. Getting to the city center and the airport was straightforward, with a metro station just 400 meters away and a bus stop right next to the hotel. Highly recommended!

For those who travel mainly with U/S Bahn the hotel is perfectly located between Partnachplatz and Harras. Supermarkets like Lidl/DM/some Turkish shop(open in Sunday!) are only 1-minute walk away, so is a well reviewed bread shop. All these make this hotel a very convenient choice. There are also some restaurants nearby. On the day we checked out we left with many luggages in the lobby and the staff was very kind to help.

Each floor has a very long corridor. If you are not lucky, you have to walk a long way to reach your room. My friend living in another room complains about the air conditioner not cool enough, but I haven't got such problem.

Very modern building , spotlessly clean . The room I stayed in was large enough for two people . It had all facilities kettle (tea, coffee) ironing board and iron . WiFi was strong . Very novel extras when room was cleaned a complimentary bottle of water was placed in room and as the room wasn’t needed to be serviced a voucher of a free refreshment was placed in a green bag supplied .. Staff were excellent , breakfast was sufficient ..

Maybe the only thing I think a shower enclosure insttead of a bath that maybe wouldn’t suit all people climbing in and over bath .. slip hazard on surface of bath.

Nice hotel, just outside the city Centre, but just a 15 min U bahn to Marienplatz. Good breakfast and comfortable room. Nice, hospitable and multilingual staff

the breakfast as the last time of my visit was amazing, so many offers, something for everyone, longue is sweet and I loved the interior, the hotel is on extraordinary place near to the metro station and a lot of bus lines. people at the reception are very welcoming and ready to help.

when I arrived to the hotel to check-in they told me that I have reserved two rooms for only two people even when I have put 3 persons. I am not sure where the problem occurred but it did not in any way ruin my overall opinion of the hotel

Great hotel. I stayed with children, the breakfast was really delicious with diverse choices of fresh and good quality food, drinks and pastries for dessert. The bedding and towels were really great. My younger daughter reminded me several times to write a good feedback to the hotel. It’s rare for her. We didn’t have car at Munich but the public transport worked well to get to the centre and other destinations. Highly recommend for families and business travellers

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The reception staff were warm, welcoming, and made the check-in process seamless. The room was spotless, spacious, and provided a very comfortable stay. A special mention to the cleaning crew — their thoughtful and cheerful quotes left in the room truly put a smile on my face. Such small touches make a big difference. Thank you for the excellent hospitality. I look forward to staying here again!

The room was large enough for twin occupancy and comfortable with bath-tub as well as shower. I enjoyed the sauna upstairs and the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful. The location is slightly away from the centre, but close to U- and S-bahn station, so access to the centre or to the airport is good [as soon as they get S1 and S8 lines running again]. Rather specific note, but it is a 10 minute walk from Westpark, a pleasant park where they hold the Parkrun every Saturday at 09:00 - one of the reasons we chose this hotel was to take part in that.

every thing was fantastic, excellent location just few steps to the sub- way which drop u to the centre within few minutes. There is supermarket and Halal Turkish restaurant and a nice bakery coffee shop. very Special thanks for Mr. Gisbert at the reception for his very elegant, respectful and kind full treatment.
