I've stayed at this hotel a few times this year and I'm happy to report that it's undergone a remarkable transformation. My previous stays were marred by internet issues, noisy front rooms, and uncomfortable pillows. However, I've recently returned to find that these problems have been addressed. The most noticeable improvement is the soundproofing. The new windows have significantly reduced noise levels, even in the front rooms. The beds and pillows are now incredibly comfortable, thanks to the new mattresses and bedding. And the internet is fast and reliable throughout the hotel. Beyond these improvements, the hotel remains impeccably clean. The staff does an excellent job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. I'd highly recommend leaving a small tip for the cleaning staff when you check out, as their hard work is evident. Overall, I'm very impressed with the recent upgrades to this hotel. It's now a fantastic option for travelers seeking a clean, comfortable, and affordable stay.

Nothing else to add, everything was fine.

I liked the size of the both bedroom and the bathroom. The location is quite good, the metro stop is very near, there are various shops around, and places to eat both cheap and not so cheap. Check in is electronic, so no payment in cash, I liked it. The room was very good equipped, quiet.

The room is without the air-condition so it was a bit warm in August, but manageable, maybe it would have been nice to have that option too. Maybe for longer stays some small fridge would be good, and maybe a kettle.

It was surprisingly nice. Also the window was able to open 100%. The staff was just wonderful. Room was nice, an unexpected nice bed and a modern TV on the wall. The bathroom was shared but still only for two rooms which made it absolutely positiv. The connection with public transport was also just fine. 3 min to the next subway and only 6 stations from the main translation. The internet didnt work at all due to construction work. That was a minus.

Nice warm and comfortable room and easy to do self check-in. Free coffee at local cafe offered (though it was closed early morning). A good spot to get your head down.

A bit of a walk from the station, not ideal if you have large bags. A bit pricey for a room with a shared bathroom, but this is Munich. Sound proofing inside could be better. No reception so might be tricky getting any tourist advice.

Great location, Lidl 100m, Train/Bus 300m, Park 700m. Room, Bathroom, Towels, Beds, all fresh clean. My window view was back yard so it was super quiet and birds started singing at 5 am. Woke up well rested.

At 4am people arrived and woke me up, some noise reduction to be glued on doors will help a lot.

The behavior and helpfulness of the staff of this property was extremely good, although it did not have any facilities, but comfort and security are worth more than a glass of boiling water. Thank you very much, Mr. Qasim.

Laundromat downstairs is extremely convenient. Supermarkets and public transport nearby. Easy check in via a kiosk. Clean bathrooms. Housekeeping staff went the extra mile

Rooms are super small. Room smelled a bit after one night. No WiFi due to construction in the area - out of their control but still something I would have liked to know before I got there.

The hotel gets cleaned everyday and provides the right amount of privacy with a shared bathroom every two rooms, given the rooms are all close to each other. The stuff I met was very kind and available to help me. The location is very comfortable too.

I didn’t expect there not to be any reception (you have to check in through an automatic machine), but the cleaner helped me when there were some problems. I also expected my room to be a bit bigger and to have a bathroom on my own. Since there is no big signal for the hotel I didn’t see the door at first, it kinda is like someone bought a whole flat floor and renovated it to be a hotel. Overall I think the price could’ve been lower.

The location is very good, walking distance to U6. There are supermarkets and bakeries near. Self check-in was easy and fast, but the customer before me had some problems with it.

The room is pretty small, basically a bed, a TV and some luggage storage. The room is definitely not soundproof, you can hear every word spoken in the corridor area. Two rooms share are toilet. Showering is not a pleasing experience, as there’s no glass or shower curtain to block the water. It gets flooded unfortunately.

This hotel employs an easy to operate, fully automatised check-in system. I have used this already several times, and always without any problems (check-in takes less than one minute). This time however, due to a general internet failure in Munich, it turned out I had paid the hotel seven (!) times, but still had no keycard. I used the phonenumber to call reception. They not only provided me with a keycard, but also refunded my money within one hour and, though the hotel was as much a victim of the internet failure as I was, kindly offered me a discount for my next stay!
