🔴 All the doors in the hotel slam loudly. Every single one. They need to be adjusted. 🔴 The mini-kitchen in the room is closed by doors, which always got in the way. It was very inconvenient. 🔴 When booking, I chose rooms between 27 m² or 34 m². I chose 34 m², which was 30 € more expensive. Upon arrival, I discovered that the area of our ​​room N°204 = 27 m². I had to demand a refund of 30 €. The administration returned 30 €, but for some reason called it an act of goodwill. It's good that I measured the area of ​​the room,👍 otherwise I would not will never known what goodwill is.

The building is new and modern. The most I liked was the self check-in and keyless system. Also numa has a good online help service via whatsapp. I also liked the small kitchenet, thr big shower room and thrrmostat for equal water temperature and big bottles of high qjality soap, and even there was a body lotion. The neighbourhood is very calm and the place is near the underground. The place was very clean. There was also some oil and salt and pepper in the kitchen, as well as coffee capsules and some tea bags. Best is that you can come anytime, since they only give you the code to check-in. It helped me enourmiusly, because I got canceled the last minute from my other host, so I booked numa at the last minute and had a place to sleep. There is also a big smart tv, where you can broadcast from your phone.

It is hard to find what is missing, we really enjoyed our stay in Numa. I would add air conditioning so that would be absolutely perfect. I had some trouble connecting to the smart tv, but the problem hot solved when I moved a tv a little bit, maybe the wires were then better connected. But I immediately got the help from the staff online. We had trouble finding knives, because it was under the sink in a not so obviously opening place. Maybe some sticker could help to find those faster.

Our stay at numa was great - the property was big, modern and the facilities were outstanding. The bed was comfortable and the fact it’s a digital hotel was really interesting and worked really well for us.

Unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the room, this meant the room got incredibly hot even with the windows open (this was during the heat of summer). The tv was okay, however the chrome cast would lag behind the audio of the media you would be trying to play.

The location is okay. In 5 minutes from the hotel, there is a subway station from where you can go wherever you like. The room itself looks fresh and new.

Unfortunately, there was no AC or conditioning. The room temperature was too high, and sleeping at night was pretty much uncomfortable. There were five parking spots, and all were busy, but you could leave a car at a random place on the street, so there were no problems parking a vehicle.

When I wanted to extend my stay, I was given a very high price. I find the dynamic price application unfair in general, but it is even more unfair to apply it to the customer who is still staying. This is not a period of weeks, I wanted to extend my 5-day stay for a few more days. Although I asked for a discount via e-mail, it was not accepted and I had to pack my belongings and move to another hotel.

Cleanness, newly renovated, decent size of rooms...

There were no napkins in the coffe corner. This is my second stay in March coffee was much better the previous time. The TV has no international news channel. Nothing in English. We had our prime video in tablet however we were not able to cast. The "tv system" did not recognise our account

Location was spot on. Modern and clean. Super quiet! Comfortable. The laundry is extremely user friendly and we could always book a machine through the app when we needed to wash and didn't have to wait.

The pin got us into the building but we needed customer support to access both our rooms as the pins didn't work.

No breakfast available. But there is a water kettle and a coffee machine in the room, a supermarket very close by and a fridge in the room. No need for more than that.

You cannot do anything about it: it was raining the whole time. Taxi could not find the hotel with the address: Neunkirchner str. 1 - had many phone calls from the taxt (Isar). Maybe because the place is so new, it did not show on their maps.

Everything was good in given price except the room temperature. It was very warm throughout the day and night. I tried reducing the temperature from the panel next to door but it didn't work.

As mentioned above room temperature. It was always warm. I wanted a room that adjust to outside temperature.

It was a very great location, calm area, easy to access with public transport. The apartment was great and comfortable.

It would be great to have few more dishes in the kitchen, even though for 2 people if actually using it and cooking, more would be needed.
