The hotel location is very accessible if coming from south, and the underground station is around the corner, and takes you to the city center in about 15 minutes. The hotel staff are great and they really care about your stay. Breakfast is also great, with many options of really good quality food, from scrambled eggs, sausages, to cheese, salami, prosciutto, fruits, spreads, croissants, donuts... I definitely was not starting the day hungry. The room was clean and I would say in thsi price range the equipment is of above average quality.

Mattress. I'd rate this hotel 10 if not for the mattress. Maybe the really helpful staff would do something about it, but I was staying only one night so there was no chance to try and fix this problem. The mattress in my room was done, I was sleeping in a hole. Actually more trying to sleep than sleeping, as the night went on the pain in my hips and shoulders was more and more interfering with my sleep, and it stayed with me for the whole day. I never had such a painful experience in any kind of bed. It really is a shame, as the hotel and staff is otherwise wonderful, so I just hope (for their sake) they do something about it, as it's difficult to return to such a hotel, even if everything else is perfect, I do need to sleep at night.

An exceptional hotel, room size beyond all expectations, everything is extremely clean, secure garage, location 5 minutes walk to the metro and shops and nice restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, 10 minutes to the city center with subway...highly recommended!

On the 3rd day there was no more tea, which I like to drink in the morning. The cleaning lady was only supposed to bring a few tea bags to the room, but unfortunately she didn't. After 6 hours of travel, the receptionist asked us to pay immediately on check-in at the hotel, even though I asked him to give us the keys to the room because our 5-year-old son needed to go to the toilet. Rude and unnecessary...but the overall impression cannot be spoiled by such little things - the hotel is highly recommended!

Great, big room! Plenty of space, nice couches, useful desk and a comfy bed. The bathroom had two sinks, a bidet and a shower which were all very useful. Also wow, they have water so hot I was amazed! Everything was clean and tidy, they always cleaned our room when we asked, great towels and clean bedsheets. Very good breakfast, even though for a long stay it is a bit repetitive, but you can find pastries, fruit, meats, eggs, veggies, cereal all you need. They had a vertical fan in the room too but we didn't use it. Staff was also amazing. Great area with a drogerie markt, lidl and ubahn very very close.

The ventilation system is a bit weird. The air was very warm and dry, despite outside having pouring rain for almost the entire stay. We had a bit of a cold and we had to keep the windows slightly open just so we could breathe during the night. Of course this is more of a personal preference, but if your breathing suffers because of dry air it might be very uncomfortable for long stays.

It's a recently renovated, has good looking decoration, big very clean rooms and halls. Generally the stuff is very kind and helpful. Especially in the buffet and restaurant there were very kind and warm Italian stuff serving us. They have a very reach breakfast compared to usual German hotels. They also have a very good Italian restaurant inside the hotel.

Generally I don't see any issue internally in the hotel. You have to be prepared for the shopping malls get closed too early. There is a little distance between airport and city center, but it is not an issue if you are familiar with German railway system. There is a metro station and shopping malls near to the hotel.

I wish I could rate this hotel a 12! Nearly everything about it exceeded our expectations. The rooms were enormous, the bed so comfortable, the bathroom beautiful, everything so clean, the staff remarkable, the restaurant delicious, and the location great. It was easy access to the Ubahn, with the U3 running directly to Oktoberfest and the old town. Totally recommend and will stay here again if in Munich! The breakfast price was a little high, but it was easy to walk to a good bakery nearby.

The hotel is bright and new, very pleasant atmosphere and furnitures, rooms are spacious, the bathroom is big, the hotel is new and the staff is friendly, with a big variety for breakfast, nice restaurant with Italian food. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back again. The metro station is only 6-7 min walking distance, line U3, 8 stops to Marienplatz. The area is calm, peaceful, away from the noise of the big city, with lots of trees around.

Bed Not very good heating/ cooling system. We had to open the window during the night (on December!!). The air was getting very dry in the room so I had to keep a very wet towel inside the room, to avoid dryness.

Amazing hotel. All areas were very clean and the room was really comfortable with a king size bed. Our baby didn't want to sleep in the baby bed that hotel offers and still we slept very nice and comfortable the three of us (baby, wife, myself). People work there are very polite, always willing to help and they offered us a beer even the bar has closed! This is a big plus!!! In case I visit Munich in the future, I will definitely choose the same hotel.

Staff was super nice, especially mr. Nikola and a lady whose name I didn't get. Room was also nice, everything was clean. I really liked having an electric kettle in the room so I could make tea in the morning and a small fridge to put some things in. Good food in the hotel restaurant. A couple other restaurants within 10-15 min walk away. There's a nice burger place just 2-3 minutes or so from the hotel.

The bed was kind of weird, like too soft in places, so it was hard to find a good position to sleep in. I also didn't like that there was an adjoining room separated by a door inside the room, but fortunately there was no one there till the last night and then they weren't noisy either.

the room is big but i found the furniture bulky; hit my leg on the bedframe 2x because the tight space between it and the bulky chairs breakfast had a good spread; staff cleaned up the tables very quickly staff is their #1 asset. the male staff at reception (afternoon to evening shift) was very helpful, humorous and cheerful inspite of my many questions. the female staff who took care of our check out was also cheerful eventhough she was the only one present at that time when many guests were checking out. location is pretty close to the train station, which is a plus for us
