The room was amazing, facilities were very useful. Our room had a dishwasher, and a washing machine/drier, which was very convenient as this was our last accommodation before heading back home. Location was very good, close to public transport and shops. Free gym access as well as sauna and swimming pool ( we didn't get to use this as we went in February and it is outdoors). The studio room was the perfect size for a couple to stay for a few days, having a kitchen was a big bonus as we could cook our own meals before heading out.

Nothing, everything was perfect

The room, kitchen and dishwasher was a big plus for me.

The AC starts working unexpectedly and it's very loud trying to ventilate the room when heating is on. Personal was not able to solve this problem and suggested me another room. However, I didn't want to spend two more hours moving my things. Fortunately I saw the thermostat near the door and just set ventilation to the lowest level.

Staff was very friendly, hotel was in perfect proximity to public transportation literally a block away.We had the Elevated Family Loft-- from the pics one of the beds looks smaller but it's not both beds are queen sized. The bed will accommodate 2 people perfectly one on each side, didn't have time to enjoy the amenities at the facility, the unit comes with a washer/dryer, small kitchen with cooking supplies, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. I will admit if you have 4 people it will be tight as the unit is like a studio apartment. There's not enough space for hanging out and relaxing all in one section. However, if you're on a budget, and your plan is to use the room for sleeping and venture off during the daytime, then it's a perfect remedy. There's a grocery store, 2 bakeries, and restaurants all within a short walking distance to the hotel.

I have stayed here for 53 nights, and everything was great! My room was always very clean, and the facilities were excellent. I had everything I needed for cooking, washing dishes, and doing laundry. They regularly left small gifts for me, such as coffee and tea, which all tasted really good. I highly recommend this place for long stays. It is very close to the metro, and you can reach the city center in just 15 minutes. Big thanks to the super kind staff as well! Really appreciate it.

The air conditioner was quite loud and always turned on automatically, so I had to switch it off every time I came back to my room. Adjusting the room temperature was sometimes a bit tricky.

WunderLocke is located about 20 minutes from Munich’s city center, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The hotel is nestled in a charming neighborhood with easy access to public transport. Our apartment was spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with a cozy, home-like feel. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook simple meals and enjoy breakfasts at our own pace, which was especially nice on colder mornings. The living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, with a comfortable sofa and a TV with plenty of channels. The bedroom was warm and inviting, with a comfortable bed to rest after our busy days. The apartment's modern design, with wooden floors and clean lines, made it a very pleasant space to return to. The apartment had everything we needed for a cozy and independent stay, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. If you’re looking for a more relaxed and affordable option while still being close to Munich’s attractions, this is a fantastic choice.

The room lighting is quite low, and the bathroom shower is positioned too close to the heater rack.

Stunning & very aesthetic hotel! Wow! The room was modern and had all the necessities (including a washer/DRYER). The beds were extremely comfy and they supplied a great amount of pillows. Hotel offered other things we didn't end up using (heated pool, sauna, restaurant), wish we stayed in Munich longer so we could explore it more. Good location to public transport, less than 5min walk to Aidenbachstrabe station to take you into the city centre.

The mezzanine level where my parents slept, well you couldn't stand upright. Luggage had to stay downstairs cause there was no way you could lug them up, there was plenty of floor space but not safe to get the suitcases up there given you couldn't stand upright.

Room is warm which is just what we need since we are visiting during winter season. Kitchen amenities is given. full set, not to mention TV, washing machine, ironing board and dish washer are all available for guests perusal. They do know how to make one feels like home. No complains at all, any additional request could contact them via WhatsApp during the stay, and they would send things to your room in minutes. Our trip was very good mainly because the stay was wonderful, we had an amazing vacation! Oh and their gym and yoga classes are free, room is also equipped with yoga mat!

What to not like about haha

This place was amazing and I loved my stay here. The best part of my trip. Wonderful space, 2 bedrooms and a large dining/living room, well equipped kitchen (salt, pepper, milk, tea, coffee), washing machine. The facilities were really useful, the place was spacious for my family of 4, really clean space as well! Staff were responsive and helpful, providing us with new towels and refills for shower gels. The hotel was close to Aidenbachstraße station (U-bahn) as well, which was convenient. Incredible value for money, can't recommend this place enough!

The only downside I could think of is that the shower area is small

The general atmosphere of the place is great, they offer many different activities to help you stay active during visits, the computer working area is great, staff was very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was great, I loved the design. Internet was fast, and the utilities available went above expectation. The washing machine was certainly a surprise, even though I didn't use it, there was no need.

The apartment is not fun to sit in and work. The available furniture will just not do, the tables are tiny, stools incredibly uncomfortable for prolonged sitting. It's ok for a quick session, for anything longer you have to move to the common area. Public transport is plentiful, but beware - you only get U2 and S7 available, so plan ahead and invest in day-ticket.

My father and I split the Family apartment, equipped with two stories and two full-size beds. We slept very comfortably! The kitchen is well equipped, including coffees, teas, kitchenware, etc. so it was convenient for us to prepare pasta dishes, fry up some eggs and open wine the bottles! The washroom was fantastic. Large, bright, towel-warmers complimenting the large shower, well equipped with quality soaps and shampoos. The staff at the front we're extremely kind, informative and easy to chat with. Shoutout to them! The train station was a mere 10 minutes away, all-in-all, getting to the city was a piece of cake!
