Upon our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the exceptionally kind receptionist. Her genuine friendliness immediately set the tone for our short but enjoyable stay. Our double room was beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated, it radiated charm and comfort. The right firmness of the mattress and variety of pillows, made our sleep incredibly comfortable and restful. As we arrived by car, convenient parking was essential, and the hotel's garage did not disappoint. It was modern, well-designed with a two-level parking lift, and securely locked, offering peace of mind during our stay. The staff throughout our visit were gracious, friendly making us feel incredibly cared for. Overall, our stay was filled with warmth and comfort. We highly recommend this hotel to others and would happily return in the future.

Most important for me it was pet friendly! (10€ cleaning fee) Actually very nice green location, not in the center, but in just a 30-40 minutes walking + on a public transport, sad that I was without a car, so could park it easily! A lot of parking options in this neighborhood, also nearby is a big supermarket shop. There were some questions about the room, but staff quickly helped me and resolved the question! Overall nice hotel if you want a calm place, clean with a good value. P.s. bonus, in the room was a small kitchen, which is nice. Breakfast was fine, coffee was nice, started the day in good way.

It might be far away for some people, but if you are on a car, - really good parking options in the neighborhood. Rooms are new so I had some issues with a shower, but it was immediately resolved. I mean just contact the staff, don’t wait. Goodbye!

The hotel is very new and very comfortable. The staff is very helpful. There's plenty parking in front of the hotel.

The room offers a small kitchen with a microwave oven and a sink, which is super cool. The only thing that, to me, seems missing is some kind of cutlery and maybe a couple of plates. I bought some food at the ALDI nearby, I warmed it in the oven and then I realize there was no fork, no knife, nothing in the room. I know I could probably go to the reception and ask, but in general it would be nice to have it already in the kitchen.

The premises were clean and practical. the room we booked had its own bathroom, kitchen sink, fridge, and microwave. The front desk always had someone there, and they were always friendly and helpful.

It is not close to the center of Munich (i.e. Marienplatz, Theresienwiese...). By bus/metro, it would take maybe 30-40m to get to the main areas. However, Munich has great public transportation. It is also extremely bike-friendly.

The hotel is nice, it was only 10 minutes away from the location of the office I was traveling to. A LIDL is nearby, and a McDonalds which I didn't visit. Staff was nice, room was excellent.

One night I came back to find out my card wasn't working. I called a number and got a card for another room, but I had to wake up early and I couldn't leave until after 7am when the staff came and I was finally granted access to my own room so I could pack. I had to take a taxi to the airport, which was 10 times more expensive than getting the S-Bahn, but I was in such a hurry that I couldn't just spare the time. That was the only problem I had with the hotel, but as I mentioned, I got a new room to sleep in and the girl in the breakfast area offered me some juice while I was waiting. Oh, also the button to pull down the blinds didn't work. Lucky for me there were no tall buildings on that side of the room, so I am hoping nobody saw me walking around in my undies

Everything! Clean and comfortable. The staff is excellent. Modern and everything is brand new. Only a 15min walk to train station. There are shops and restaurants nearby all in walking distance. ALDI’ and McDonald’s and other markets. Quiet area Some reviews I read said there are no curtains on windows. Well this hotel is so modern that they have electric shades outside of window. You have to touch switch on wall and shade comes down. So you leave window open. There is no air conditioning but it was not needed. All doors in lobby open by pressing switch. Front desk closes at 10pm but your room key will open side door. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Oktoberfest. Great stay!

There isn’t anything not to like. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious

Everything was new and modern. Rooms had a little kitchen, shower was great, beds were comfortable, and staff was helpful!

Bathroom had no curtain nor shower doors, this left the bathroom very wet after showering. There wasn’t a communal area for guests. Coffee machine instead of freshly made coffee.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and quite. The area is very nice and pleasant to walk. There are different shops and restaurants in 2-15 minutes walk. Two metro stations in 15 minutes.

For us it was ok, but maybe for someone it can be important: the hotel is in like 20 minutes from the center of Munich by metro, plus 15 minutes to walk to the station.

It's a steal having in mind the prices in Munich. Excellent room size, you get a kitchenette with a microwave and a fridge (no cutlery), great wifi connection, very pleasant lobby, quiet area with a supermarket nearby. Parking costs 9 € per day. Am not sure how convenient the location is without a car, please double check before booking.

There was an issue at the reception desk, but management took care of it immediately.

The process was smooth. They allowed me to check in early without many questions.the staff was always friendly and nice. When checking out, I was in dire need of cash because my next hotel for check-in only accepted cash on arrival if booked directly from their website and my card was blocked and on a Sunday, it meant I could possibly not get any cash and only use my apple pay connected to my phone. I asked the lady at the reception if she could give me cash and I can pay with apple pay. They didn't need to help me still she asked her senior colleague and they politely told me it's not possible but still suggested me options to get cash elsewhere. I am really grateful for people like that who go beyond their way to help someone especially a stranger! Thank you and I would definitely recommend my friends to stay as well!

Everything was great. The only difficulty was with the connectivity as there was only a bus stop nearby and you had to walk a bit for the closest u-bahn but from the point of view of services provided by the hotel, I would rate it 11/10!
