Arriving outside of normal check-in hours was simple, but you need to notify the hotel advance. You get a code to a key box and get yourself in. Our room was small in the cellar floor, but suited for us for just sleeping. Our door was bit harder to open at first but we figured ot out. The shared bathroom and shower ccame as a bit of a surprise but there were locks on the doors to have privacy. The breakfast was tasty and the old lady, who spoke no english, was adorable! All in all our stay was pleasant! Thank you!

The hotel was very clean, light and airy and well positioned for the tube and local shops/pub. The facilities are mostly shared but we didn't have any issues with this; I think the hotel was fairly empty at the time of our visit (might be different if very full). Overall, basic but pleasant and good value for money, also quick and easy to get into the centre of Munich. Plenty of free parking.

No breakfasts were served when we were there, possibly because the hotel wasn't very full; this in spite of the fact that breakfast times were written on the room card and advertised on the hotel website...

The hotel was perfectly connected to the metro, yet located in a quiet residential area. Very clean and ideal for short visits, I would definitely recommend it. Plus, our room was upgraded to one with a private bathroom with no extra charge which was great.

It would have been great if breakfast was included, but there are several near by places so it wasn't a problem.

The parking was perfect and the location to the metro was ideal. The room was comfortable and suit our needs.

The shower leaked. My inexperienced daughter did not realize the beauty of facing the showerhead to the wall. She let it hit the shower door. The water leaked underneath the door and she had to mop the floor with the floor mat.

The hotel is in a quiet, remote area and very close (less than 200 meters) to the Underground station. Room was fine and clean and the breakfast was of good quality. Hotel staff was helpful and kind. All in all a very nice and cozy, old school hotel!

The lights in the room were a little fatiguing

This place was a good value for the money. I went during Oktoberfest and the price was good especially considering prices other hotels were charging. I did stay in the single bedroom with a shared bathroom which doesn't have a view because it is in the underground floor but I didn't come here for a view. The room was plenty big and there are not many rooms that share the bathroom so didn't have to wait for anyone. Everything was kept clean. The parking is on the side/behind the hotel and seems pretty secure - someone could access the parking area as there is no gate but it is away from the street in a quiet, nice residential area so the risk is low.

It is not really a complaint but if someone was looking for this to be in the heart of the city, it isn't but that is pretty apparent on the map view. There is a short walk to the U-Banh which gets to the heart of the city pretty quick. I didn't eat in the area so no comments about restaurants but I did see a small grocery store next to the U-Bahn and did grab something from the bakery that is in that same area.

Easy access to the parking outside the building. Kind and helpful staff at the front desk. Sink and mirror in the room. Spacious closets, hangers and drawers. Adjustable heating device.

Poor noise isolation, we could hear the neighbors in the room across the hall.

I was in town for Oktoberfest and naturally was very disoriented on the morning I left. I had lost my phone charger so I asked someone working in the breakfast area if she had one I could borrow. She didn’t but she offered to call a taxi for me and even gave me a complimentary cup of coffee for my wait! I was already impressed but even more so when I realized I had lost my backpack at the hotel and this same woman had found it, kept it safe, and tried to contact me to come get it. Excellent service all around, and the late night check in was also very convenient!

The rooms are admittedly small but perfectly fine for one person or a couple.

Amazing location, very friendly and lovely staff. The place is also clean including shared bathrooms and toilets. Overall it is really value for money.

Duvet offered was short in size and for someone who is 180cm a longer duvet can make a cold night slightly comfortable.
