The owner is very welcoming. Lot of space. Large bed. Up to date furniture.

The high chairs in the leaving room should be lower, it's not confortable to eat when sitting on them. Best would have been a normal height table, there is enough space. The kitchen is missing a microwave oven.

Everything! The hospitality that Ralph gave us was the best of all the places we stayed! He made us feel like home and was always a text/ call away. He always was available and was so nice! It was so easy to find and not too fair from the train. The space we had was perfect, it was exactly what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

the spiral staircase was little bit to noisy (squeaky) in the apartment as the bedroom and bathroom is upstairs everything else was perfect

Very clean & nice Appart-Hotel. It was a good surprise. A bit remote but there are restaurants 10 min away by cars. No breakfast - but a kitchen in the room.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very polite and helpful, which is extremely important for me. The manager replies quickly to the messages and is very friendly.

The property is not really close to any shops nor grocery markets, and those in the surrounding region tend to close rather early. This requires some planning about where and when to get food (always need a car anyway). Also: the fridge in the room/kitchnette is rather limited, so for longer stays it requires some planning. It would be a plus to get possibly a covered parking option for the winter, to avoid spending time to free the car from the snow; this might actually be available, but I did not have the opportunity to investigate further.

Spacious, comfortable and well equipped mini appartment but I most appreciate the trust they have in their customers.

Very little but just to avoid giving 100/100 is that I did have a little difficulty with the plumbing.

The personnel is friendly and helpful. The manager is very responsive to the messages and clearly made efforts to accommodate my special request (e.g. extra warm room). The structure is very well maintained and in a quiet area.

So far, the only point a little bit weak is the distance from points of interest (for me), like the highway and supermarkets open at least till 8 pm. But I was prepared to that and can accept it.
