I have stayed at the hotel previously for Oktoberfest with a small group of friends. I enjoyed it so much we returned this year with my wife. The hotel is comfortable, ideally located for the Oktoberfest and is far enough away from the city to be quiet. The rooms was comfortable, clean and the service was good. The breakfast was great and the breakfast service team were excellent. A great place to stay.

On the day before departure the receptionist whom i had not seen before could not locate our payment despite me showing her receipts. She was rather abrupt and took the shine away from an excellent experience. She made a phone call and she was advised to look elsewhere on the booking and the matter was resolved.

Personally, love the location. Quite difficult to enter the city center considering that at the moment U6 is under construction, however that won't be the case forever. Hotel was great. Room was super clean. Breakfast was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially considering that our flight delayed and we eventually checked in almost at midnight. All arrangements were there and everything happened smoothly. Would highly recommend!

the amtres on my bed wasent that good and it was deepend in the middel i did sleep well but it should be changed in near future. the toilet was really tidy but the staff may be forgot to refill the shampoo. i did not have any toothpaste but the soap was available

Room was big and clean, very well made. Breakfast was delicious, and the attached restaurant is lovely. Parking is on site and convenient. Location is in a quiet residential area, but there are shops and a bus station nearby to get to wherever you need to.

Location is a little out of the way compared to the main metro area. Hotel also has a slightly odd lobby layout.

The hotel exceeded the 3 stars. My room was modern, clean had everything I needed. The staff made this hotel stand out. Our visit was to attend Oktoberfest, a busy time for Munich hotels, but nothing was any trouble for them. The breakfast team were marvellous, dealing with 5 Oktoberfest broken men, each day. The location was ideal for travel into Munich centre.

The hotel is lovely, the staff extremely kind especially the breakfast staff. The location was a short walk to the Ubaun and buses were right outside. Great neighborhood location if you don't want loud city experience. Best ice cream outside of U baum stop! Beds very comfortable. Bar / restaurant was very lovely too. One of our favorite outings was to the park across the street. Shower had great pressure.

The room was fine a bit small. The weather was quite hot as was our room. We wish there was a fan, air conditioning, or way to get air flowing.

We stayed for Oktoberfest in an Executive room for three and it was plenty spacious for all of us. We booked late for Oktoberfest and were happily surprised. It was close enough to public transportation (20-30min) and the breakfast was convenient to have in the morning.

Very clean and friendly hotel. Munich was busy when I visited. Staying outside the main city in a smaller hotel had its advantages - pleasant quiet location with a fast connection to the city centre and a comfortable place to stay.

Although the room was expensive, it was relatively cheap for Munich. However that is just hotel prices in Munich.

The breakfast was small, but had some variety in options. The personnel was very friendly and helpful. For us the location was very good and even if the hotel is facing a busy street, the noise was not reaching in the room we were accommodated.

Quite old fashioned room compared to the price requested per night, but it was very maintained and clean.

The staff at reception and in the breakfast room were very welcoming. The hotel is in a good location for my purpose of my stay.

didn’t have any towels in my bathroom the first night of my stay. I arrived after hours where there was no staff available. It was immediately rectified the following morning.
