We liked the value of the rooms. They were still nice and relatively spacious at a portion of the cost of something closer to downtown. Bus access into downtown was easy, only about a 10-minute ride and it is nice because you're away from all the chaos. Hotel had good parking option and there are lime scooters around the area if needed. Edeka right across the street and shower water stays hot.

The hotel was a bit outdated and the mini fridge wasn't the coldest, but overall, these are minor complaints. Our bed also felt old and like it possibly might break

The staff was very helpful and kind, room was clean and comfortable.

Slept very well in the crisp fresh bedlinen, so good i didnt make it to breakfast. Wonderful to have a warm shower. Clean orderly all works. I got to eat some croissants at checkout desk. Practical bus outside that goes either to Ostbahmhof or Viktualienmarkt

I really liked my stay.. Its my fault for missing brealfast to evaluate double espresso and bacon and eggs.

The hotel room is small but fine, with a comfortable bed and sufficient space. My stay was for only 1 night, so my assessment is limited - the breakfast room looks very beautiful! Also, the access to the hotel was very easy, and staff was very kind in adjusting the reservation due to a flight delay.

The reception is not open after 10pm; however, staff were very responsive and I was able to get access to the room.

I really enjoyed the room. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Whenever we asked for something, staff was there to help us. As location, the hotel is around 15-20 mins away from the train station by foot. You can take number 58-62 buses to arrive the hotel from train station. Lastly there is a near supermarket called ‘Edeka’ to hotel. It’s about 2 mins away.

The staff. The location is great with Edeka/playground/bus just around the corner. The rooms had what was needed and it was quiet at night. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Unfortunately we stayed during very hot days. The rooms heat up. Despite having a fan, it is hard to sleep and stay in the room during daytime as well.

Overwhelmingly hot rooms, a major issue! A kind gesture being able to offer a fan, but this was just circulating hot air. Major heatwave I grant you, but possibly consider installing air conditioning as my sleep was very limited.

Cleanliness and residential location, with great meze restaurant nearby and short 4 minute bus ride to Munchen Ost railway station for getting to and from airport, and day trip to Salzburg, and tram north to quaint Wiener Platz beer & food garden and southwest to Sendlinger Tor interchange. Also walkable in 20 mins to city centre across the river and through Isar Tor.

Lack of air conditioning was an issue due to freaky hot weather, so had to keep window open, with noise from outside and person in next room talking at their open window disturbing sleep. Not hotel's fault though. TV (or its remote) didn't work. No tea/coffee facilities.

It is a simple hotel, nothing fancy, just a single bed room to sleep, for this purpose it is great. I missed the coffee maker in the room, or water boiler to make a powder coffee, that's all. Otherwise all good. The price is fairly compared to the quality, but that is more because of the profit-driven approach at Oktoberfest season.

Great room for a short stay. Booked it last minute, clean and comfortable.

No air conditioner in room, got a little hot at day time and morning. At night we had windows open so there was a little noise from street but overall, slept really well after long night at Adele's concert.
