The hotel is located in a very quite neighborhood away from noisy streets. The underground station is at a very short distance. There is a tram and bus station a little bit more far away and an S-Bahn train station at 15 minutes walk distance which was less relevant for us. The rooms are very cozy and practical. Every one has a small balcony. There is a small kitchen with a microwave, a tea pot a sink and a frig. The bathroom is very convenient. Breakfast is good. The eggs may have been done better and the bacon was a little dry, but anyway it was hearty and good enough to keep us full for half a day without problems. The whole hotel area is very clean and nice to stay in.

The free internet is not good. The bitrate is weak and there are many connection cuts. Even if you don't expect to use it to watch videos, be aware that reserving tickets and performing other operations online is still very likely to get interrupted and fail in the middle. So prepare yourself with other internet providing options.

The hotel is really in a quiet neighborhood. So it was really nice. The staff is also very kind and helpful. The room itself was just enough for the two of us. We found the beds comfortable, and the pillows a bit.. weird? But nothing you can't survive for 3 days. Apart from the garage parking, you can park in the neighborhood on the street for cheaper (11euros a day).

Nothing drastic really. Minor things perhaps, like the cups for the coffee machine being in the wardrobe instead of on the table, but this is nothing "negative".

The hotel was nice and clean and in a quiet location of the city. Very close to the subway system. Staff was friendly to explain the subway system and gave us a map to use, which was helpful. The restaurant across the street had excellent food! The breakfast had a nice variety of choices.

It would have been helpful to have the staff explain the zones of the subway system. After traveling all day we asked for advice of restaurants. They told us there was nothing close by and recommended that we go into the city for supper. We explained that we wanted something close because we just traveled all day and we where tired. They didn't tell us about the restaurant right across the street, which we found on our own ended up being a favorite. Leaving two water containers in rooms for 4 people would also be appreciated. One bottle was never enough.

The chap at reception was hilarious - he was super efficient. That bloke deserves a pay rise and promotion! Comfortable and quiet. The rooms were serviced daily. In addition there was a washing machine and clothes dryer on site. The secure on-site parking was excellent albeit a little expensive over 5 nights (€19 per night). Breakfast was excellent with the staff constantly fussing and topping up the various plates of food.

Nothing - as I said earlier, the cost of the parking mounted up - we would rather have spent that money in the restaurant or the bar.

Quite comfortable room with air conditioning. There are an electric kettle, coffee machine, coffee capsules, tea bags, mini fridge. A bed was comfortable. Our room had a nice balcony with a table and chairs. The location of the hotel is on a quiet street, not far from the metro station

A very unpleasant moment was when checking in and paying for the room. I paid in cash at the reception and was told that with this payment I had to leave an additional deposit of €50 per room per night (i.e. for two nights - €100). This was not written anywhere in advance. Luckily, I had this extra amount with me, beyond what I had expected. Upon check-out, the deposit was returned without any problems

Breakfast selection was excellent, there were a lot of choices. We stayed as a multigenerational group, the hotel is extrememnly clean, staff are helpful and insightful. The rooms were super. We have tea and coffee facilities. The bar was wonderful for our elderly members. Easily and readily accessible by public transport, there is a luggage room, there are loads of places to eat near by. But you can cook in some of the rooms if you have small baby or like us you also have older members of the family who need a cup of tea to restore their energy.

The location is very accessible by pubic transport. For our elderly members it was little bit too much. But overall easily accessible.

We had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel & Residenz München. From the moment we arrived, the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and professional, making us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and remarkably quiet — the perfect retreat after a long day of exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better: just a three-minute walk from the Silberhornstraße U-Bahn station, with direct and easy access to central Munich. The neighborhood itself felt safe and peaceful, with a supermarket and several local restaurants just around the corner. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms, and unbeatable access to public transport.

First of all, the fact that the hotel had a luggage room was extremely helpful, since the arrival flight was early in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the city afterwards. There was enough variety at breakfast, you can definitely find something you like. The room was clean, I liked how it was organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful, I appreciated that a lot. When we left, we completed the checkout and were able to leave again the luggage in the luggage room, because we had the departure flight in the evening. When we came back for luggage, they allowed me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and even gave us some chocolate. Even though it's not really central, you can reach the center area by U-Bahn within 3-4 stations. And the U-Bahn station is really near the hotel, like a 2 minutes walk. I really recommend this hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Located close to the historic center, there is a U-station nearby. It was of huge importance to us that it had a very large parking available for approximately 20 EUR a day. We travelled to Munchen and Bavaria on a sightseeing trip and we had a rental car with us. So in that regard, the parking helped a lot.

It is entirely my own oversight, so I don't blame the hotel management directly, but when making the booking for the stay here on Booking, it was not immediately obvious to me that we had no breakfast included. It is not a big deal as breakfast is abundant and available with additional payment. I still think that it made a decent value choice for our purposes despite the additional breakfast payments.

Nice location. Few minutes walk to the U Bahn station from where its 3 stops to the Hauptbahnhof. A couple of Penny supermarkets are close by. The room is very modern, spick and span including the bathroom. Very comfortable beds and high quality furnishings. Our room had a small balcony and a kitchenette (with ceramic stove, coffee machine, fridge, kettle, microwave and a sink) which was a plus

Cramped for a triple room, its basically a standard room where an extra bed is rolled in. Bathroom is small. Kitchenette did not have any utensils or cookware apart from 2 tea cups, so we could not use the stove. Not sure if they will provide if we ask at reception - this information should have been clearly indicated. Wifi is slow and flaky and my mobile frequently discarded it and switched to mobile data !
