Breakfast selection was excellent, there were a lot of choices. We stayed as a multigenerational group, the hotel is extrememnly clean, staff are helpful and insightful. The rooms were super. We have tea and coffee facilities. The bar was wonderful for our elderly members. Easily and readily accessible by public transport, there is a luggage room, there are loads of places to eat near by. But you can cook in some of the rooms if you have small baby or like us you also have older members of the family who need a cup of tea to restore their energy.

The location is very accessible by pubic transport. For our elderly members it was little bit too much. But overall easily accessible.

First of all, the fact that the hotel had a luggage room was extremely helpful, since the arrival flight was early in the morning. We were able to leave our luggage and explore the city afterwards. There was enough variety at breakfast, you can definitely find something you like. The room was clean, I liked how it was organized. The staff was really friendly and helpful, I appreciated that a lot. When we left, we completed the checkout and were able to leave again the luggage in the luggage room, because we had the departure flight in the evening. When we came back for luggage, they allowed me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and even gave us some chocolate. Even though it's not really central, you can reach the center area by U-Bahn within 3-4 stations. And the U-Bahn station is really near the hotel, like a 2 minutes walk. I really recommend this hotel.

I chose this hotel for our visit to Electronica 2024, and it turned out to be a convenient and comfortable option. The hotel is within walking distance of the nearest U-Bahn station, making it easy to get around. It’s just a 20-minute ride to the expo center and only four subway stops from the city center. The room was equipped with basic amenities, and it was nice to have a bottle of water and tea/coffee replenished daily. While I initially booked a room without breakfast, the buffet breakfast can be added for €18 per person. The breakfast spread offers plenty of variety and is worth considering. The hotel also has its own restaurant, which is convenient if you don’t feel like venturing out for meals. Additionally, a supermarket is just a few blocks away, making it easy to grab any essentials. Overall, it’s a practical choice for both business and leisure travelers.

The wifi connection is unstable.

Breakfast was very good, the stuff was polite. We had everything we wanted. Microwave in the room, coffee machine, free coffee capsule, tea and bottled water.

The gym is small and not good equipped.

The accommodations were suitably spacious. A kitchenette was provided, featuring a stove, microwave, and a large refrigerator. Sufficient lighting and conveniently located power outlets near the bed facilitated device charging. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. While the establishment experienced an overbooking resulting in some crowding, the restaurant staff were highly efficient in ensuring timely service to all guests.

My reservation specified a queen bed, yet a twin bed was provided. The twin bed's mobility, due to its wheels, resulted in several instances of falling from the bed during sleep. This significantly detracted from my stay. The elevator exhibited daily malfunctions. On my departure, I observed that requesting two floors beyond my intended destination resulted in arrival at the correct floor, indicating erratic operation.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the shower had great water pressure and the rooms were very clean. Proximity to the U-bahn made it very convenient but the neighborhood was far enough from the center to be quiet. There were several good restaurants quite close by. We had to leave by 5 am on our last day so the staff provided a box meal to take with us.

The beds were very soft, and the pillows really need to be replaced. Also, we travelled with a friend who had his own room There was an extra bed in the room and he asked several times to have it removed. Each person said it would be taken care of but it never was.

BF has a good variety, there is somethings for everybody.

The Part i did not like, is the BF Staff barging into the Costumer lines while refilling the Buffet, there is no politeness, quite a rude approach.I can understand that they are overwhelmed and in times annoyed with the Tourist but i have seen this in other places friendlier. The most challenging is the Elevator in the Leonardo, there are only 2 old and small ones, and both located on one end of the Hotel.These are for roughly 200 + Rooms. We were quite spending a bit of time waiting for the elevators, they are simply filled most of the time.Sure there are stairs but with heavy luggage it is a challenge. For a 4 Star Hotel, i missed the Room Slippers.

It was pretty nice but I had to ask staff to refill shampoo somehow

I didn’t like a reception worker when we did a check-out. The worker was busy with doing check-in to a other guest but we’re kinda late and said I’m sorry but we’re late can we check-out please. IT WOULD TAKE 10 seconds!!! But no. He said we have to wait. What’s the problem to take our access cards and say thanks goodbye?!!! That guest wasn’t mind about it. You don’t have to do anything else when people check-out. This moment spoiled all impressions by the way. He didn’t even look at me or at least smiled!!! Hello! You work in a customer service field. Location close to Silberhornstrasse, 2 minute walk to entrance. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Parking under the hotel was very convenient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. The room seemed small in the pictures, but actually was spacious enough for us. It's a hotel, what are you gonna do, play Twister? The balcony was also nice addition, as is the coffee machine with cups. The street our room was on was very quiet.

Everything about the hotel was good. The room was a bit warm when we arrived, but when we turned the heating off all was good. The window helped to speed up this process, as the street was quiet no issues here.

The location was peaceful and quiet, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped and there were lifts. We valued & appreciated having breakfast at the hotel and the staff meeting our dietary requirements and being able to leave our bags in a safe place in the hotel after check- out.. The S Bahn was an easy walk for tour of the Old Town of Munich. This is our 2nd time in a Leinardo Hotel and we will choose them again.

That the taxi they arranged to take us back to the central Hauptbahnhof dropped us off in a location that made it very difficult & time consuming getting to the U Bahn to the airport.
