Price is good. Room is big enough which can accommodate 2 adults. Shower room is big. Location not too bad. It is 10-15 mins walk from Giesing station. There is a bus stop nearby that can bring you to Munich East Hbf which is convenient.

There was a scam message from Booking.com which requested me to send another transaction through a sketchy website or it would cancel my reservation. I don’t know why it couple happen. However, at least there was a an another message represented by Numa Stay says that do not trust the sending money request message.

We have been visiting Munich for many years now. Three things make this place one of te best we have stayed so far in Munich: 1. It was spottless clean and nice smelling, 2. It had right next door a cafe/boulangerie which was great for brekfast to buy and have into the room in just 30 sec, 3. The bus stop is in 50m with very regular schedules, so for the first time we got to not use the underground and see the city while travelling around!!

Check in procedure is a bit difficult since everything is automatic, and no personell at all on site. Not suitable for people not used to using a mobile phone to do stuff.

Nice apartment with one open space with a kitchen and big bathroom. The apartment and building is very modern in a good position, not very close to the city center, but if you arrive with the car, the position is perfect as you don't enter the "umweltzone" and the parking is free on the main street just in front of the building. Also, the metro station is just 12 minutes away. The apartment is confortable and clean, and the kitchen is well equipped with all you need for your stay.

We couldn't set the temperature of the apartment and the comunication with them is quite difficult as for everything you ask them on whatsapp, there are standard automated answers. The price was quite high, but this was because there was an exhibition at the Messe and I think the prices were higher than usual everywhere in Munich.

Very clean and the main person who has done the cleaning is nice. The common room from downstairs was useful, especially at the end when we had the opportunity to leave our luggage after the check-out in a closed box: after the check-out at 11:00, we had to wait till 18:30 when we left for the airport. We cooked our meals and, after asking, we received all the necessary things besides what was already in the cupboards. The necessary shops were just 4 minutes behind our building. Only three stations with the bus to one of the main S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations.

I think it is hard in winter to cook: you need to keep the door to the balcony open all this time. The small niche for cooking is in the small sleeping room.

Nice and clean hotel. Simple self service for checkin and check out. Messaging for early checkin was very positive and gave me a chance to save some time going around :)

I did not pay attention the hotel is without elevator, which was slight disapointment but finally was not that bad. Also the room was on the last floor and someone enter in the room after the check in and left the windows open. Unfortunately there was a rain meanwhile so when I went back to the room it was raining inside the room and there was watter everywhere and I had to clean the room myself.

Numa is a nice option to stay! The room was clean, and all the furniture was in a nice condition. The bedding, kitchen, kitchenette, and everything else were clean! Also, the room has a balcony, and they offer a laundry, dryer, and co-working space, which is awesome! The supermarket and bakery are a few steps away.

It has no connection with the U-bahn or S-bahn. You should either go on foot for 20 minutes or get by bus. We turned up in a room a bit different from what we saw on Booking, though it wasn't an issue. The room is quite small, though, so the bed is super close to the kitchen. Also, since it's an apartment hotel, the room wasn't cleaned throughout our one-week stay. The co-working isn't fresh, it needs a bit of regular ventilation.

Apartment was big enough for three people. Very clean and neat. Quiet area, close to public transport and shops. There are no staff on site, but they are very quick to respond to any questions.

Some more utensils in the kitchen would have been useful. For example there was no rack for drying dishes. There are washing machines and dryers in the building, but they don’t give change so you need exact money.

We visited for a football match, but I would gladly visit again for a relaxing week and work since there's a nice coworking space downstairs. I liked everything very much. * Convenient location, tram 18 will take you to the city center. * The availability of paid parking makes things easier. * Very clean and comfortable rooms, it's very nice to have a cup of coffee on the balcony. * Convenient digital access. I wish Numo success and look forward to staying again. Danke

Everything was organized well and through emails. We could check in any time and without the need to meet anyone at reception. The room was well sized and clean . There is tv, Fridge, coffee maker, water boiler, and towels.

The only downside was that the dishes in the cabinet were not clean, we had to wash them before using

The location for what we needed it was great!

I need an invoice for work from my stay, but it’s kinda painful to get it. Lots of texting back and forth - even tho it could be so simple by just sending me the invoice via email. Not sure if i am texting with a real person or AI. There were too many texts on WhatsApp in general.
