The location was really amazing. The neighbourhood was very quiet , safe & in train stop had every minute someone to wait. I couldn’t believe that in 12 minutes I was in the centre of Munich. The staff was very kind and the room was very relaxing too. The train stop was exactly down of our room and we didn’t hear it. Finally , super market and bakery next to hotel was a valuable solution to our daily program. Super easy check in and check out.

No microwave/fridge in room! For a stay that’s over 3 nights, those things are a bit essential. My bad for not checking the listed amenities but everything else was really good.

It was cozy, quiet, and stylish! The bed and mattress were excellent, and the blackout curtains were a great touch. The staff was very friendly.

The floor was extremely cold—almost everywhere was covered in icy tiles. On top of that, the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. We had to ask for extra blankets, but it was still freezing! Showering was also uncomfortable because there was no door in the shower, and with the room temperature at 17°C, it was far from pleasant. Another major downside was the lack of power outlets and hooks/shelves. There were only four hangers and a tiny shelf for clothes, which was not enough for two people. The room did have a foldable luggage rack, but there was no place to put it without tripping over it, as the room was quite small.

We traveled to Munich for Oktoberfest, stayed at this facility. This facility is near the train stop, and easy to find. I also like that they give out free beers if you choose to omit cleaning services on each day. The place is very clean, and modern. Enjoyed the stay there. I would stay at this place again and would recommend this property.

Price may be high due to peak season. My bed seemed like a Futon with a bed topping, I wouldn't say it was extremely comfy, but it wasn't too uncomfortable either. I was still able to get the rest I needed.

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights for a very short stop over in Munich. The hotel is located a few train stops outside of the city centre, and the train station is right next door to the hotel, which makes getting around really easy. There's a really big, well stocked supermarket under the hotel which is super handy. The area is also lovely, lots of forest walks close by, although not many restaurants are in walking distance. We ended up packing a picnic and spending a day wandering the forests, which was a really incredible break from city travel! Room overall is super comfy and great value for money compared to other hotels in Munich - would definitely recommend!

There was no mini fridge in the room, which was a bit disappointing. They also only provide takeaway coffee cups for your tea/coffee in the room which was a little odd. I ended up buying some glass cups from the grocery store downstairs to use instead 😂

Great hotel. Very convenient location - right off the S-Bahn platform with quick access to the city centre, and near amazing parks and trails at the same time. Always clean, with friendly staff. Supermarket downstairs. Comfortable beds.

Nothing to complain about. I mean, some people might find the rooms a bit small - but they are planned very well, with the smartest use of space possible. Moreover, keeping in mind the combination of convenience, cleanliness, service, and price - I wouldn't complain about anything at all!

This is not the hotel’s fault, but due to construction on the train system, the stop at Fasangarten next to the hotel gets isolated on the weekend! No S-Bahn service on Sunday so be prepared to take Bus 145 to a station for a connection like Ostbahnhof Double your travel time or more on weekends!

My room was very clean, well designed with a view of trees and the train station. Free beer to forgo room service was nice. Having a supermarket outside the front door was great and also being right beside the train station and 5 stops for the city centre.

All was good except for the fact that if I had booked my visit a week before arriving I would have saved €30 per night on the room fee as opposed to booking 3 months in advance which I had done. I thought that the more advanced your booking the better the deal. I highlighted this on the hotel WhatsApp when asked if I was I was settling in and did not get a reply, which I thought was poor.

Nice interior, room had a big full length double window so more than enough day light came in. Room and bed was clean. Train station is right outside the hotel which is phenomenal!! Zero noise from the trains by the way, windows are perfectly nouse proof 10/10! No mini fridge in room, also no cosmetic mirror. Though I could not hear my neighbors, I felt the vibration in my wall when other rooms closed and opened their doors so that was slightly unpleasant. I was not travelling for Oktoberfest although it was the season, so probably some of the noise and hectic opening and closing of doors was just due to the party-goers. All in all a very good hotel

Location is very nice - extremely good connection, S-bann station is next to the hotel, quiet residential area, no any challenge to park a car even pretty late. rooms are very clean - and cleaned every day. If you're not a mess like mee and want to go green, save cleaning - hotel gives you a bottle of beer as reward. staff was always extremely supportive and positive.

our family eats a lot - and toptions to eat in hotel are limited - a vending machine in lobby and a backery/supermarket nextdoor. In case of public holidays (our case) these options are even more limited. we asked if connection rooms are available - and that was not an option, which is less convenient if you have a bigger family. not too disturbing factor, though - we got rooms one next to another.
