​The hotel is located in the suburbs, but it's easily accessible from the main city center and the Munich HBF via the S3 train line. A major plus is that the hotel is situated directly across from the train station, just a minute's walk away, which makes travel incredibly convenient. ​The building is clean and has an elevator. While there isn't a full-service restaurant, the reception area has vending machines for coffee and quick snacks. This is a nice option if you need a quick bite. ​ ​The room itself was clean, and the bed linens and towels were of good quality. I was also pleased that the air conditioning worked well. The large window is a great feature, as it ensures the room gets plenty of natural light. ​The toilet and bath areas are separate, which can be convenient, but there is no door on the bath area itself. This is an unusual layout that might not work for everyone. A super market and a bakery is available right next to / under the hotel. Bakery serves breakfast items all day including coffee and juices.

​The pillows were old and flat, offering no support. They were completely ineffective and made for a very uncomfortable night's sleep.

No microwave/fridge in room! For a stay that’s over 3 nights, those things are a bit essential. My bad for not checking the listed amenities but everything else was really good.

The location was really amazing. The neighbourhood was very quiet , safe & in train stop had every minute someone to wait. I couldn’t believe that in 12 minutes I was in the centre of Munich. The staff was very kind and the room was very relaxing too. The train stop was exactly down of our room and we didn’t hear it. Finally , super market and bakery next to hotel was a valuable solution to our daily program. Super easy check in and check out.

It was cozy, quiet, and stylish! The bed and mattress were excellent, and the blackout curtains were a great touch. The staff was very friendly.

The floor was extremely cold—almost everywhere was covered in icy tiles. On top of that, the air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted to a comfortable temperature. We had to ask for extra blankets, but it was still freezing! Showering was also uncomfortable because there was no door in the shower, and with the room temperature at 17°C, it was far from pleasant. Another major downside was the lack of power outlets and hooks/shelves. There were only four hangers and a tiny shelf for clothes, which was not enough for two people. The room did have a foldable luggage rack, but there was no place to put it without tripping over it, as the room was quite small.

It's a nice, well-designed, clean, efficient, pretty new hotel with a modern concept. It offers all the essentials at a reasonable price. The rooms are small but comfortable, and there is a 24h porter. Overall a good experience.

It's far from the centre. It's right next to a train stop, which makes transport easy, but due to some local transport disruption, we had some difficulties for a few days. The shops near the hotel are closed in the evening and on holidays and weekends, and there is nothing else in the surroundings. The selection of products from the internal vending machine is okay but limited.

Comfortable double bed, relatively spacious room and beautiful lobby area. Nice bedside lightening and huge window looking out to the train station and surroundings. Great value for the price!

The towels in my room (bath and floor mat) were slightly dirty when I first checked in, and I had to go down to the reception (as there was no phone in the room) to get them changed, where the owner was apologetic but seemed surprised that they were dirty. I also found it odd that there was no door to the shower (although the floor outside somehow remained dry, which was good) and there was no tissue box in the room. Location-wise, while it was accessible by the train (hotel is right beside the train station), it was a little far from the city centre.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times before, and find it very handy to get to by public transport from the Hauptbahnhof, only about 15 mins journey time on the S Bahn to the Fasangarten stop, with only one change at Giesing . The room was quite small but had a double bed and was all I needed for a one night stay. Even though the hotel is right beside the train station, the sound proofing is enough that I wasn't disturbed by the trains passing through. I have very sensitive hearing so I did have to wear earplugs with the sound of the air conditioning at night, but was glad it meant the room wasn't hot when I was sleeping. There's a vending machine in the reception area for snacks and drinks, I appreciated that there were a few vegan options also. There's a kettle in the room, with some green tea and coffee provided. There's no breakfast available in the hotel but there's a bakery and supermarket right next door (although be aware it's closed on Sundays) so it's easy to get something to eat there in the morning.

The bathroom was very small (the toilet is seperate from the shower) and unfortunately the toilet didn't have much power in the flush so it took a few goes. The shower is open, without a door or screen, so I had to be careful not to soak the floor outside it.

They are also well soundproofed — even though the station is right next door, you can’t hear a thing.

However, the room ventilation could be better. If it hadn’t been cold outside, we would have felt like we were suffocating, even though we set the central ventilation to -4°C (note: there’s no traditional air conditioning). The beds have extremely soft mattresses — when one person moves or turns on the double bed, the other one wakes up instantly. The pillows are also not very comfortable. Additionally, the exterior blinds were moving up and down on their own, and one morning it even woke us up unpleasantly. Fortunately, the windows also have curtains. These are things that could definitely be improved in the future if the hotel decides to work on them.

My niece and i Loved our stay here !The Hotel is at a good location, the sBahn stop is right at the corner,as well as lotsa shops including a supermarket. The room was quite clean,comfy & elegant .I was abit concerned with the proximity to traintrack but i was amazed at the noise cancellation! The lounge area is also beautiful! Our Check-in was smooth & the staff super nice ,makes you feel really welcomed :) If you want to dine around,there's a greek restaurant at a walking distance that i highly recommend:)
