We did not stay for long, just a few hours, and they were pleasant.... The clean room, though small, the kid's bed was what I liked a lot, in most hotels it is a sofa bed, but here it was that folding bed, I think, and though we did not use it, as we were there only for a few hours, I think it was good. The lady at the reception was really lovely, a pleasant person to meet when one arrives. She explained everything very nicely. I had requested for a room on ground or first floor since their lifts are under renovation and they gave us a room on 1st floor. Thank you, overall it was a good short stay.

The accommodation is located really close to the metro (you just need to buy the basic M). There are 2 shops a short walk from the accommodation and another one close to the metro. The area around the hotel is also very nice, it's such a quiet neighborhood where you can easily get to by car, but the metro is in the center in 15 minutes . We will choose this hotel again on our next trip to Munich. The restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel is also great.

If you are a poor sleeper, the occasional noise from the hallway will wake you up, as will the ventilation of the toilet. But it's nothing that can't be solved with plugs. I would really appreciate it if there was a kettle in the room, but I understand the reasons why the hotel didn't put one in :) I would also consider putting a squeegee in the bathroom. There was a bit of water leaking under the shower door (which just happens with this type), but we didn't have much to conserve water (and you didn't want to do that with white towels, lest you possibly ruin them)

Clean, comfy, modern, a loooot of free parking on the street… and a wonderful pizza place downstairs. the staff was AMAZING❤️

The Bible in the room! Come on, seriously?!? No religious elements should be placed in a hotel like this… it was a compete turn off… and if there’s a Bible, why isn’t there a Quran? Or a Kamasutra?

It was relatively clean and comfortable, similar experience as a couple years before. I know this hotel since I was a teenager. The price for this particular night was quite good. We'll probably consider staying here again

Really good location in a really lovely area. It's also a 5min walk to the station so it's easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and there were no real issues with the room at all.

Unfortunately our rooms window looked right onto the beer garden so it would be really loud very late at night, it would be nice if there was a different option to cool the room through air con. Worth noting there is no kettle in the room, this seems to be the standard in Germany.

The hotel was good, the infrastructure is really nice. The breakfast which at first wasn't included in our reservation was good. The staff was really helpful, although there was a language barrier since they don't speak english very well. There's an italian restaurant below the hotel that have some wonderful food.

The hotel asks you your credit card information before you check-in just so that they can charge you if you consume anything, which is totally fine. The thing is that we've had a problem with an improper billing regarding the breakfast and, as soon as I asked for a refund, I saw how easy the hotel clerk could charge and refund things in their system, posing as a possible vulnerability for improper charging. Furthermore, approximately 10 day after I left the hotel, they charged and refunded me the same amount that i payed for the reservation, showing how insecure their system is. I even sent an email asking them to delete my sensitive data, but they didn't answer to it. I think it is something that they need to work out, considering how strict are the laws about sensitive data in Germany

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The only issue was that the room was too small for a double bed plus a child bed. You had no space to walk about, you had to squeeze in between the beds. The neighbourhood is nice, there are a few supermarkets and there is a nice pizza place just on the left. It took us about 30 mins to get to downtown Munich.

The mechanism for the liquid soap: you had to squish it. My 6 year old daughter had a problem with handling that (which had a pretty high position on the wall). She had to call me to help her every time she washed her hands.

The room was basic but with everything necessary for a short stay. Good connection for public transportation, quiet area and the self service was very practical.

Apparently there was an issue with the shower door as it was letting the water come out of the shower, so it was necessary to be extra careful while getting a shower.
