Since I spent one night, in general I can say that the hotel meets expectations. As far as the contact with the staff was concerned, it was very nice. A vending machine is available, which includes small beers :)

This is specific to my room, for which I also reduced the rating, since it was in the attic, you can easily hit your head when you get up from the bed, because there is a roof ceiling. Could have liked some fish for breakfast, but overall it was good. I didn't find the wi-fi password in the materials available in the room, but that wasn't a problem for me.

The room was huge and very clean. On the pros: there was no carpet (which in my opinion is always a hiding place for dirt and microbes). The breakfast was super too. The staff was very friendly especially the lady working at the breakfast buffet. There is a lovely little river very near by, great for a stroll! Very quiet neighborhood. Great mattress on the bed.

There were no toiletries available, there was no aircondition (which was not necessary for us but it really depends on the weather), there was no fridge in the room. There is not much in the neighboorhood apart from sports centers.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with windows that open to a nice garden. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was varied enough for 2-3 days, but you will be bored if you stay for longer hotel is in a nice quiet area, next to a bus station, 2 stations away from the S-bahn. Aprox 30-40 mins away from Munich center.

Old furniture and overall feeling of room needing a refurbish. Breakfast was repetitive, so it was ok for 2-3 days, but for longer period it will be a problem

Easy to find, parking in front of hotel or in garage (just ask at the reception in parking place is full). Spacious rooms, very clean with a nice view over a small part of the city. Restaurants closeby (wide choice). Breakfast was generous, staff very friendly. Dog friendly at a minor surcharge and I really appreciate this. Will definately make use of this hotel again.

Hotel was fully booked and very busy for breakfast; service needed some structure (but breakfast itself was more than generous).

The staff were very friendly especially the lady who ran the amazing breakfast. The breakfast was very extensive- everything from fresh scrambled eggs with sausage to cold cuts and yogurt with fresh fruit. The room was perfect for the three of us and included a little sitting area. It was very clean and the beds comfortable. Location was very convenient! We were able to walk to the nearest S-Bahn station in about 15 minutes to access downtown Munich. There were paths close by for running and walking in addition to a grocery store. Both parking in front of the hotel and in their garage was available.

The only thing I would say is that the room even with the blinds down during the day got a little hot. I would suggest the hotel investing in fans to available during the hot summer months since there is no A/C.

Really pleasant reception young man . Helpful and friendly . Nice small elevation to upper floors . Good secure bicycle storage in garage . Room clean , spacious with small patio . No A/C but we had a great fan . Close to several good restaurants . Breakfast was not spectacular but adequate .

Very little storage available in the room . Room dates and bed needs to be replaced .

Actually this hotel is very good price/quality ratio. We travelled by car and we wondered for free parking. Room and bed were very comfortable and personnel is just perfect - kind, polite and careful. You have enough good breakfast including tasty croissants (very important for my wife). Very quiet and nice place.

I wouldn’t point anything negative. OK, you’ll have to drive about 15-20 mins to city center but we knew this in advance and it wasn’t an issue.

Very nice hotel. Had the Family room which is … very large. The rooms are clean, as well as the bathroom and extra toilet. Breakfast is plenty full, coffee on the table and cappuccino can be taken from the machine. For drinks during the night/evening there is a vendingmachine in the lobby.

At arrival we where told breakfast at 06:30 so because we where there 07:00 and then found out during holiday it was 07:30 so, but then again if this is the only thing I can come up with as downside…

Big, comfy room. Good for a short stay.

Breakfast had only a few options, it was very average. Location is quite far from the train station, but a direct train goes to the centre of Munich every 20 minutes. There is only one bottle of shampoo that was of very low quality. No AC, but it was not hot at all there.

missing kitchen utensils, incomplete sets of tableware: 3 plates and cups instead of 4, etc. missing kitchen bags, dishwasher tablets, etc. missing mosquito nets on windows, rooms are without AC, which makes rooms ventilation challenging, as many mosquitos, flies and other insects are getting into the rooms.
