The staff were all very friendly. The location was great-2 bus stops from the train station in a quiet area within walking distance to local dining. There's a little park just down the street I sat and watched some ducks. Very peaceful. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was better than expected. So many choices and everything was delicious.

The only curtain was a sheer panel. I felt a little exposed and there was no way to block the light. Good thing I wasn't looking to sleep in. The mattress was more firm than I'm used to, but I was so tired after a busy day of activities that I still slept soundly. The pillow was awful. It was lumpy and flat. I used the decorative pillow to get a little support. I did not think to request a new or additional pillows.

Free parking just in fronf of the hotel. There was also underground parking, but I didn”t use it. Good and quiet location. Very, very wellcoming staff. Expecially want to say - Thank you! to the receptionist, who at the check-in process also gave me additional info, what I needed, that, actually, was not his job (where to buy Umweltzone sticker for my auto, as it was Sunday evening and on Monday early morning I had to be in the Munich center) and he answered to all my questions and helped so much! There is elevator in the hotel and my room was great and clean. Many programs on TV, comfortable shower and beautiful balcon. There was no water in the room (only two glasses and bottle opener), but it is possible to buy it on the first floor of hotel, from drink automat. Great breakfast and very delicious coffee.

Since I spent one night, in general I can say that the hotel meets expectations. As far as the contact with the staff was concerned, it was very nice. A vending machine is available, which includes small beers :)

This is specific to my room, for which I also reduced the rating, since it was in the attic, you can easily hit your head when you get up from the bed, because there is a roof ceiling. Could have liked some fish for breakfast, but overall it was good. I didn't find the wi-fi password in the materials available in the room, but that wasn't a problem for me.

The room was huge and very clean. On the pros: there was no carpet (which in my opinion is always a hiding place for dirt and microbes). The breakfast was super too. The staff was very friendly especially the lady working at the breakfast buffet. There is a lovely little river very near by, great for a stroll! Very quiet neighborhood. Great mattress on the bed.

There were no toiletries available, there was no aircondition (which was not necessary for us but it really depends on the weather), there was no fridge in the room. There is not much in the neighboorhood apart from sports centers.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with windows that open to a nice garden. Bed and pillows were comfy. Breakfast was varied enough for 2-3 days, but you will be bored if you stay for longer hotel is in a nice quiet area, next to a bus station, 2 stations away from the S-bahn. Aprox 30-40 mins away from Munich center.

Old furniture and overall feeling of room needing a refurbish. Breakfast was repetitive, so it was ok for 2-3 days, but for longer period it will be a problem

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. We had a parking slot right in front. The staff was friendly. The area around is nice and safe. There is an elevator available.

There is no mosquito net/screen at the windows. We tried to take some fresh air in the room and some mosquitoes got inside. There is also no minibar/mini fridge to keep some cold water over the night.

Good hotel with a great location. Covered parking. We arrived late at night, and the keys were left in a box for late check-in. The room was excellent – very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Comfortable bed and polite staff.

Breakfast was very good, not crazy fantastic, but really good, available juices were 100%, everything fresh, big choice. For people on the route location is great, very close to motorway. People in reception very helpful. ATM, restaurants near by.

We stayed here for 1 night and everything was good. The beds are comfortable. The room is clean. Everything works as expected. There is a parking space in front of the hotel. Plus there is also underground parking with more places. The hotel is close to Munich. Breakfast is tasty with plenty of options to choose. I recommend this place.

Easy to find, parking in front of hotel or in garage (just ask at the reception in parking place is full). Spacious rooms, very clean with a nice view over a small part of the city. Restaurants closeby (wide choice). Breakfast was generous, staff very friendly. Dog friendly at a minor surcharge and I really appreciate this. Will definately make use of this hotel again.

Hotel was fully booked and very busy for breakfast; service needed some structure (but breakfast itself was more than generous).
