The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast or a quick snack. There were plenty of power outlets, including USB ports, and various lighting options to suit any mood. Check-in was easy, we had no issues, and there was a staff member nearby ready to help if needed. In the lobby, there’s a coffee machine and a snack vending machine. Lidl, DM, and McDonald’s are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. It takes about 10–15 minutes on foot to reach the nearest S-Bahn station.

Even with the window open, the room felt a bit stuffy. The air conditioning is automatic, so we couldn’t fully control the temperature to our liking. The pillows were quite thin and not very comfortable.

Great shower, clean sheets, no stains or marks in room or on bed. Very easy to access from parking lot to room. Train station is vicinity. Lidl is in 100m distance, Aldi is little bit further. Small shopping center with Adler and shoes outlet is also near. Petrol station is also near, you can very quickly get onto highway to Munich.. in 5 minutes from hotel, and you are in Munich in 5 minutes literally. Great Asian restaurant, all you can eat, is also across hotel. Check in and out is automatic which we very liked, so no need to communicate with them. sometimes there wasn't anyone at reception :) Coffee and sodas wending machines are in lobby of hotel, the only negative side is that payment is on coins and not on card.

It is possible to move beds, so we managed to get double bed next to the wall to sleep there with our baby. Staff is very nice, when they learnt we're travelling with a baby, they offered a crib for us, even though we didn't request it. Rooms are well equipped with everything you'd need, including kitchen utensils and small fridge. Rooms are big enough for kids to play and even build a lego railway.

I'd be happy to have bigger table in the room. Exsiting one was too small for dining of three people. Frying pan was missing in our room and staff said it was as expected and they didn't have any. At the same time our friends stayed in a room, where they had a frying pan.

The hotel is new and very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. We only stayed for one night, but if you're staying for more, the kitchen corner will come in handy! You check in alone in the hotel lobby and if you haven't read it is a bit stressful, at least for us it was good that there were guys who showed us around otherwise we might not get better and it was 1 in the evening! This is also a plus, that there is an open check-in! When you register on one computer, don't forget to register your car on the other computer for the Lidl car park because there are fines! If you have a car and there are no parking spaces in the hotel, of course :)! Have a nice holiday!

I didn't like that there is a vending machine in the lobby only for drinks and warm ones I think! Please add soft drinks and sandwiches too :)! We arrived at night and I didn't feel like going around looking for an open gas station to buy water!

Charming neighbourhood surrounded by supermarkets, clothing shops & 2 minutes walk to that nice Ihle Bakery 🥨 and Viva Pizza. Our room is clean and very spacious for 3 single beds. Hot water works perfectly. No kettle nor fridge, but there's vending machine at the lobby which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, they speak good English.

It's quite far from the nearest S-bahn Unterhaching station (about 18 minutes walk). We love a good walk in the morning, but it is very dark after 5pm.

Free Wifi and check-in via a tablet is awesome! Also the possibility of using a laundry room is a nice touch. Room was also clean and modern in style! The vending machine for some late night snacks is appreciated! Also I like the proximity to a supermarket!

I could hear neighbors phone vibrating (not ringing), waking me up very early in the morning. There is only wo much that can be done to dampen sound but I feel like there could be done a bit more. Maybe have some fabric blankets on top of nightstand so the sound is not transmitted that easily.

If you like supermarkets and suburbs this place has it all. lidl, Aldi, Penny and more supermarkets. DM two buildings away. Clean apartment, everything’s there what you may need. We even enjoyed delicious pizza in front of our apartment.

Transportation in Munich is quite difficult to understand at first. The apartment is far from the city center, so we had to use S bahn every day (+ 241 bus sometimes). You can’t walk to the main attractions, but the great shopping area nearby was worth for us. If you’re using car it’s a good option, or if you’re staying for a week, so you can waste time on transportation.

Clean and nice apartments. Short walk to S-bahn toget to town and from there to our day trips. Friendly staff that quickly fixed our broken lamp. Two-bed apartments quite small for two adults, but good with space to store your stuff during the stay.

Our apartment was located on the gound floor and guests parked cars right outside our window so all noise and car exhaust came in our room as early as 6 am.

Pre check -in on your phone. Scanned in on arrival a QR code to get how many card keys you wanted. Hotel very clean. We booked a room for 3 adults, very spacious, air conditioned rooms with a large bathroom/wet room. Had a fridge, microwave and halogen hob with all necessary kitchenware. A Lidl is next to the hotel with numerous other supermarkets in walking distance. Bakeries, Restaurants and Bars all close by. Train station around 10Minutes walk away.

The hotel does not provide any vending machines within the very large and comfy looking foyer area. But as already stated numerous supermarkets close by.

The apartments were very nicely furnished, everything was absolutely spotless clean and felt brand new. The rooms were comfortable, the mattress escape were great and the smaller rooms have a kitchenette for some small cooking or eating - this is great especially for couples.

The check-in was problematic for us as we arrived late and the machines didn't work - the whole experience was a bit frustrating after a long drive. Having a person at the reception would be better. But everything was solved rather quickly after we gave up and called them. Also as we were a group of friends, the accommodation is probably better for couples or small families. We were missing some facilities like common kitchen or area where to eat and hang out - there are only some sofas by the reception. Overall as you see these aren't major issues and we were still very satisfied.
