Apartimo München-Unterhaching offered us yet another time a good value overnight for our trip to Austria. We have been at Apartimo multiple times. The (standard) room is on the small side but very efficiently equipped and offers us a fridge and kitchenette. The apartment is located close to a shopping district and almost next to a local supermarket plus pizzeria. For a restaurant we usually walk twenty minutes to the village center of Unterhaching. Apartimo is well situated for visits to Muenchen (from close by train station Taufkirchen, we have done so once) as well as for an overnight stay onroute to Austria because it has an excellent connection to the highway south of Muenchen to Salzburg.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was new, modern, and very clean. It was comfortable and had everything we needed for our trip. We would definitely return if visiting the area again.

I didn’t like having to use my phone for the keys. I was actually stressing about not using up my phone battery, since I wouldn’t be able to enter the building or my room if it died. Also there are times when the internet is not working, wifi or mobile data, and I ended up waiting in front of my door for the internet to be able to open it. Keypads would have been way more practical in my opinion.

The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for breakfast or a quick snack. There were plenty of power outlets, including USB ports, and various lighting options to suit any mood. Check-in was easy, we had no issues, and there was a staff member nearby ready to help if needed. In the lobby, there’s a coffee machine and a snack vending machine. Lidl, DM, and McDonald’s are all within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and comfortable. It takes about 10–15 minutes on foot to reach the nearest S-Bahn station.

Even with the window open, the room felt a bit stuffy. The air conditioning is automatic, so we couldn’t fully control the temperature to our liking. The pillows were quite thin and not very comfortable.

Great shower, clean sheets, no stains or marks in room or on bed. Very easy to access from parking lot to room. Train station is vicinity. Lidl is in 100m distance, Aldi is little bit further. Small shopping center with Adler and shoes outlet is also near. Petrol station is also near, you can very quickly get onto highway to Munich.. in 5 minutes from hotel, and you are in Munich in 5 minutes literally. Great Asian restaurant, all you can eat, is also across hotel. Check in and out is automatic which we very liked, so no need to communicate with them. sometimes there wasn't anyone at reception :) Coffee and sodas wending machines are in lobby of hotel, the only negative side is that payment is on coins and not on card.

We had the 3 beds room, it was big and comfy. Our friends took the couples room, it was really really small and had no space so I recommend to take the larger room. The rooms are clean beds are comfortable and you get a small kitchen in the toom

The facilities in the hotel are very basic. We were 5 days and not even once got the room cleaned. Not even the garbage. The location is 10-15 minutes walk from the S3 ban and about 30 minutes ride to the city centre

It is possible to move beds, so we managed to get double bed next to the wall to sleep there with our baby. Staff is very nice, when they learnt we're travelling with a baby, they offered a crib for us, even though we didn't request it. Rooms are well equipped with everything you'd need, including kitchen utensils and small fridge. Rooms are big enough for kids to play and even build a lego railway.

I'd be happy to have bigger table in the room. Exsiting one was too small for dining of three people. Frying pan was missing in our room and staff said it was as expected and they didn't have any. At the same time our friends stayed in a room, where they had a frying pan.

We stayed for one night during our trip from Italy to NL and the location was perfect. We arrived towards midnight and check in was easy. The room was clean and modern and the beds were comfortable. They had basic amenities and while we didn't use the kitchen we noticed that there was sufficient crockery and cutlery.

The room had a strange smell which either eventually went away or we just got used to it and the AC didn't seem to be working, which ended up not being too big of an issue as the temperature of the room was fine.

Apartimo offers incredible value for the price. The convenient 24/7 check-in process utilizes modern technology for a seamless experience. My expectations were exceeded in every aspect of the service. I highly recommend considering this apartment.

The limited parking space was a downside. When we arrived, there were no available spots, so we had to leave the car at a nearby Lidl parking lot. Unfortunately, we had to wake up early the next morning to move it and avoid a fine for improper parking.

The hotel is new and very clean and tidy with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. We only stayed for one night, but if you're staying for more, the kitchen corner will come in handy! You check in alone in the hotel lobby and if you haven't read it is a bit stressful, at least for us it was good that there were guys who showed us around otherwise we might not get better and it was 1 in the evening! This is also a plus, that there is an open check-in! When you register on one computer, don't forget to register your car on the other computer for the Lidl car park because there are fines! If you have a car and there are no parking spaces in the hotel, of course :)! Have a nice holiday!

I didn't like that there is a vending machine in the lobby only for drinks and warm ones I think! Please add soft drinks and sandwiches too :)! We arrived at night and I didn't feel like going around looking for an open gas station to buy water!

Charming neighbourhood surrounded by supermarkets, clothing shops & 2 minutes walk to that nice Ihle Bakery 🥨 and Viva Pizza. Our room is clean and very spacious for 3 single beds. Hot water works perfectly. No kettle nor fridge, but there's vending machine at the lobby which is great. The staff are friendly and helpful, they speak good English.

It's quite far from the nearest S-bahn Unterhaching station (about 18 minutes walk). We love a good walk in the morning, but it is very dark after 5pm.
