Perfect place for a comfortable stay in Munich 🌟 I stayed at this hotel for a week and was absolutely delighted. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-maintained — everything literally shines. The bathroom was immaculate, and the overall cleanliness was truly impressive. The space felt cozy and welcoming, and it included a kitchen and microwave — all perfectly clean and ready to use. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh ingredients and a nice presentation. The only downside was the lack of variety in the menu, but that’s a small issue compared to the overall experience. The location is fantastic: there are two large supermarkets right below the hotel, and the train station is just a five-minute walk away — making it super convenient to get to the airport or explore the city. Despite being close to public transport, the area is calm, peaceful, and surprisingly quiet. Special thanks to the staff — everyone was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. Any issue that came up was resolved immediately and with a smile.

The view and large windows are a highlight. We liked the design of the room, the fact that you have a small kitchen, it was nicely equipped, the room was spacious, the bed was confortable and for a short stay it is perfect. The reception staff is kind and helpful, they make you feel welcomed and try to make you enjoy your stay, offer additional information. The hotel is nice, clean, spatious and quiet. And it is right next to the shops and mall. The surrounding buildings are office buildings, which make the neighborhood safe and quiet. The breakfast is good, with a variaty of choises, and you can find pastry and access the coffe machine, plus the water and ice machine anytime of day and night.

The sofa bed is not confortable. If you leave the bathdoor open, you will bump the entrance door and get stuck outside :) A funny, yet not ideal use of space for the entrance/kitchen/hall. The room was a bit cold, we could not make the thermostat go up from 21 degrees. The location is not ideal, you have to walk around 17-20 minutes, go through a tunnel beneath the train lines to get in front of the train station, where you have the transport connections toward the center.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They offer free water, ice, and juice daily, and there's a coffee machine in the lobby. The room is also clean & spacious with the kitchenette. Plus, there are three supermarkets right below the hotel: Rewe, Lidl, and an Asian supermarket, as well as a dm.

The hotel is a bit far from the old town, but you can get there easily by taking the metro, as the station is only a 5-minute walk away. However, the breakfast menu is limited & the same every day!

The breakfast, consisting of bread rolls, sliced fruit, cold cereal, orange juice and milk, and cold cuts, was good enough for us. We did not need a full English breakfast since we were leaving early. We could park our car under in an underground garage. We had to pay €10 for the privilege but I suppose that is cheap by Munich standards and less aggravating than having one's car stolen.

The hotel is a long walk from the historic city center. It took us about 45 minutes to an hour to get to main square.

Iexcellent location few meters from munich ostbahnoff(take the correct exit).if you take the exit from the buses you have to make some extra meters.staff excellent and helpfull.please reward the young lady that made us our check in.she was very helpfull and very polite

On the checkout early morning no staff at the reception.only a sign that i have to go to moxy hotel beside the hotel to give the card.also nobody was there.i put the card at the reception desk

The hotel is very new, very clean and has great amenities. There is a 24/7 bar/restaurant that is very convenient for early/late arrivals. The location is very convenient, very close to Ost Banhof with many SBahn and UBahn connections to get you almost anywhere in Munchen.

A little on the pricey side but finding anything decent in Munchen for Oktoberfest is very difficult.

Nice breakfast with gluten free options, well equipped spaciousroom. Nice staff.

Was difficult to find as the hotel is "hidden" in a big building with many other things (shops, restaurant, another hotel). Difficult to find accordingly the belonging parking. Would be nice to receive an info email upfront on all these details. Though trainstation is close, the city center is not reachable on foot.

Nice spacious and modern room and bathroom, well-quipped kitchen in the studio and good breakfast in the shared breakfast area. Walking distance from large transport hub.

While the room have sleek modern design, some choices were strange - for example, one side of the bed had both the nightstand and hanging lamp, while the other one had no lights at all (only over the headrest light strip, also connected with the other side of the bed). it didn't affect our stay much though.

Clean rooms, a very filling German breakfast (cold cuts, fruits, croissants, milk, coffee, bread, cereal etc), extremely friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff, noon checkout, fully equipped kitchen, amazing shower strength and coverage, everything was as it should be. The hospitality was amazing! This was one of the best stays we've had.

Not possible to sleep in: The housekeeping crew was very disgruntled all the time. We were jetlagged and wanted to sleep in but wanted our beds made and dishes done in the afternoon. This made the lady very unhappy and she kept knocking on our door every few minutes asking if we wanted housekeeping now. Since we weren't getting any sleep anyway and wanted the dishes done for sure, we finally gave in and got out of the room as early as we could. If you don't want to do afternoon service, better not to give guests the option.

The size of the hotel room was great. Breakfast done each morning was very delicious. The location of the hotel is good and access to everything you need

The reception staff is suppose to advise what you can do around in Munich, there should also be a suggestion list on arrival in your room. I feel we could have done a lot more, if we knew our surroundings. They also did not advise that coffee and water can be taken free from machine during your stay. The room was not clean each day, we come on holiday not to clean
