I don't usually leave reviews, I don't waste time on that. But in this case, I want to share my impressions, which clearly exceeded my expectations. The staff is excellent. Everyone is focused on helping you and making your stay as comfortable as possible. They kindly stored my luggage for several days. They upgraded my room for free. Every request I made was met with a “yes.” Everyone speaks excellent English. The price is very fair. The only - the Hotel is not located in the tourist center, but if you're willing to walk or drive a little, everything else is far above expectations for the price.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was new, clean, and very comfortable. I really appreciated the slippers — a small touch that made a big difference. The view from the room was absolutely stunning, especially in the evening. The location is also very convenient: you can get to the city center directly on tram number 19 without any transfers. Highly recommend! Very beautiful room! I will come again.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the fridge in the room wasn’t working. It would’ve been more convenient to have it, especially for keeping drinks or snacks cold.

Nice spacious room, easy access to airport with the S8 train. Trams outside to take you to city center, otherwise it is a 40-60min walk. Good gym!

No refill of the minibar even if it was included every day, we even told the reception but nothing changed. No soap in the bathroom, that we also pointed out at the reception but no, nothing. Quite far from the city center but trams outside. Staff not so friendly and could have a smile on. Only 1 guy at reception was exceptional in giving good service. It is a nice hotel, but for the price (and location) we would choose another hotel

- Breakfast is TOP - one of the best I've seen in Germany (but may get very crowded in the peak hours or over the weekend). - The staff is very friendly and professional. - Hotel is clean and the room was properly cleaned every day. - Location is convenient too - 3 mins to a tram that takes you directly to the city center and 15 mins walk from the S-Bahn to the airport. Live music at the bar in the evening.

- Impossible to open windows (at all) which may be a challenge to people who are used to fresh air. - The hotel is located among several "corporate" office glass buildings, so "regular" rooms overlook the office building (that's basically all you can see as it's very close). Good for people who like city vibe (or want to look at other people working at their desks), and in any case you don't stay in the room all day, but it's just a thing to keep in mind. - No toothbrush among the toiletries that you usually expect in a hotel of this level.

Cleanliness, breakfast, mini bar included. Location is also top even though outside of the inner city center circle.

There were a couple of things that did not match the expected 5-star service. As a start, when we checked in the room was with only 2 towels, no bath mat. Our room was cleaned daily, but I can not remember a single time when everything was fully replenished afterwards - either towels or bath towel were missing, or shower gel/hand wash was empty. There was fresh water infused with fruits by the reception, but 70% of the time, there was no water left or all the glasses left were dirty. Last, there was an announcement in the elevator that there would be no hot water on a certain day during our stay, but it was only in German. I would say that translation in English is mandatory.

very good breakfast, everything is delicious, all the staff are very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable, clean, good comfortable furniture, new linen, the rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day, the staff monitors the cleanliness and quality of cleaning / Anush, Anastasia/,many thanks to all of them.many rooms with special amenities, combined rooms, the hotel takes great care of people with disabilities, there are special conditions and comfort for them, which is very important for many guests

We dined every day in the hotel restaurant, there are also very good staff, but the restaurant menu is very boring, monotonous, limited. In such a good hotel, a large restaurant - it could be better

The location is perfect. The hotel is just a few mins away from Marienplatz by tram. You can buy the tram tickets from the hotel reception itself which is great. The view from the room is very nice. We loved the big glass windows and the comfortable bed. A huge thank you to Janet for making our stay extra special with the complimentary Chocolates for our anniversary, helping us with early check in and giving us all the information about the city. 😊🙏🏻 The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly. We strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Munich!

The chef at the Omelette station on our first day was very rude and insisted that we speak to him in German as we are in Germany. He also fought with another guest and we all had to complain about him. Also the pillows in the room on our first night were very uncomfortable hence we had to ask them to change them. And the electric socket was not working.

The hotel is easily accessible by car and you can the public transit to the city and Oktoberfest site. Line 19 (street car) takes you to the city and the stop is less than 100 meters form the hotel. Reception ladies were very nice. Welcome water and fruits were appreciated. Coffee maker in the room with coffee pots and creamer were appreciated too.

AC was off already and the room was in the warmer side with no windows to open. We were in 13 floor and in the morning had to wait until after 10 to get hot water in the shower. Because of Oktoberfest the price we considered to be high (this was the smaller room and the highest price in our 13 days vacation though Austria nd Germany)

We came for the Adele concert arriving on the Friday and leaving on Monday. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I would like to say that Janet on Reception was super helpful and Jessica on the bar looked after us very well, always in a bright and cheery manner. The rooms are well equipped with comfortable beds and quiet. Great location with a tram and bus stop literally across the road and train station a 10 minute walk. Taxis readily reserved from reception at a reasonable price and there is Uber. I thoroughly recommend this hotel and its staff.

My only downside is the air conditioning is not good and when it was over 31 degrees outside the rooms are hot and windows do not open.

I had a wonderful stay at Hyperion Hotel while visiting Adele’s concert. The location is perfect—calm yet conveniently close to the city center. The modern style of the hotel really appealed to me, and I appreciated the spacious room and bathroom. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with two pillows per person, ensuring a great night's sleep. The free mini bar was a nice touch, and the WiFi was strong and reliable throughout my stay. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my experience even better.

While my stay was mostly enjoyable, there were some downsides. The air conditioner was quite weak, making the room warmer than I preferred. It was disappointing that breakfast wasn't included and seemed a bit pricey if added. Additionally, there were no smart TV options, and only one 0.5l still water was provided in the mini bar. The building is very high, so there are no balconies or openable windows, which made the room feel a bit enclosed. However, these are minor issues for me, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. This comment is more for those who might care about these things—personally, they didn't detract much from my overall experience.
