I was surprised that the hotel did not have a higher rating. Spacious garages with plenty of space. Very nice environment, large room, comfortable bed, sufficient equipment. Beautiful wellness with a large pool and very nice staff, a beautiful large fitness center. Very good food in the restaurant and breakfast was absolutely phenomenal, I give 10 points for them. Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised.

If I had to criticize something, it was the cleanliness of the room - dirty sheets and stains on the mirror. It would also be nice if hotel guests had a discount on parking. :)

Service quality. 1, Extended checkout time from 12:00 to 13:00. Queue up to re-activate the card just in case, but it didn’t work and has to do another around to activate the card. 2, Having paid the whole amount 3 days in advance by booking.com, when checkout at reception, required to pay again EUR178. Let the staff double check but the lady said this was not settle. Provided payment prove and finally she said All good without apology. What if duplicated payment happened? Believe this should not happen so I am a bit disappointed.

Large clean hotel with excellent facilities Breakfasts were very good with a huge selection of food and very fresh We got 2 rooms side by side for 2 adults and 3 kids but they didn’t unlock the adjoining door to both rooms Nice suburb near English gardens

Location is okay but need a taxi to get around or tram across the road . Not really any liocal restaurants except one Italian place . Hotel Bavarian restaurant was excellent and convenient

The breakfast is perfect. The variety is very large. The food is fresh, tasty and natural. Well done to the team...VIP lounge, the same.

The cleanliness is not quite perfect. Only a superficial cleaning is done. In the bathroom, the tubes with shampoo, soap, etc. were falling on the floor, because the wall fixing system was defective. Full towels were not placed. The shower cabin is very small. The space between the toilet basin and the wall is extremely small.

Clean and comfortable hotel, conveniently located. Executive lounge very good! Friendly staff at reception and concierge.

- Baby cot not available in room despite being confirmed twice in writing before our arrival. It was brought in few hours later, after I addressed the receptionist. I was surprised to see it only had a flat sheet and no other covers/blankets/baby pillow, etc. It was unexpected, compared to many other hotels we’d stayed in. - Pool area and changing rooms not heated. It was too cold for having a baby and small child there.

many thing but the most important is the staff all of them are helpful friendly unfortunately i forgot the names but mr mustafa and one guy (ALOSKY) im sure his name ended by (sky) all other staff were helpful

The beds in my first stay were wider than in the second stay even it was same category

We felt very comfortable at the Hotel, the beds are comfortable and the pillows were great. The Lobby is very spacious and feels luxurious. The Paulaner downstairs is very comfortable and cozy, the spa is really nice and the breakfast was pricey but delicious

The room was very hot and the air conditioner seems a bit dated, it was hard to get the heating to a normal temperature. Our kids personalized lunchbox got left in the fridge and even though we called minutes after we left, they weren’t able to find it, which was a bit sad. We ran into multiple problems afterwards because we got charged for a 32 Euro breakfast for our 2 year old and got charged double for our stay. The issues are being resolved and staff was helpful, but overall it wasn’t a positive experience and I am not sure we would stay here again.

The Westin Grand Munich offered a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and an ideal location. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it a relaxing place to come back to after exploring the city.

The rooms were a bit outdated, but overall, the stay was great. I’ll definitely try a different room category next time to see if it offers a more modern experience.

The room was very large and comfortable. It felt like upscale vintage. Lots of closet space!

The only disappointment was it is listed as having a hot tub. That is the reason we booked the stay. We wanted to relax a soothe our sore muscles from all the walking we did all week. What they said was a hot tub, as just a whirlpool in the center of the pool, so it wasn’t warm at all and the jets were broken.

Great staff, beautiful hotel, amazing room and facilities. Breakfast was great.

The only downside for me was the distance to the city center and main attractions in Munich. I had to rely on Uber/Taxi/subway to get there, and it was usually with a 20+ minute ride.
