Friendly and efficient staff , the gentleman and the ladies at the reception smiling and eager to help. Proximity to the Exhibition grounds ( Munchen messe ) only two stops ( Moosefeld to Messestadt ost) by U2 and only 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. To get down town : U2 directly to Sendlinger Tor .The area of the hotel very beautiful: full of trees and pretty houses . Very safe . The room spacious and well appointed ( coffee making facilities a must for me ) and QUIET !!! Shampoo etc provided had a very nice smell and good quality .

The price, due to Exhibition ( Intersolar) was more than double compared to the usual one .

It was a very comfortable stay with many options at the Hotel.

I didn’t like the walking way to U-Bahn station. I had to pass through some businesses that I didn’t feel comfortable going next to.

Great breakfast with a variety of warm dishes, baked food, ham, bacon, yogurts, pancaces etc. Spacious, renovated and clean room with comfortable beds and a modern kitchen. Well-equipped gym and an ironing area.

At check-out, the receptionist gave us incorrect invoices, which is an important issue during a business trip. At check-in, some cutlery was missing in the room. The staff promised to bring it, but that never happened. Food at the restaurant in the evening was mediocre (breakfast was great though). The remote control for the TV did not work. The receptionist was very friendly and tried to fix it at our first day, but it did not work out. Just a note to be aware(especially if you plan to stay with kids): the walk to the train station goes through the red-light district. However, we did not encounter any incidents or problems during our stay.

The staff was very polite and friendly. Room was clean and bed were comfortable. The kitchenette had essential tools (although you have to request pots and frying pans with the front desk). Underground (subway) U2, which goes to city center, is about 10 minutes' walk away. Bus 194 is 100 meters from the hotel and runs every 20 minutes (not operating on weekends though). If plan properly, you can catch the bus and ride 1 stop to a spot that is only 2 minutes' walk from the U2 stop. All considered, the hotel is a good value.

There were often people smoking right by the entrance of the hotel when we entered or exited the building thus subjecting us to second hand smoke. There should be a designated smoking area away from the entrance. We had unfortunately experienced a false fire alarm at 2:30 am one night and in another day a loud and long lasting car alarm right under our window at 5:40 am.

Room itself was fine and spacious for two people. Clean and comfortable with nice little touches like extra hooks to hang towels etc. Note: AC in some rooms and not others - read carefully which room you book as it would have been unbearable had we stayed there during the heatwave. The front desk did offer us fans.

AC is only offered in certain rooms. Wish they offered a room with four beds (4 singles or one queen and 2 singles) for families with older children. Pay for parking €10 on the hotel lot and lasts for 24 hr. If you paid for parking at midnight, you couldn't renew it until midnight for following day. NO ramp to wheel luggage up or for those in a wheelchair. LOCATION is not ideal and a car was definitely necessary to get to Marienplatz. Cost about €40 to get an Freenow/Uber from hotel to Marienplatz (one way) and paid that same amount for parking near Marienplatz.

The room is not very big but it has everything you need. We didn’t need the kitchenette this time, but it’s usually a very nice addition to our stay. I was surprised how closing the window “switched off” the noise from the happy laughing people in the backyard - it was quite quiet in general, you cannot hear the street, but it was Octoberfest time :) There were enough parking spaces when we arrived (Saturday, ~4pm), you need to pay 10€ for 24h though. Underground station is some 10 minutes away if you want to go to the city center by public transport (they have emissions free city center and you cannot enter it by car without special permission). Check in and check out was quick and smooth. Breakfast costs 19€ but we decided to eat outside.

A bit pricey but I guess it was due to Octoberfest. Also our safe didn’t work properly, but we stayed only for a night so didn’t even report it

It is quiet, the beds are very nice and comfy, the room is spacious and clean and the value for money is amazing. We booked for three people and we got two rooms with a connecting door. The two bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. We didn't try the breakfast because we thought that 19 euros each for a day was a bit too much but the kitchen in the rooms and the little fridge was more than enough and we had our breakfast every morning before leaving to go to the city.

The only disadvantage is the location but by using the U2 metro line and walking for 13 to 15 minutes through a quiet area you can get to the city center in around 35 minutes. Also no supermarkets in walking distance.

Pretty furnishing, room was very clean, location is rather far form the city, but therefore quiet. The hallways were cool, temperature wise. The room - not as much. For the cheapest rather decent hotel near Munich it was okay-ish.

The room didn't have AC even though it was stated as having AC on Booking. In +30C heat it was a disaster, as the room was on top floor. The check in procedure took 40+ minutes in an unventilated lobby with nearly no AC. Getting to the room did seem like a labyrinth - closed doors everywhere, very few signs to understand where you're at. Parking was like russian roulette - you never know if you'll have a spot, even if you've paid to be parked in the area. Overall the hotel pretty much made our Munich experience a lot less enjoyable.

Very friendly and funny receptionist named Jasmine from Vietnam. She really helped me find food and assisted me with everything I needed in an enthusiastic way. There was a situation, and the management took it very seriously and fixed it immediately. This made me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel seems to have mostly foreign employees and they do it really really well. Everyone is kind and smiling and work very professionally. I highly recommend this accommodation.

In the morning, the cleaning team came into my room when I was sleeping. I believe they knocked on the door but I didn't hear it because I was sleeping.. They apologized and everything was fine 👍🏽
