It was a very comfortable stay with many options at the Hotel.

I didn’t like the walking way to U-Bahn station. I had to pass through some businesses that I didn’t feel comfortable going next to.

Very friendly and funny receptionist named Jasmine from Vietnam. She really helped me find food and assisted me with everything I needed in an enthusiastic way. There was a situation, and the management took it very seriously and fixed it immediately. This made me feel safe and comfortable. This hotel seems to have mostly foreign employees and they do it really really well. Everyone is kind and smiling and work very professionally. I highly recommend this accommodation.

In the morning, the cleaning team came into my room when I was sleeping. I believe they knocked on the door but I didn't hear it because I was sleeping.. They apologized and everything was fine 👍🏽

Excellent value for money hotel with good size modern rooms and its own parking ( at 10 and 13 euros for 24 hours is very reasonable for munich) Superb breakfast, albeit a bit pricey but also a coffee machine for early risers like me. All in all would say its more like a 5 star hotel ( the only minus are somewhat bleak corridors) The area is in the suburbs of munich, close to trade fair facilities subsequently not much to do there , but a 10 minute walk will bring you to an u-bahn station with 20 minutes ride to the centre. Would stay again when in the area.

Nothing to dislike

The hotel was well maintained and clean. The bathrooms were modern and appeared new. The breakfast service is excellent with many choices, highly recommend doing breakfast included. The bar service and dinner service were also good and we did eat dinner in their restaurant one evening. The staff was excellent and helpful. The location is a short walk from the U2 metro stop which can take you into Munich city center or east to the Messe Munchen centre. The location is also walkable from the S Bahn Trudering stop if you don't want to switch over to the closer U Bahn line. I saw many reviews complaining of "no air conditioning" but we had a/c in our room so I don't understand those comments.

The neighborhood is not the best. Not noisy or dangerous, just really nothing nearby to do; you need to get on the metro into Munich city (much less expensive than a taxi) but it is a short walk to the U2 line.

We had a really nice receptionist (I think his name was Sammy). We stayed here with our dog, and it was no problem (30€ fee - It doesn’t matter if you stay for one night or a week, the pet fee remains the same). The room was beautiful and very clean. They also provided free baby bed, which was great. They also have parking (I think 10€/day). The breakfast included gluten-free bread, and it was really good!

The breakfast area is too open, offering little privacy. Everyone can see you, including staff at the reception and new guests. To reach the rooms, you have to walk between tables and around the bar. They don’t offer room service, so if you order food, you have to pick it up yourself—which is not very convenient, especially when traveling with a child and a dog.

The hotel is 10 minutes away from the metro and is very clean. There is also a fitness room. Very close to the highway if you want to leave quickly Munich by car.

On check-in, the receptionist started speaking several times in German, although he knew English, and I had to repeat him several times to turn into English. If there are disposable slippers that would be great, although it seems that these are not provided nowadays in any business hotel. Breakfast is a little bit expensive.

The hotel is in a quiet location and is very clean and tidy. The staff are always helpful and polite. There is always someone there if you need help. You can get snacks and drinks from a self serve area at the front of the hotel.

The hotel is marketed here as a smoke-free property. There are ashtrays at the front door of the building, which means you have to walk through smoke and smokers when entering or leaving via the entrance. If the property is smoke-free, then this should not be happening. Booking.com should also be monitoring this as it's their site which is publishing this misleading information. I am not sure if it's really a complaint, but the train is a quick 10-minute walk away, which really is great because people need to exercise more anyway. Nothing else bad, a pretty exceptional hotel.

The hotel has a nice position,it is easily reachable by car as nearby you may find the motorway. The room was clean. The hotel is eco green, so you may or may not change the towels every day.Our room had no air conditioner, but in September, with an open window, you may easily refresh the air. The room had a little kitchen and the hotel staff also sent us the pans and pots.It was crucial for us for not spending so much in Munchen as it is quite an expensive city. Nearby, there is a Lidl supermarket where you may find everything. Will come back again!

The open parking costs 10 eur,while closed one is 13 eur. We have chosen the open one,but it would be nice to have the same price for all the parking and with a cheaper one.

The room was big and clean, and the hotel's staff were friendly. it was quiet and calm, the breakfast was really good - also, there is an adorable garden full of light with wonderful blooming hortensias.

1. Our shower experience in room 288 was disappointing. The showerhead height adjustment was broken, making it impossible to adjust. Additionally, regulating the water temperature was difficult, likely due to a faulty mechanism. Moreover, the body lotion dispenser was empty. I strongly recommend that the hotel enhance its bathroom maintenance and inspection procedures to prevent such issues. 2. The hotel lacks air conditioning, which is generally acceptable, but during our stay, the outside temperature reached over 30°C, making our stay less enjoyable.
