Very good location - 500m to Munich East train station - S8 train from/to airport, train to Salzburg (buy Bayern day card). Few meters from the hotel S21 station - very easy to reach the city center. We liked the beds - firm, very good pillows. The apartment is big, with small kitchen - microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. LIDL near Munich East train station - you can buy some food there. The breakfast was included - with eggs, sausages, cold cut, good bread section, etc. Free coffee and tea all day. Attentive staff - we had some issues with the sink in bathroom - everything was promptly resolved.

I missed the green salad and oil/vinegar at breakfast.

Breakfast was excellent in terms of choices and variety. It more than met our dietary needs, Our room was spacious and well put together. Although we didn't need or make use of the hob and cooking utensils it was a bonus. The location placed us within easy walking distance from Ostbahnhof. A very unique feature was the complementary, small plated snacks we found in the lobby every evening.

Although we were not bothered by the constant train noises, it could prove to be a distraction to other guests.

The room is large and bright, you can open the windows. The room has a kitchenette with a dishwasher. Public transport stop and train station are close. Easy to get to. Excellent breakfast. You can always make yourself coffee and tea in the lobby.

A bit "tired" towels. Water flows onto the floor in the bathroom because of the poorly fitting shower door. We didn't have shower gel - the bottle was empty, when we asked to fill it up, by the evening we found extra packages of shampoo and body lotion in the room, but there was still no shower gel :)

location fab and really near the station, so easy with suitcases and kids! Breakfast delicious. Rooms comfortable.

Limited access to English TV News channels on the TV. Slightly noisey as we could hear the childrens footsteps running up and down in the room upstairs.

It was a good value for 2 nights. We were with a kid of 12 years old so we had a room with a queen bed and an extendable couch. The space was a bit tight but just for sleeping was ok. Clean room and bathroom. The kitchinette was a good addition. 20 min max to the center. The tram/bus/metro station is in a walking distance 7 min. Lidl market nearby and a 24h market in the station. Breakfast was really good and with a lot of options.

The bathroom towels could be renewed. They look old. The sink in the kitchen was liking on the garbage bin.

Great facilities for a very comfortable start. Perfect for families, and cots are provided upon request. The staff were all very friendly and gave recommendations when asked. A good breakfast selection as well, and the highlight was a small playroom for children which my son absolutely appreciated.

The staff were very friendly when we arrived at 11pm. The room was fantastic, the shower was large and bathroom very clean. The beds were a good size, a little on the hard side, but we used the sofa bed as well in the room for our son and it was ideal. The kitchen was extremely well stocked - much better than the things you are supplied with at an Air Bnb usually. It worked out so well as we ate the evening meals in there. The breakfast was fantastic with a great selection- very tasty. Loved having a coffee machine and carbonated water available 24/7. We used the playroom which our son really enjoyed, I used the gym which was always deserted and the lounge area was beautiful and cozy.

Couldn't really find a fault - instructions for the dishwasher would have been good but we figured it out.

Wonderful buffet breakfast with a very wide selection. The location was easy to reach y public transport away from the bustle of the city center.

The bed was a little on the small side (although still acceptable for 2 people) and the shower door was not properly sealed so that water leaked onto the floor during a shower.

What an awesome hotel! Super friendly staff, DELICIOUS breakfast, and a great little restaurant with good options (awesome burger and salmon quinoa). The room was quite big and our whole family had a great time.

- The room floor was not clean and - the kitchen plates were dusty. - There were gardeners in the garden shouting loud early Sunday morning. - someone entered our room at 08:30 with a keycard - but then she realized it was the wrong room? I don’t know how that happened. It was not room cleaning.
