The room was spotless, in perfect condition, with a great view (23rd floor). The bed was very comfy, I liked the bathroom with a toilet separated by non-transparent glass walls. It was very quiet. Everything was great. Though it is not in the city center, it is very comfortable to get to the city center by underground line U4 (without changing), and there is one tram line going directly to the Botanic Garden. The pool and saunas were great to have and relax in after busy days in the city. We also used the gym to work out - this is a great add-on. We did not take the hotel breakfast, as there are several cafeterias near the hotel, where you get great breakfast with lower price. Staff was helpful and friendly, and we were allowed to check out a bit later - this was very nice of them!

There was no bar open, but you could buy some drinks and snacks from the machines and still have a good time in the lounge.

When we visit Munich we always stay in the Arabella (Four Points by Sheraton Munich Arabellapark) as we had an apartment on the 14th floor for 5 years back in the mid 1980s. We know the area well and it has great connections for traveling around Munich with the Tram and U-bahn within easy walking distance. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with all you need. Last year we had to ask for an extra chair as there was only one in a double room. This year we asked for a room with 2 chairs.

The parking is very expensive at 35 Euros but you could park for free on the street if you can find a space.

Upon our arrival at the reception area, we requested a taxi. While the male receptionist was friendly and inquired about our well-being, the female German receptionist later reprimanded him for being too chatty and friendly. It’s important for all guests, regardless of status, to receive consistent and respectful service.

the facilities were clean and well maintained. We loved the pool and steam bath in particular. the view from the pool is amazing, and would be even more beautiful when it’s dark. The room was very comfortable, and the bed were spacious and perfect for a good night rest. The bath tub is a nice add on. The room was also throughoutly cleaned. The breakfast was totally worth our money, there are multiple option to choose from such as (scrambled) eggs, bread, pasta, croissants, sweets, fruit, yoghurt, pancakes and much more. There’s coffee and other drinks and the restaurant staff kept the dining area nice and clean. the staff was also very professional, and the lobby was beautiful.

some things that could be improved: - most of our power sockets didn’t work except those next to our bed . We didn’t mention it to the reception as we were just staying there for one night so it wasn’t a big deal for us. - it would be nice if the swimming pool was open until 11 instead of 9 in the weekends, it would be lovely to watch the sun go down or the night sky from the rooftop swimming pool. It should be possible as there’s no lifeguard. - the parking is absolutely too expensive (€35 a day). This is the biggest downside for the hotel and had us contemplating if we should choose another hotel. For a hotel like this it should be free for guests or at a much lower fee. Especially as it’s not guarded.

Gentleman on the desk that evening was a sloth. Waited an hour in line (not a long line to check in. Some waited 1.5 hours. He also stated he did not have the authority to extend any reservations. After experiencing a flight cancellation, and it being 2AM, this was not the sort of service desired.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was! The room was not only spacious but also incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, allowing for a perfect night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was outstanding, making me feel right at home. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by Claudia, one of the staff members. She was absolutely fantastic always wearing a warm smile and welcoming demeanor that made my stay even more enjoyable. As for the location, it couldn’t be better! The hotel is surrounded by an array of fantastic restaurants, a pharmacy, and various shopping options, making it incredibly convenient. Additionally, there’s a spacious area nearby where festivals are held, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. Please note that my booking did not include breakfast, but given the proximity of local eateries, it was easy to find delightful options nearby. Overall, this hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

I have no negative feedback; on the contrary, everything was fantastic! That's why I made two trips to Germany within a month and stayed at the same hotel on both occasions. My experience was excellent each time.

On arrival our room was upgraded to a suite!, much to our delight 21sr floor! Fabulous staff, sparkling clean and fantastic spa! Great family getaway and would definitely return! Underground station 5 minutes walk, great for getting around and seeing the sights! The German transport system is excellent!

The locations was pretty far from the centre but it had a good comunication for the public transport. The cleanliness wasn't at the highest standards but it was good enough. We stayed at the 12th floor and the view was nice, the gym at the top floor was awesome, good variety of machines for continuing your exercise routine. It's not the fanciest hotel but it does look great and it gives a very good value for the price.

The pool is more for adults, but it was great for the kids. No towels in the pool area was unexpected and created a problem when we had to go back to the room (wet) for them, but we got it worked out in the end. The breakfast (we chose to include with our room) was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive when we informed them of our needs regarding allergies.

Would have loved for the directions to the parking garage to have been made clear in the booking info or communications from the hotel before our stay. Location is in a very busy urban area and the garage is mixed-use for the neighborhood. The vehicle entrance requires some real maneuvering to get to relative to the main entrance of the hotel lobby. Also cash only for payment!

The complimentary rooftop spa and sauna was absolutely incredible! Robes, slippers and towels in the room ready for you to use. The room layout room was really spacious and in immaculate condition we really loved the separate bath and shower! I would give this hotel 10 stars it’s the best we have ever stayed in you will not be disappointed. Central to Munich city square and train station - great transport links to the tram! Also a brilliant walk into the city if you want to get your steps in and sight see.
