Stayed for one night during Oktoberfest and really loved how close the property was to the S-Bahn. There were also lots of places to just hang out with friends, and the place seemed really laid back. While it may seem like an unusual place to stay compared to a typical hotel, check-in and out was super easy, and they allowed us to store luggage before check-in and after check-out. Didn’t pre-book breakfast, but had breakfast in the morning and it was amazing for the price. Honestly wish we had of stayed another evening, just so we could of had the breakfast again! Beds were comfy and airflow in room was great. Property have a filtered water bottle fill station in the common area above reception area.

No fridge in room (would be nice to have) and shower heads a little flimsy (friends staying also indicated same issue with shower head).

No luggage locker, respectively only unattended one. We had an early arrival at 1200 rather 1600. Staff was not helpful to find an solution to ckeck-in or to lock the luggage away. As we went to the city, we had to keep all in the car and check-in after midnight with a sleep drunken staff, who maybe first time had to do this... And on the day of arrival we got informed we can't park on the facilities due to Summer Fest. Interestingly we changed car parking - no one else did as we could see on our return. Seems a typical staff problem with no ownership---- Curtains can't be fully closed . so you'll have daylight in the early morning or maybe some neighbors watching you undressing

we were staying in one of the apartments and thus had more space than usual. There was a sofa and a small kitchenette within the place which made the stay much more convenient. Also, we do like the plethora of sport facilities to use, in particular the indoor pool

one of the days they said the pool would be closed since there were almost no guests staying over which we found a bit disappointing. Other than that the refactory is very convenient to eat in although prices had gone up noticeably

When we arrived Iate at night it was very unclear where to go or what to do! - everything looked closed, especially the main entrance, but by pure chance the security guy was outside having a smoke so I was able to go & ask him. The booking needs clearer instructions of what to do and where to go on arrival. I had tried to call & message twice to say we would be arriving late but didn't receive any replies and no answer on the phone - I almost cancelled my booking because of this, but all good in the end.

It was a nice and clean place. Big rooms . A lot of possibilities. Pool. Gym. A great yard to walk . Free parking.. Good breakfastst .I recommend it to anyone wants to travel to Munich by car. Staffs are friendly but in German way 😉. I totally enjoyoyed the place and I wish I could stay more.

The first thing I noticed was the staff couldn’t speak English good or they answer you sometimes in German language and that was strange. The bathroom has not hairdryer. Breakfast was good but you don’t have many options to eat ,It was simple and good. I expect a better breakfast from a hotel like this.

I liked the facilities as I wanted to have a swimming pool and fitness, which was really good... specially fitness was above expectations... also swimming pool was big and clean.. room was clean and enough space with a balcony. not really for a romantic weekend, but rather serves the purpose and provides great access and having free parking.

I did not like the way how meals are organized. It was more like a student cafeteria although the food was OK, but it is not like a hotel... just for you to manage expectations...

The bedroom was quite big ! Enough space in the bathroom, lots of space in the room and an access to the balcony. The bed was also very comfy and the room gave me some good atmosphere to relax, which I liked. Other than that, the building itself was nice and the sports installations are very good (I didn't use them, but could see them etc).

Nothing that I could complain about.

This hotel is linked to urban Munich by train with mostly 20 mins frequency Breakfast buffet was great and abundant It even has swimming pool and gym although I haven't tried Room with balcony was large and comfort Peaceful environment nearby

Please note that there's basically no shops nearby and do take your foods when back from city

Extraordinary Gym, large swimming pool. Nice location close to Perlacher Forst, ideal for Running and Cycling.

- Really close to the S Bahn station with direct connection to the Munich city Center - Restaurant on site - Relaxing atmosphere (lots of green spaces outside)

- Other guests were up very early in the morning (6am) and were talking loudly while walking in the hallway - I would have liked more friendliness from staff , especially during check in
